Wish it was Apple Watch compatible
I really wish this app would work with Apple Watch. I have to get into the app from my phone and it can be inconvenient a lot of times with my work.. :(

Device Does not useful due to poor connection
And poor user interface on app. I have reached out to the company twice for help to keep the device connected to anything! So far crickets. Seems the support team is as useless as the device itself. I will ask for a refund. Buyer beware this is not what you think it is. The user interface on the app is not intuitive. It clunky and difficult to navigate. I am unable to find information and instructions about how to best navigate or set up the device and what the readings actually mean. Zero customer service or response. Useless

Best Health Device
Finally! This is a wearable device that takes continuous measurements of your key heath metrics. No other device does what the Prevention CIRCUL+ does- not even close. It monitors spO2, tracks sleep, tracks steps, monitors heart rate and temperature. This is truly the best health/wellness device in the market. App is great and very easy to use and set up. Love it.

Shows some promise but no customer support
The prevention ring shows some promise but no customer support when issues arise. I’ve tried to contact several times; I’ve registered both rings I purchased but still no assistance when I found issues in the data and behavior of each ring. Expensive “toy” and too bad - I was hoping to get some useful data. For myself & my spouse. How can I trust Circul data over bp cuff or oximeter or Oura ring?

Last update messed up my data
Something bad happened after last update. Under the reports tab, all data is listed by date. However, when you tap one of the dates with the summary info, the report comes up with totally different numbers I.e. ODI on summary says 21.7, but on report it says 10.2; and all the rest of the data different as well. Don’t know what to believe.

Why doesn’t app share data with Health app?
The app only shares steps. I don’t even have the option to share my sleep and pulse ox info with the health app.

App crashing at launch
While I’m disappointed about the HealthKit integrations lacking of data persistence, the app has worked well for the most part. Today however it just started failing when launching. Force quitting the app didn’t fix the issues. Even rebooted my iPhone. No success.

Hoping for better reliability
Not connecting or constantly syncing data. Willing to change my review if I get some support but thus far I’m not impressed. Could be a awesome device once the bugs work out

Errors in least update
The calculation for ODI has changed dramatically in the last update. Please verify if it is an error. My ODI went from 5 to over 30 since update on Oct 28, 2023

App & CIRCUL ring. Ok, but not great.
I’ve been using the app and ring every night for 2 weeks to track my sleep. I purchased the ring because of its ability to track sleep, including blood oxygen and heart rate. I also read on their website that it (1) syncs with the Apple Health app, (2) takes periodic finger temperature, and (3) you can set the ring to automatically start and stop measurements at designated times—which sounds great not having to open the app to start and stop the readings. The keywords being “sounds great”, because all of the features rarely ever work, like at all. (1) The information synced with Apple Health is just “step counts”. Yeah, you read that right. A ring that is advertised as being able to measure blood oxygen and heart rate doesn’t actually sync that data with the Health app, just your steps. So I guess it’s great to see that I am not sleep walking at night. (2) The finger temperature has never worked for me. The first few nights, there wasn’t even a chart or measurement data for finger temperature. Then randomly all of a sudden I could now see the finger temperature chart. However, there has never been any data. The chart remains empty and it looks like its not even taking measurements. (3) The feature that automatically starts and stops measurements has also NEVER worked and just adds to the frustration. In the app, I’ve set it to begin measurements at 10:30 PM—when I’m usually in bed—and to stop taking measurements at 6:00 AM when I am waking up. After the feature not working at all the first few nights, I deliberately checked at 10:30 PM to see if it starts up, it didn’t. I waited till 10:45 PM to see if maybe it was just delayed, it wasn’t. Since it doesn’t automatically start at the programmed time, that means I have to make sure to turn the feature on and off. Turning it off in the morning is a whole other mess. I press and hold the ‘stop’ button in the app, and then it starts to sync the data back to the app. But after its done syncing and before I am even able to review the report, the app/ring starts taking measurements again. I press and hold the stop button, it syncs, and then just like before it restarts taking measurements. I’d then take the ring off, thinking maybe it is because I am still wearing it. Nope. The data syncs and it starts taking measurements again and within a few seconds I get the alarm that my blood oxygen level is low. Well obviously it is because the ring isn’t on my finger. The only way I get it to stop is to disassociate the ring with the app. Overall, the app and the ring are ‘ok’. It will take readings, but everything else about it and the features they advertise it having are not great. Save your money.
