I love the Cloud. This year was crazy - some family health problems, my own surgery, and other events that required my time and attention. Temping allowed me to schedule around events. I am able to select when and where I work. I can choose the practices I would like to temp for and return to and which to exclude. I can choose what type practices I would like to temp for (perio) and which I can pass on (pedio). The cloud allows me to make these choices for myself through the app and to be direct deposit paid so no time spent collecting. I have been a hygienist for 30 years and temped on my days off for most of those. The cloud puts the need for most temp agencies to rest. I also feel the reviews and frequency of temping puts you to the top of the available list and can keep you busy where you can make a good living earning $5-10/hr more working the schedule that works for you.
Cloud is the best! I love the fact that I can easily set my own schedule, message offices, set my own rate (and adjust as needed), amongst so much more! The customer service is also fantastic. You can either email, or set a call time and they always try to help you out as much as possible. The flexibility in dropping shifts if needed (within the allotted time frame), and not being docked is also huge. Life happens and I appreciate that cloud understands that. If you want to pick up a shift you can also opt for emails and texts to be sent to you so you have the opportunity to pick them up. I can’t say enough good things! This will always be my #1 temping app!
I love using Cloud Dentistry for the convenience of my own set schedule. You can switch your schedule to any days you are available even if it’s not the same days as the previous week. Communication is very consistent from the updates/notification reminders and to messaging the office you had an assignment with. You get message updates through the app, email and text messages so you can always make sure your profile is up-to-date with your schedule and skill sets. You have the convenience of next day direct pay once your timesheet is submitted. You even get the opportunity to set your own hourly pay. I would definitely recommend this Cloud Dentistry app to those who need flexible schedule setting for their everyday lives with the pay they deserve.
This concept is amazing and so helpful! There is something wrong with the email confirmation. Instructions are followed, e-mail confirmation is triggered immediately, and button is functional, however, it does not seem to be pushed to the app or the web browser option. The app keeps saying that the email hasn’t been confirm and and therefore, you can’t message the professionals at all. I logged out and back in multiple times, installed the most recent update to no avail. While troubleshooting, I looked at billing settings, thinking that maybe a paid plan would help. The page crashed, sends you to the home page and billing info can’t be updated. It looks these are a couple of bugs. Thanks in advance. All you do is greatly appreciated! We are looking forward to being able to use the app properly and purchase a plan
This is my fav way to pick up extra work. Cloud makes it super easy. You set your hours, pay, and you can fav offices. I can setup my schedule to show days of the week I want to work on a regular basis or specific days Im available to work (like if my regular office is closed because the Dr is out), then I can pickup shifts thru cloud so Im not losing out on monthly income or make extra working days my regular office isnt open-like Fri/Sat 😃 Its a great way to check out other offices and start a working relationship for when those offices want someone that they know is dependable, personable and skilled-they can request you specifically 😁
I been really happy working as a temp with this app , last year I work more than a 1,000 hr this is my second year. I love to be working as a independent contractor be able choose who Dr. and office I want to work again . I loved to meet diversity of people and some excellent dentist. I’m very satisfied with the service from cloud dentistry app they been helping me all along the way to get the Maximo of the app and if I encounter any situation the customer service helped me to resolve in timely manner . Cloud dentistry is an excellent temping application. Very user friendly and organized when selecting the days you will be available vs. not being available. Many offices request your service if you mark yourself available for certain days. Offices will message you with interest in either part time or permanent employment. The offices I have temped for so far have been excellent and supportive during the days I have gone in. I highly recommend this app if you are looking to start temping.
I would highly recommend Cloud Dentistry. I just moved to a new state, and after I transferred my license I wanted the temp exclusively as I learned my new surroundings. Cloud Dentistry is easy to use and offers me the ability to pick and chose my schedule, set my own hourly rate and communicate directly with the offices that I am temping for through their app. It makes temping easy, and I am so appreciative of them and their helpful support staff (shout out Cassie) for making it simple and stress free.
I love using Cloud for all my job bookings! I’ve temped on my own without an agency and some offices can be really shady. For example, agree to a pay rate but then change it after your shift is over! With Cloud, your rate is set. Your shift is an agreement. The office can message you right on the app for schedule changes so you are fully aware what you are getting into. It can be a scary dental world and so I thank Cloud! I’ve met some really great Drs and offices. Highly recommend!
Cloud makes it so easy to book temping jobs! You are able to pick and choose what days you want to work and the best part is, you can pick your rate. There a lot of quality offices on the app where you can pick and choose where to work. I recently became a full-time temp and Cloud gives me confidence I will be finding and booking great jobs.

