First of all, on a different app I have so much work I can’t keep up but on this one they only seem to have 1 whole human in a city of 1.5 million that uses the app because they never find me any other work than that one person and they are atrocious to work with. I have told Tidy the host always books 1 1/2 hr cleanings on a 3-4 bedroom house which is impossible and they will not extend time to pay more. They won’t do anything about it except blow up my phone asking me to take last minute jobs for $30. Haha no Also they won’t let me choose my pay. They set it at $20/hr where on every other app I get a minimum of 28-30/hr. The host always says the house is a 3 room house (not a 3 bedroom, a 3 room, which is basically a 1 bedroom house) that way they don’t have to pay more than 30-40$ for a job that I get paid $80 for on every other app. I refuse to accept anymore work because they let hosts lie and say they didn’t like your work so the company takes your money back, they don’t listen to cleaners when they tell them the host has a 3-4 bedroom house and the job should be for 3-4 hrs not 1 1/2. It’s such a joke, I don’t know why anyone even bothers to use it.
i’ve been using this app for a while now at first and would not give me any cleaner jobs and then it finally gave me one clean job. I did cleaning it to have my pay. I waited for two maybe three weeks after finish my job to get paid I had to get a contact with somebody so I could get my pay. I thought they was going to, fix the glitch or whatever something wrong with it. I took all three more jobs because I needed the buddy yet. It’s still doing the same thing. I’ve been contacting customer service about this. I have not got no response. I did my buddies so I can go ahead and pay the major bills that I need to pay unless it’s somebody company that would like to pay my bills for me so I won’t have to worry about it that would be fine but this right here is unacceptable. This is not how you do business you guys owe me money fix the glitch or else. I’m gonna have to take some gymnastics and I don’t wanna do that. I don’t have time to do that.
I was sitting here on a Saturday afternoon when I got a text message if I wanted to work, I wasn’t even completely signed up for this, but I was excited so I went into the app and finish signing up. I excepted the job and everything. Not even 30 minutes later I went into look at the booking and it was removed from me. I texted them back immediately and said what happened to the job?It disappeared. The Lady Margie replied. The customer canceled it, we will keep you updated on further bookings. I immediately deleted my account and told her to never reach out to me again. There should be A fine that the customer has to pay to the worker when they do that to people. When you are counting on something and you need it, it’s wrong to take it away from someone and not compensate something. Y’all wrong !!!
I did a cleaning for this company July 1 st and it is now July 9th and I still have not received payment at all. The person who runs the support team part called and told me she’ll get back to me and I hung up due to be extremely frustrated with this situation as well with the app. The support number they have I have called and texted repeatedly no response I will be reporting them to the department of labor due to them not paying me. The whole cleaning my phone was getting blown up with phone calls and texts. They did not tell me how bad the house was before cleaning the house. That clean was easily a $250 cleaning but instead I’m suppose to receive $135 and still have not received it. I’m tired of repeating myself about not being paid this crazy if you are going to lowball someone at least have the common decency to pay the person.
This app is suppose to allow you to claim jobs but it doesn’t. I made a mistake and didn’t wipe fingerprints off microwave. The client complained then Cleanster cleared all my cleaning that month. The client blamed Cleanster not me. But I asked about jobs now no jobs are on my tasks list and Michelle, Derrick and Margie stop answering the phone. They assign jobs to the people they like. They take your jobs to give to the people they selected. This app doesn’t let you claim jobs. The people with the app are terrible communicators. You will be abandoned on a job waiting to hear from them or even for them to answer the phone or give the correct instructions to complete your job. I say, Don’t waste your time. 🤬
Since I started the application with this app, I have been getting emails and text messages from people who obtained my information on this platform (In the messages they identify themselves as customers of this app or let me know when I ask them how they got my number). I have never responded to the messages because I don't know if they are scams, but I don't know how they know that I applied for this platform or how they got my contact information (In addition, they know where I live in because they offer me jobs in my city). I think it's disrespectful and privacy.
Not happy with this platform. I have emails support multiple of times. The first time they told me it was a glitch in the system. Then it happened immediately again and this time I’m getting no response. After I worked 6hrs and now no pay. Margie and multiple of others aren’t answering my calls. Support isn’t emailing me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still haven’t got paid. The client paid over $400. And I received none of for my 6hrs of work. This plate form needs to be shut down 💯
First, I tried this in my own hometown, and it said application was deferred because there was already a max limit of cleaners in my area. So, I just put in some phony address in a whole other state and it’s doing the same thing. Clearly, it’s either saturated or they’re not telling the truth but I suspect that there’s really nothing going on with people using this app. You’re better off starting your own business on the Internet. Don’t waste your time.
I’ve been reaching out to this company since 02/24 and it’s 06/24 and I’m still unable to get the app work properly. I’ve been stuck on submitting my background check and I keep reaching out ti them and nothing has been done. The last time they reached out I was told to update my app and that didn’t work either. At this point they can just return the $20 from my background check and I’ll be satisfied. It’s seems like a scam.
