I almost left cfcu due to how terrible their mobile banking app was. I mean i couldn’t even view my credit card transactions on here before! Now everything is fully available right through the app. Great job!
I haven’t been able to use mobile deposit for weeks now because the in app camera isn’t working and doesn’t rotate like it’s supposed to so instead it’s just stuck on the screen that says “rotate your phone to take a picture”. Really annoying especially after already writing everything out on the back of the check.
Yay! This has been my primary banking institution so a few years now and have been waiting for a refreshed app. The new look and seamless process is amazing !
I thought the app was bad before, now that it’s been revamped it’s even worse! I keep getting error messages when I try to do Bill Pay and it won’t even let me enter payees. Been struggling for a few hours with trying to set it up- hopefully they can fix it for me before my bills are late. Very disappointed.
It’s a great app. But ever since the update I’ve been trying to create another savings account and it won’t let me click the box to accept….fix it please
I will not allow you to force me to have notifications turned on. I refuse to allow you to make me have anxiety. It is proven that notifications cause anxiety and many other mental health issues. So if you do not mind, I’ll keep my notifications to off. Do not force poor mental health on clients.

In the future, should give the people a choice to change to the new app or leave it. I absolutely HATE the layout of this!!!! The older one was better layout and easier to understand. Please change it back!!!!!
Horrible app, I am ready to change to a different bank, always problems, account gets locked or not recognize now after updates nothing works….horrible