The insider reviews per office visit help you decide if you want to take a chance on a new office or not. I’ve recommended the app to multiple people!! I really enjoy the cloud app. It’s no hassle to schedule work find jobs and keep myself employed. I’ve never had a problem with payroll or customer service. They even take suggestions and have been upgrading the app over the last year. I do look forward to the app being on a one-month basis instead of five weeks but we’ll see if that happens.
Site offers $50/week and additional $50 every month or something of that nature for being available 1weekday and keeping availability up to date which I have done both yet have not received the incentive. Inquired about this and was told my rate was $5 too high to qualify like what?! It states no where on the site you can only have a certain rate to qualify. Besides if I feel I am worth more than what you do that is between myself and the people booking me! Still waiting for a reply back.

Be careful when setting your distance because it goes off of radius and not actual driving distance. An office 6miles away is about a 10-15 minute drive at best I wish this app had more settings such as, outside of X miles, you will have a different $ rate per hour due to traveling expenses and time etc Also being able to filter job listings by radius would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!
The app is easy to navigate and customize your schedule needs. I use this app to find temporary assignments because it calculated the pay rate according to my qualifications which others don’t do. It keeps you engaged and prompts you to update schedule frequently and reminds you to rate the assignments after the shift is completed.
I was tired of the apps out there that give little to almost NO information on a job post, like who, where exactly, computer system, parking etc. This tells you practically everything, plus it has free CEU virtual courses and you’re able to block an office you don’t what to work for.
I’ve told everyone that’s looking for work in dentistry about this platform and app. It puts the controls of communication and scheduling in the hands of the people working and away from temp agencies whom make more profit than the person working. It’s so nice to be able to communicate directly with the people that are looking for dental professionals.
I have been using CD for about 3 years now from the east coast to the west. It’s so easy navigate. Word of mouth and passing out my resume used to the way to get assignments now I just open my availability on cloud and let the bookings flow. Booked and busy on cloud. Using cloud is a good way to find a fulltime position if that’s what one is seeking.
I love the fact that with Cloud Dentistry, I can be my own boss, create my own schedule and have more control over my personal time which gives me more control of my life. Ever since there has been a hygienist shortage in the job market, cloud is what came as my savior . I don’t have to worry about employee leaving , demanding or negotiating all the time ! It works great for both ends. The hyginest sets the price ,we employers read their review and if we like it , we proceed with sending requests and hiring them as needed.
Cloud has made it so easy to make a full time career out of being a Hygienist on MY own terms! The flexibility of creating your own schedule & setting your own rates motivates me as a practicing clinician. This App is really straight forward, reliable and helpful is finding temp jobs , there is Permanent jobs posted as well ,cloud density gives you the chance to work as temp to fill the gaps in your schedule. I really recommend it
You can’t delete your account if you cancelled late.
I had a personal emergency and cancelled a shift last minute. I know it puts the office in a tough position, but I am not an employee of the office and do have to put my family first. One of the offices contacted me on Facebook messenger and attacked my character because of this. I’m attempting to delete my account so my information is no longer on the platform, but I am not allowed because I cancelled a shift last minute. I want my data removed from the app.
Using the Cloud is a great way to build your own schedule that works around your own schedule! It’s easy to navigate! I have temped with the cloud several times and I have never had a bad experience!

I’ve been using Cloud Dentistry for about 10 months now. I love how I am able to find temp jobs in my area. Although the app itself is very slow and always glitches. I have a missed accepting multiple jobs because it was too slow opening or closed out.
I have been on the app for over a year now and have had nothing but amazing experiences. It’s so easy to use and get paid on. You can rate clinics and they can rate you! It’s been a god sent!

Can’t view calendar by the month. It only shows the following 5 weeks. So there’s a split sometimes if you’re in the middle of the month. Can’t add/sync your work days to your phone calendar. I live by my iCal. And I need it on there with all the job info to show my day is blocked and details. Can’t look for jobs for certain days or certain months. You just have to keep scrolling forever. Can’t look for jobs with certain offices. Sometimes they post up multiple days for the entire month. It’ll be easier if we can look through a specific offices requests.
I was able to set my pay rate and traveling distance pretty well. The customer service rep was really helpful and was able to text her for any question.

I have checked and double checked to make sure my notifications are on, but still this app doesn’t notify you when you get a new message or a new job has been posted. I’ve missed out on several jobs because an office had found someone else to work by the time I saw they had messaged me. Great concept but the app needs some work.
I like the general idea and way this all works, but one of the main reason people temp is to be paid same day. If that’s not an option the turn around time should at least be comparable.
I love the flexibility, setting your own wage, getting to experience so many different dental environments and meeting so many people! I always have plenty of shifts available.
Love using cloud dentistry, I’ve gotten to temp at so many amazing offices. Communication is great, the app is very user friendly. I only use Cloud Dentistry to find temp work. Definitely recommend.
They’re no help at all. If you have a family emergency or can’t make an appointment they’ll shut down your account and in order to reactive your account you have to pay a $50 fee. Plus you’ll have deducted stars and get less calls on top of that. My advice is to just go to an actual temp agency and have them work with you. They actually know what they’re doing. I give this app negative stars.
