Our family has been with Choice One for about 20 or so years and we’ve never had an issue, everyone is always cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable … We never worry about getting scammed, cyber fraud… nothing. Really happy with the bank, with the people… Just happy with everything. 👍
I spend a great deal of time in other locations than my home base, and I find I must depend on the banking information that B of A reflects in my mobile account. However, I find (constantly) your data is three days, sometimes greater, hat it reflects accurate information. I, for one of many I’m sure, would appreciate a much faster accurate written history of my transactions! Is not all transactions instant? Thank you Respectfully, Mr. Douglas M. Casamer Esq.
This app is AMAZING! I love that I can see my account number, put notes on my card when traveling, and customize the dashboard how I want it. This is a huge step forward. Well done, ChoiceOne!
I love this bank I never had someone not only walk me through it but not make me feel like inadequate because to be honest I don’t know anything about banking and I felt safe and secure with Jody thank you so much
This isn’t an overall review, it’s just ever since I’ve had this app and Lakestone changed to ChoiceOne, this app doesn’t take my mobile deposits, it can’t pick up my signature when clearly it’s there.
Transactions from 5/20/20 did not appear until 5/29/20. They were not even showing pending as when under lakestone. This caused my balance and ChoiceOneBank balance not reconcile. This grieved me.
