This app is great! It functions well and has made it so much easier for me to plan and make my appointments. That said, it asks me if I want to accept marketing texts and emails every single time I make an appointment. It would be great if it asked once, and remembered my decision. I imagine this is annoying for the majority of people as they likely won’t change their minds and will select the same answer each time. However, if they do change their mind, maybe there can be an option to sign up for marketing notifications elsewhere in the app?
This app makes scheduling appointments quick and easy. I don’t have to create an event on iCalender. Chop does it for me. I like that I can book the appointment with a card or reserve it.
The app has a good design, but every function on it doesn’t work. First I tried to schedule an appointment and the app told me error scheduling appointment please try again. After trying again and it repeatedly giving me an error message I tried a different time. To my surprise the other time worked. About an hour later I get a text that the app scheduled me for two appointments. Consequently, I had to cancel one of the appointments. To no-ones surprise that didn’t work either. Finally, I needed to move my appointment to a later hour. The app tells me there is an available time slot to reschedule the appointment. It must come as a shock when I tell you that the reschedule button doesn’t work either even though there is an available appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Great barbershop, terrible app.
I’ve tried multiple times to book via the app with no luck. I get a error message every time. I loaded the website and booked there without any issues. Really a pain to have to log into the website when the app is advertised as convenient. Please look into and fix. I’ve deleted and reinstalled with no luck.
Downloaded the app thinking I could schedule an appointment easier than I can through that website. Not the case. In the app you can’t select any professional when booking. You have to select a professional and then you can see availability. Also on the app it makes you pay for the service to book an appointment. I like on the website that you can just reserve without paying.
Cadence at Midtown was amazing! She’s funny, outgoing and made an old man look good. Will definitely be back and would encourage you to give her a shot.
