I have an account with Amex, Chase, Discover, Bank of America and Transcend CU, and Class Act takes the cake. It’s simple, clean and user friendly by default and really customizable if you want more control. I automate my savings and budget with its scheduling capabilities and hide savings accounts to avoid temptation. I can even link external accounts for easy viewing and it syncs quite reliably. I get to see my credit score, my credit report, and use a simulator. It even categorizer my spending for me and has a decent read on it even if I mostly use my non class act credit cards for expenses.

The APP is easy to navigate and it matches the impeccable service received by the Credit Union itself! In addition, as a member, I feel valued and appreciated through the services offered. I feel like different services take into account the different lifestyles and personalities of individual members and families.
Opened my account close to 50 years ago, it was one the best Financial moves I ever may. Back then it classroom teachers credit union, they helped me buy my first home and car. NEVER have I had any problems with my savings and other banking. ClassActFCU is my bank for life.

I haven’t had any issues from the bank or the app I have been a member for years!! When my wallet was stolen, I instantly was able to freeze my card! Great app Not to mention it’s super easy to use and transfer money to my other account with no issues❤️
I switched to a credit union a coupled months ago, this has been the best decision I have made. The only thing I don’t like about it is if your account is compromised that you can’t get an ATM card right away. Keep up the Great work!
I’m here to tell it all.... and the friendly tellers at the Cardinal location are my absolute favorite. So polite and eager to help. I don’t come in very often but when I do it’s a complete joy. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I used to have a card before it was hacked many times. No fault of mine and you took my card. Once again no fault of mine and you even accused me of hacking it. I think it’s ridiculous. You must have faulty security and you blamed me.
I have been a ClassAct member for 20 yrs or more... nothing but professionalism during that time. I’m retired living in Florida now and will remember my time with ClassAct fondly.
The old one was so much easier to maneuver! I can't figure out how to look back further into my transactions. Before all you had to do is change the dates and boom there it was. I'm lost with my banking now. Seriously about to switch banks because I can't figure it out and I've been with class act for 17 years.

This app has not responded for me since last Saturday. There is currently still no ETA on a fix. This is Thursday. The work around given does not work.
I don’t know if it is a temporary issue, but I have two major issues... First, I can’t see any transactions that predate the update. Seriously? Second, the search function no longer allows you to select a date range. Who thought that was a good idea? Terrible.
This new app is so frustrating!!!!! It logs me out EVERY single time I attempt to make a mobile deposit. When I attempt to log back in, the drop down box in the top left is gone. Therefore, I can’t even get to the screen to do a mobile deposit or properly log out of my account. That makes me very uneasy and worried that someone is going to be able to gain access to my accounts. So, I have to log in at least 3 times, sometimes more to complete my mobile deposit. Please fix this!!!!!! I am nowhere near a branch and mobile deposits are a necessity for me!!
The app often closes unexpectedly. Like the other reviewer it often logs itself out when trying to make mobile deposits. As soon as I turn on Touch ID I have to delete the app and reinstall because the app won’t open. I try it every time an update is issued and then wait again. However, if all you need to do is basic transfers and balance/transaction inquiries, it work 95% of the time. But I would say at least 1 out of 20 times the app is down or something goes wrong.
When it does work it works fine, but recently it crashes when I attempt to log in. This app needs a major patch update that fixes a lot of these frustrating bugs.
I have to uninstall the app on a iphone x often in order to work. 2x in the past 6 months. Face ID stopped working all together even though this feature is turned on.
Bekkahboo1983, I’m sorry you feel that way but I believe you may be commenting on the fact that indeed our app was down over the holiday weekend (8/31-9/2) but that was due to a core conversion we completed. The new app has not been down once and we anticipate this new version will not have the issues out previous app had. I’d be happy to explain the reasoning behind our decision to not bring the historical transactions over from the old system. To make a long story short, as you may know, we are a non-profit, member owned financial institution so we care about every dollar we spend because those dollars belong to our members. Bringing over all of the historical data would have cost a significant amount of money and we felt our members money should not be spent on that. Considering you have the ability to very easily view your history by pulling up your eDocuments (past two years). And the history will build from 9/1 on so in a few weeks you won’t even notice. Keep in mind you guys are MEMBERS of our credit union and we are run by volunteer members just like you so decisions are not being made by a rich board of directors like at a bank.
