I tried to call 311 this morning about a neighbor’s nonstop barking dog and the touchtone system didn’t work so I downloaded the app. The app didn’t have a nuisance animal complaint spot so I tried to put in some feedback but it requires a request ID type and there is no spot to input that so it wouldn’t send. Useless for now
This piece of trash is easily a decade out of date, you can’t see your bill or pay your bill though it, and their website doesn’t work on mobile devices for payment because they’re using an archaic payment service that apparently has no API they could call. I’d have sent them feedback, but their feedback form requires a Charlotte address, and my Charlotte address comes up in the search and the form then rejects saying it is not a valid Charlotte address, so then you can’t even submit feedback. How this disaster got the stars it has is beyond me. There is literally nothing functional about this app, I’d give it less stars if I could.
I have to tried to put in a few requests for light sequence changes as well as submit feedback about the light request not working but the feedback portion of the app doesn’t work either. I get an error message saying request Type ID is required but there isn’t an option for that... so yeah this app has great potential but has some bugs to work out...so 3 stars for now.
Just downloaded the app in the hopes of reporting a dog that is being left outside 24/7. Not only did I not find a spot to report the animal/owner, but I also wasn’t able to click on anything. I tried to click through the options-nothing happened. I tried to change screens to profile or more and nothing happened. The app plain doesn’t work. Much like the City of Charlotte.
I have scheduled a bulky item pickup before, but since the last update, it doesn’t work. I can enter everything except my address. The app ‘finds’ my address but then won’t save it to the field. I tried to save it to my profile, but that has the same issue.
This app is too buggy to accomplish anything. I tried to submit a request which wouldn’t go through due to some invalid error. The same was true when I tried to provide feedback to the app developer. This application needs some major work and testing.
Terrible app when it comes to updates on your bill. I have had to use other ways to pay my bills due to the fact the app won’t update and won’t let me see my current balance on my water bill. It has said $0.00 due for water since March 🙄
The application is doing the work but service is not
I fired a ticket using the app. I waited 2 days. The tickets status was in-process. I called 311. The person who picked up the call told me there is no record related to my address. So I told 311 my problem to resolve the issue. So please call 311. Don’t waste your time.
I don’t understand what is the r point of having app and paying for it, when it doesn’t work. They really need to hire better developers or better product owners. I hope all the issues will be fixed. Please learn from Duke Energy
