This app is amazing for finding roles in various films. It describes the role in great, easy to understand detail. It also sends you emails along with notifications on the app. It’s professional, and so easy to set up. It finds hundreds of roles matching your age, ethnicity, and appearance. I highly suggest!!! ❤️❤️❤️

When I first downloaded this, it was because I wanted to have the opportunity to be featured is little films or commercials. At first it was good and then I started a free trial for the app. Now, the trial is not through the apple store, it's through their own personal website or whatever. So, you put your information in and then it just says that after your 30 days is up they will charge you. Honestly, that was my first mistake in not realizing that. Then after a little bit (though long before the trial was up) I decided to cancel my trial. First and foremost, all of the help pages were completely useless and gave no helpful information. Once I figured out how to do it, I found out that you had to submit a request. I find that to be very tasking and annoying. I wasn't able to log into my account through the website anymore for some reason and the app itself has almost none of the setting features that the website does. I'm at a loss and hoping that after the 30 days, I will be contacted through email and not be charged.

A few months ago someone at la casting decided to modify the email notification settings so that the subject line on all emails is the name of the saved search. I like to see notifications as all projects are posted. Unfortunately because the email subject line is EXACTLY IDENTICAL for every email they all get grouped together in a single email conversation chain in gmail and others. Because of this notifications are buried in the email chain and opportunities missed. If I select the option on gmail not to group emails then the functionality I needed to track and group emails from other people is lost Is it possible to have the project or role name become the email subject as it used to be by you guys at la casting? This small bug actually does affect the app because email functionality is also affected as notifications are BURIED in email chains when don’t need to be. This forces the user to review Every mail in the chain to even be aware that the post exists.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because it doesn’t offer everything we need on the app itself . Much easier to upload pictures/videos + accept decline auditions . Also saves you from missing out on auditions because like myself sometimes I would miss the emails , here hard to miss! But , it doesn’t allow you to submit to roles on the app itself and that we need in a app too !! Asap please and thank you

Really excited there’s finally an app because it’s annoying having to go into the browser all the time. But would be nice if there was a tab for breakdowns and if we could edit our profile too (not sure if that’s possible but I didn’t see an edit option). Regardless, I’m still relieved to have an easier option to check my alerts and submit my self-tapes.

The application has made uploading your auditions easy. Not only are you able to upload multiple clips. You're also able to use the edit tools that's on the application to fix your clips. Makes a tremendous difference to be able to have additional technical support.

You make an option not to receive casting calls from the Scientology church. Probably 40 percent of the emails I receive are for golden era productions, aka Scientology. Often repeat emails one after the next to the point where it feels like spam. Additionally, some people aren’t comfortable doing publicity for religion, pharma, alcohol, etc. casting networks have some great opportunities for sure but it would be such a huge improvement if I could toggle castings I don’t want to receive based on criteria such as religion, pharma, etc.

I highly recommend using this app, it’s great for finding opportunities that match who I am and what I’m looking for. The experience is easy to navigate and use. Their support team is top notch. You can tell this company really cares and wants to provide value to all!

It's finally here! As a working actor, having this app is going to be career changing. I'm able to get a notification on my phone for any auditions and self tapes. Plus I can now upload my videos for auditions easily through the app.

I’m so glad they put this app out. It makes it easy to check and upload self tapes right from my phone, since that’s the world we live in now.

Unfortunately this app has been a complete fail for me. I downloaded it in September and now it’s November and I doesn’t update to show current casting notices. It still is showing notices from September in the breakdown feed. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled twice. Updated it every time there’s an update. Simply doesn’t work. Sad because I pay nearly $300/year for membership and they can’t get me an app that’s useful.

“Due dates”/“Deadlines” for media requests would populate to the app. Right now, I check the app for an audition then I have to head to the website to see when the deadline is.

Well done Team CN. App feels and functions better than before.

It would be nice if we could rearrange the order of videos since when they’re uploaded! Currently, the order seems to be random and take 1 might appear after take 3, for example.

The push notifications work very well. And the animated walkthrough was super cute.

Now I have used this app one year and it has paid for itself! But, problems persist in the tech department. If I can’t upload my videos, I can’t get work. I hope these issues are fixed soon.

There are no other updates available, and the app only opens to say “refresh token not found”. App is otherwise great when it works.

I think this app would be great if we were able to see casting breakdowns and submit for roles on the go. Then I would rate this app 5 stars. Until this feature, I don’t really have use for it. It would be life-changing if I could submit on it!!

Good app but they make you keep your videos on there for 21 days for no reason other than to fill your storage limit so you have to upgrade to the $25/month plan

I was super excited about the release of this app, but I can’t access any castings. Also, I can’t update any pictures/videos. I love casting networks, so I’m willing to be patient and see where this goes.

This app would be great for submitting my materials as an actor if it weren't for the fact that you cannot hear the audio in the audio reel, or the video reel, that is most imperative for casting directors to hear! Please fix this bug so we can work!

Please make changes, so the project that i applied would move to different section or column , it would make process sooo much easier

This is a very good for actors and I’ve had so many auditions from this app. I love it and recommend for all actors.

I gave 1 star to get your guys attention. This was my downloading the app and when I first tried to use all it said was login and there was no *create an account* option so I couldn’t use the app pls fix this issue

I love Casting Networks the best , I been apart of the family for 5 years. Very thankful for the opportunities the merged from joining.

For whatever reason the app doesn’t show when an audition is due on the audition page. Major oversight.

I am not receiving any notifications of any kind. I still have to use my email app. Lame.

Its a scam they charge you in order to submit for castings when others don’t for the same casting. It’s impossible to cancel your membership as well. I will have to change my bank account just so they wont charge.

I have multiple accounts so when I sign in, the screen mentions that but doesn’t give me an option to choose which one.

It shows your inbox. No castings. Everything else is profile based. It’s like they’re not even trying. One star for the inbox. 👎🏼

They keep your videos for 20 days so you literally have to pay the 25/month (which is actually 29/month) or not audition at all. So bad.

Casting Networks App doesn’t let you SUBMIT TO CASTINGS, and Actors Access doesn’t let you ADMINISTER YOUR ACCOUNT!!! C’mon, get it together…LITERALLY.

Casting billboard is not available so you are not able to search/submit for roles!!

I like the app since you have everything through the app. Very convenient and easy to navigate through it. I wish you had the app for Android since I have to use my work phone to access it. Overall a good app.