I don’t understand why they charge 20 for a background check and you don’t get no updates or anything no one get back to you on email or don’t answer the number they have on file I guess this app for cleaners was a mistake this company just all over the place I need my money back since the account still blocked and no help to help clear up this problem I am having smh
When I attempt the background check, the “ Get started” button is greyed out . Meaning you cannot click on it. Everyone seems to be having this problem with this app. I answered all other necessary questions and I still cannot complete the background check
Can not do background check because the app has no option to continue it basically doesn’t do anything I’ve tried to contact customer service and no reply back and going on 5 days now and they start me out with $20hr pay to start in Boston area lol that’s not worth it I wouldn’t clean for less then $50 to start
I downloaded the app, took the time to provide all the information and then get notified they are not accepting new applications. Can’t change the service area. Time wasted and cleaning contractors left of backlog, service area should of been the 1st thing confirmed… and if there are to many providers in a given area, this company never should of gathered new provider personal information.
It’s been 2 weeks since I did a job using this app. Not only have I not been paid out but there is no number to call to speak to anyone for help. I’ve used the chat on the app and have not gotten a response back. They were quick to call me to make sure I showed up but not quick enough to make sure I was taken care of afterwards.
Horrible app! Drops claimed jobs. Sends payments to wrong account. My pay wasn’t sent to my default payment method. It was sent to my Venmo where I had recently updated my phone number. It’s been at 2 weeks since I’ve received my payment. No one is taking accountability for the mistake and neither is Venmo cooperating with me on how my payment can be retrieved!
You have to pay to use the app that they’re going to take money from your pay when you clean thru them anyways and let’s not talk about the extra fees the customer pays, there’s free apps that don’t make you pay to use them and are great keep looking..shouldn’t have to pay them for them to make money off of YOUR WORK
This app is a joke, I paid for a background check and there is no work now or in the foreseeable future. I’ve reached out to customer service an it takes them 9 days to respond to anything I ask. At this point I’m asking for my background check fee to be refunded so I can delete this scam of an app.
Get through 75% of the process to find out that it won’t allow u to go through the background check. Update needed asap *After updat and waiting days I find out I can’t do it cause tidy has reached the max amount in my area! Very disappointing you allowed all of us to wait for nothing!
This must be some type of information bank because I live in Los Angeles county and the customer service rep said that they’re working on getting jobs in my area.😂😂😂 that has to be the joke of the century. You have too many clients complaining and workers sitting staring at your useless app. Wish I could give it no stars.
I couldn’t even sign up for the app it asked for my address and other info but when I went to put in the county and state those buttons was greeted out and it worth let me click them or continue without that info. Who ever programmed this app is trash
I applied but then when I tried to do verification it said time sessioned out but I just clicked link to do so. Then I emailed them to just cancel my account but they assured me if I just emailed copy of my drivers license that my account would be ready to go and since I have done that I have not heard a word from them. Don’t waste your time!!!
Can’t even get past the set up process. It will not allow me to put my address in. On other words it doesn’t recognize my address as an address 😒 definitely deleting this app and moving on.
$30-40 for a cleaning job? They didn’t pay me for the extra hours worked & have yet to pay me… The reason being “They’re having a issue depositing into my BANK ACCOUNT” They only notify me of jobs a day before
I downloaded this app and provided all my personal information 1 week ago. When I open the app, I see nothing! Empty dashboard, empty schedule, no messages, NO NOTHING! I work with another platform for Cleaners, and I have no problem at all. I regret uploading my information! Please do not download!!!!!
I can’t hire a cleaner or check out the app because it says my mobile number is invalid. I have tried to enter it in numerous ways and it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t recognize American numbers I guess. 0 out of 10.
It won’t let me click the link to get the background check done so therefore I cannot complete registration! What’s the point if it won’t allow you to click the link?
I have been waiting over three months to be excepted. I have been cleaning for seven years. I know exactly what I’m doing. I even own my own cleaning business and I like to do other cleaning on the side. This app seems like a complete joke.
I would love to use the app; but the background check doesn’t allow me to complete the registration process. You attempt to click on the link; and nothing happens.
I keep getting notifications of requests for cleanings, but the app will not let me do anything will not let me accept them. Will not let me do them and I can’t get any help. I’ve tried emailing. I’ve tried calling.
I paid for the background check and the App doesn’t work. Apparently there’s a new version, but you can’t download it. I asked the app for a refund and there was no response.
It’s strange, I don’t get. Everything has been set up for over a month , and customer service telling me that jobs are “slow” really the app doesn’t have work.
I’m in Houston and paid the $20 background check only to see that there are no jobs in my area… at all… for the foreseeable future. Super disappointing
So unprofessional. No matter how much you communicate you will still lose your shift. They do not follow through and cancel your shifts when you’re on your way.
