We’ve been members for over 40 years. Great service. Easy to transfer, see your accounts and many more options. We no longer live in the vicinity of our credit union but we still bank with them. The check deposit etc has allowed us to add 5 more years to being a member. Thank you.
I mostly use this app to deposit checks remotely and check my balance, so I can’t speak to the user experience on any of the other features, but I have found it to be simple and straightforward, and it walks you clearly through each step of the deposit process, which is designed to minimize errors. There were a few days a couple months ago where mobile banking stopped being available, and I wasn’t sure if that was due to the quarantine, or my old phone which was malfunctioning, or a problem with the app - hence, four stars instead of five.
It has a lot of problems being able to log onto banking app. Can’t see my account yesterday and today. Didn’t read My messages maybe your working on it. Never experienced this with my other banking I’ve ever had.

I absolutely hate the password rules they have. If you just happen to forget your password, then you’re caught in this never-ending cycle of changing your psw for life because you cannot use any previously-used passwords and the psw has to be “this” and contain “that” and can’t be this or that… too many restrictions that make it just plain frustrating!
Needs more features such as bill pay when entering amount of payments it would be nice to go down the payment list and not have to do each one separately
