Always great service and I’m always made to feel appreciated with each contact I make, or that my wife makes, when HELP is needed. Decades of Service with CFCU have resulted in multiple SAVINGS for us and we’ve always appreciated how CFCU has worked at keeping us well aware of ongoing offers that spelled savings. I remember, fondly, how when I made my first call to inquire about a car loan. I was told all I needed to do was find the car, make the best deal and then just write ‘em a check and we’ll take care of the details for you. WOW moment I never had with ANY bank I used to use. We’ve used CFCU dating back to the 90’s and we have NEVER been better cared for by any other financial institution….ever ! Thank You for providing the Service and with the Smiles you always provide. Since the new app I’ve had a bill pay not work right because may be a glitch. I paid a bill and on communication federal it went through but not through the bank I was paying my vehicle payment through;(
I am trying to pay the loan off of my vehicle, but when I try and choose the date outside of the current day I’m writing this review, it does not prompt the calendar correctly. Basically, I have to pay during banking hours to ensure the transaction is made on the due date *during* banking hours or use a computer (which not everyone has) to pay the bill.
This credit union really cares about it’s customers and it shows. From skip-a-pay options on their loans to pay-me perks on a checking account. Also stellar customer service and support. I am glad to call this credit union my bank!! Thank you CFCU !!
Love the new updated app they did to make my life easier. So easy to use and better than any other banking app I have used or currently have. Glad this one is my primary and really like the new budgeting and tracking ability for our expenses. Will save us a ton of time.
The new look and feel to the app is great. It’s very easy to monitor my accounts and navigate between different action pages within the app. I wish there was a dark mode but that’s my only criticism so far. Maybe that will come later 🤞🏻
When I was trying to buy my house there was an issue with one of their online forms, the 1800 help wasn’t amazing. But within hours, a VP reached out and made it right. I will be a CFCU member for life. That one experience is proof of their best in class service. This app is amazing and so is CFCU

I have been using this app from the beginning of the development. Now it wants me to update this app and when I try it says I can’t because I don’t have V-14. I’ve tried to update my version of software but the system will not let me download. This is messed up....
The new app is a significant upgrade from the previous version. Many great new features and the navigation and user experience is clean and intuitive. Kudos CFCU on a job well done! Recommend this credit union to everyone!
So very disappointed with latest system change that eliminates the very nice financial aggregation to enable the monitor and provide financial statements. The replacement stinks and I cannot depend on it as it is never up to date. I have had to migrate to Yodlee Money where I had to rebuild everything. This feature made your services shine. Now it became dull and cloudy.
This app is very good for people that are busy and always on the go. This is all right this at 10 or 10. I think everyone’s uses if you have bank with communication..
I appreciate the professionalism from the entire staff along with how informative everyone is. I also respect and appreciate how knowledgeable everyone is. Every one in the facility are extremely courteous!
The bank itself is great, and I never have to worry about my bills being paid on time, however, constantly, the app is under maintenance. Every two to three weeks, I cannot access my money for the entire day and it is incredibly frustrating. Please, figure it out.
Since the changes were made, it's hard to read the screens on my cell phone. The writing is smaller and takes up more than the screen area so I have to move it around to find things. Good idea but doesn't work well for me.
I appreciate Sara at the Tulsa branch. I’ve been with Communications federal credit union for years, and I have dealt with no one but her. She’s always very professional and helpful.
Since the last upgrade, I’ve been unable to use the app to pay my credit card bill or to make transfers between my other accounts except for primary checking/saving. Everything I want to do I have to call the bank and have them do it. Frustrating.
Love that a local financial institution gives me all the tech of a mega bank. Budgeting tools are awesome and account linking is simple. Virtually no downtime either.
Woke up to an app that is not working. Keeps giving authentication errors. Deleted app and reinstalled can get a little farther but still no login. Usually a great app, not sure what’s up. Tried the contact developer and that didn’t work either.
The new mobile app update makes everything more difficult to accomplish. Yes, it looks better but functionality vs the previous version is not as good. Hopefully they change back soon.
