Very easy to use and durable

Chipper is actually the daily transaction app that I can use with ease and with access to unlimited services both local and international. It makes accessing money and spending very durable and easy with a fast service assistance in every aspect . In both stocks and sending out money locally to other African countries through MobileMoney service and making payment online through the the Chipper USD And Naira Card . I’m still getting the hang of it, so I would rate it 4 star and recommend you try it out too and see what you would like to do in its long range of self services.

Advice

To be honest, I think this app is doing good. I sold N22k worth of BTC on Friday the 29th of July 2022. When I wanted to cash out, it said “something went wrong” however, the money was no longer in my account and there was no trace of it on my transaction list. I was scared because I thought it was a scam. I contacted customer service via live chat on the app though it took them 4 hours to reply. It was so much back and forth but on Monday afternoon, one of their customer service agents contacted me and apologized that the case has been escalated and that I should please bear with them while they do the needful. About 10 pm same Monday the 1st of August 2022, I got an alert and the fund was back in my account. Now, this is my advice to you, someone definitely contacted and met with Burna Boy, Simi, and other known Nigerian artists that are Chipper cash ambassadors. In other words, there would be a trace if anything goes wrong. They're in partnership with 9 Payment. Finally, do your findings and decide what you want to do. For me, it works. THE BEST VIRTUAL BANK EVER AND I RATE 5

This is literally the best ever... I was once skeptical about it cos I opened it 2019 but never used it... so I was into a business which required using virtual banks like chipper and I remembered I had I’ve been using the bank since 2020 and gosh it’s so good... it’s fast and reliable and it’s very safe and so so great Like I don’t literally have any issues with t at all... it’s amazingly perfect( I saw a review when someone said he can’t withdraw his money and that it’s only twice in a day) I run transactions with my CHIPPER every single day and minute and I don’t got a lag nor an error I even got a chipper card where I keep a lot of money Incase I don’t want to spend too much in my account so at times I forget I saved some money in my chipper virtual card. The APP IS REALLY WORTH IT AND I RATE IT 5 star... IF IT WAS MORE THAN 5 star, I would have rated more cos it’s good.... receiving funds from the UK too hasn’t been much more interesting. Thank you guys and if you let me, I Wil love to suggest or recommend a section where u can lock your funds in there for about anytime (like a fixed savings or savings account where u safe up and totally diff from the main account) And yeah for the Crypto part.... m looking forward to unlocking mine soon Gracias and keep up with the great stuff

Well to be honest with each and everyone of us here Chipper cash is doing just Good..I went through all these feedbacks here before downloading the app It’s was a risk because they doesn’t have any based address and contact phone number That’s really bad and need to be fixed My first and last bad experience till yet was when i sent money to a friend and it took over 3days before he received it Secondly the transaction details isn’t enough to prove to a person (very important) But i trust them with my money I have ran over 8 million Naira worth of transactions and it all went in and sent out successfully My bank is just safer because they have blanches and customer care phone number (Zenith Bank) No one suggested chipper cash to me I saw the advertisement and went through the feedbacks here A lot of negativities and at same time positivities Chipper cash isn’t scamming (never experienced such) Please if possible You guys should please edit on the transaction details We want it in full version Just as bank debit alert Really appreciate for the commissions and co(it really cool) Thankfully 🙏

Regret!!! Chipper are scammers!!!

I use to recommend you guys at chipper to my friends and family. Your service was doing great and I never had any bad experience. But your customer care are to lazy and takes weeks to solve a customer complaint! My wallet was blocked and I’ve pleading with them through emails and chipper support. You security is really poor and need some upgrades!!! About my money in my wallet that has been locked. I really regret ever knowing chipper! I say it with so much pain in my heart because you really don’t know how it feels to work hard out there and also kept it the money in your firm because I trust the process then! I never saw it coming!! Hope y’all be okay after keeping me drain and frustrated. 💔 My verification has been pending for days now and I told you guys at chipper that I will provide any proof they want so I will be able to verify but I’ve not gotten replies! Ridiculous deposit processing times, works eventually though

I downloaded this app to send money to my fiancée. I was expecting a quick, easy way to send money and the first impressions were good. Up until I deposited money into the app from my bank account. It is three days later now and it is still “pending.” The app has a nice interface and has potential but so far it has just stolen my money. Edit: It worked after 4 business days. Changing to 4 stars.

It’s a scam!

It’s very convenient to add money anytime of the day. But can’t cash out anytime you want unless it’s twice a day ; one around 10am and the other around 3pm and even with that pray it works!. Making your profits is your uppermost concern, but to hell with users whose trade depends on how convenient they can get in touch with their money. And it’s always one problem or the other. Network problems today some other problem tomorrow. Transactions on this app is never as smooth a nightmare a one would hope. And now today around 10am I try to cash after trying so many times since yesterday. And I still can’t. For an app which was my point of almost all my transfers both within and cross border, I will definitely start finding alternatives because one thing I know for sure is they don’t care about their users!

