Using this app makes me feel like I’ve only gone backwards. You can only use the punch in/out feature if you have great cell service. If not, you will lose your time. I had to switch all the employees to manual entry so now they are writing down their time and have to enter at the end of the day or they send to me and expect me to enter. The app locks up phones and you have to uninstall and reinstall and eventually give up. They cannot view their submitted hours to keep track of their weekly time so I have to take time to verify with every employee their weekly hours. If this app wasn’t the only option to transfer hours to my accounting software I would not use. I actually think I would be better off going back to TSheets and entering my employee’s hours. It’s free, you can have as many users as you want and works great in the demo. They don’t tell you that you can purchase a better version for 3k to run much better and this is the only time app that is compatible with my new software. Oh and the nicknames I try to use are already taken such as frustrated, overrated, disappointed and the list keeps growing!
This app is super easy. However, just like expense ease app you’re able to see how expenses you submitted. If you were able to see your hours submitted, this app would strive even more. Maybe add a feature to see your hours that you worked so it’s easier for employees to keep track of there work hours and overtime hours. Rather than using another app or tool or screenshots to help them out.
Why is there not a function to view what hours you submitted for previous weeks on the app? Even when you go online it is near impossible to figure out how to see your submitted hours. Overall could be more user friendly.
There’s a couple things that are infuriating. When entering the name of the job, it should be in alphabetical order to make searching easier. Also, there should be a recent searches option. The app sometimes crashes when submitting.
Look at the last update - that will tell you something about how well this app works! When talking to Computer Ease support after having MULTIPLE issues they simply said that they don’t need to update cause all of their customers are happy! Well.... apparently not all your customers!