Face verification doesn’t work

In order to create a virtual card, u need to take a video selfie but I’ve taken 100s of them for the past week and it tells me “we couldn’t get a good selfie” and am following the instructions that seem to be pointless, they have a short tutorial of how to take the video selfie but in the tutorial the guy smiles and faces the camera in an angle but when I try to replicate it says don’t smile and look straight, the tutorial is hopeless, the instructions are hopeless, the video selfie process is hopeless cause it never works, I’ve tried this on other devices but same result and the worst part is there’s no other way to verify your account, you have to take the video selfie which will just give you an error message no matter how hard you try and repeat

Disappointing Customer Service and Refusal to Refund

I am extremely disappointed with this app’s customer service. I recently experienced a failed transaction and provided all the necessary information, including screenshots and transaction details, to their support team. However, despite my efforts and clear evidence, they outright refused to refund my money. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer care, especially when the fault clearly lies with the app. I had high hopes for this service, but this experience has completely shattered my trust. I cannot recommend this app to anyone based on how they handle customer issues and still the customer service aren’t responding to my emails and messages anymore I think this application is a total scam

Bring PVC back for verification!!!!!

I just can’t understand why there’s no option to upload voter’s card for verification anymore on this app, or is my PVC not a legit identification of me being a citizen of Nigeria anymore? Apart from that, I’ve got no other issue on this app, it’s great cuz I used it before but I couldn’t access my first account cuz I lost my old phone with the number on it and due to the government imposed law as said, I couldn’t retrieve my lost sim so as to get back on my old account, now that I’m trying to open a new one with my new number then I noticed I can’t use my PVC for verification anymore, that just hurts so much that it breaks my heart. This is why I’m giving 2 stars .

I was at the brink of going crazy since I just had two days to pay my mums surgical bills and it was an emergency, someone transferred money to my chipper account and it got stuck for over 24 hours , I went on my Twitter account and engage chipper customer care and they did their very best to sort the glitch and in less than 2 hours I got the funds .... Thank you so much chipper, for over a year you guys haven’t disappointed me and I’m super grateful to your team of responders 🙏

I’ve been using chipper since 2022 and I must say is the best online banking app sometime I mistakenly sent money to a chipper account, I complained to the customer care and after proper investigation the money was reversed back to my account I use this app for my business, done transactions of over 10M and never been scammed by them The fact that they even notified you wen they’re having network issue or maintenance is really nice but I will like you guys to provide for us physical card aside the online card and restore our transaction history to the previous way it was thank u🫶🏻

Disgrace

I’m from the UNITED STATES and don’t have anyone out of the country to send money to nor request money from. I just found out that my “hacked” email address was attached to this app, never heard anything of it until today. Also they had all of my banking info, numbers, address etc. I attempted to remove the email and delete the account and there is no resolution, on top of that, these people don’t even have a customer support. Something fishy is in the air but I’m about to go now and report this to “MY” local police because this identity theft issue is very serious!!! Going bad

So apparently starting using this long ago referred to lots of friends used for a while and it seemed too good to be true guess what? It actually turned out too good to be true now with lots of failed transactions new rules every other day( í don’t know how you guys wake up each day and think of a ridiculous rule) tell me how you charge me 500 naira or 4 times for a failed $1 transactions like does it make sense to you ?? Useless app

This app has become useless for some months now. You can’t even cash out your own money . They give you a limit of just 2k daily yet they won’t allow you to cash out . Chipper cash doesn’t care about it customers. At this point a feel they’re some sort of scheme waiting to run away with peoples money . Best Reply and fixing problem

I had issues with my statement when the chipper statement isn’t enabled on my account and I contacted the customer service and it was fixed same day and same time had issues with over 280k naira I mistakenly sent to luno which I be contacting Luno for over a month disturbing for my money but immediately I asked chipper for a refund and it was refunded in three business days. Good service and app

The Chipper service is very good and straightforward too. I actually started using it hoping the Naira-Dollar rate would be the standard rate or at least much lower than the high rates elsewhere cos I heard Chipper was cheaper (feel me? 😉😎), unfortunately it’s still the same high rate, but even at that high rate the service is still good and it has made a lot of transactions easier and more appealing 👍🏾. Unable to open

Don’t ever download this app! This app is built by scammers... for over 2 weeks now, my account has been locked out with a 20 Million business funds in it... I tried contacting them in app, through email, on Twitter, on Instagram... I even commented on their posts on their social media handles but no one has been getting back to me... it’s been over 16 days and it’s still the same thing. I just don’t understand this. Are you trying to run away with my 20 million? I contacted Wema bank, Providus bank and Paystack to let them know what’s going on and what you scammers are trying to do to me... I got a lawyer already, comes tomorrow morning, I’ll be at wema bank with my lawyer and I’m pressing charges on this!

So Frustrating

I’ve been using this app to send and receive money for some time with constant issues. I would’ve quit using chipper long ago if I knew of another app to use. I’ve had large amounts of money “frozen” on my account multiple times for MONTHS at a time!!! When I consult chipper help for support they tell me to add more money to my account to “unfreeze” it. When I do that it almost never works and ends up adding more money that I can’t access . When I tell them I can’t keep doing that, they say “please be patient then” but it’s been months of waiting and it’s MY money!!

Failed transaction reversed

I had a failed transaction worth 200 dollars on my dollar card and it was issued using PayPal and I got debited. I contacted both support and PayPal said I would get a refund 14 days max, and chipper support also kept assuring me that it would be handled. Well, under 14 days, I got the refund. Poor maintenance and poor services

Bad verification service!!

I should have read all the reviews before downloading the app. The App is the worse of all the apps I have used before. The identity verification process is the worse ever. I have upload my ID multiple times and yet they keep on rejecting it. Secondly I can’t cash out my money because it on telling me “system is down and under maintenance”. Best thing since sliced bread
