My wife and I have had Club One memberships almost since the day Circa opened. Since then, this app only worked in the beginning and has been corrupted ever since. I have deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times. Each time something else doesn’t work. At this point, when you click on the app, it starts to open but then disappears. Don’t use the app. Go to their website!!
This app shows the general information about each casino, where to eat, etc. I am able to login to my account, but cannot see what truly matters: comps, free slot play, offers, etc. Will keep it on my phone for my upcoming trip for the sole purpose of finding restaurants. After that, I will probably delete it because it doesn’t provide what I am looking for in an app.
I’m trying to set up and link an account I signed up for in person and the select a birth date option is all broken. Even when I figured out how to workaround the problem, it said an error occurred and wouldn’t let me link accounts. Their desktop website is even worse, so there is virtually no way to manage my player account.
Recent updates to the app and apparently the back end have made it impossible to even log in. Some sketchy Microsoft banner asks to enter name and password. Ok, I did, and the correct ones. Seems OK, but just goes back to the log in screen. All it’s good for is advertising the restaurants, bars, etc. Doesn’t keep track of food and beverage comps. Why even bother?
The ClubOne app updated today and now I cannot log in to the app - I enter my credentials but it does not log in to my account. Unfortunately a “support” option doesn’t exist within the app, so I’m hoping this resolves things.
I love Circa properties, but holy cow…. Really makes you question everything that an app this awful and unusable has been allowed to flounder unfixed for so long. Constantly crashes on opening, and it’s never repaired. How has no one noticed this? Or does no one care? Really awful window to the properties.
On the latest iOS version and have even reinstalled the app. With the latest update the app automatically closes after opening it. Completely useless at this point.
This has got to be the worst app in the entire App Store. It lets you log in, but it doesn’t show you your offers or allow you to book rooms with offers. What is the point of this app? Side note: their website isn’t much better.
Have used app before with limited success but past couple of months it just closes itself, a few seconds after showing the home page. Can’t use at all. iPhone 13
The app is really not user friendly and currently I cannot get logged in via the app or www to club one, to make reservations. How are we supposed to secure our rooms and check specials if the app is not working
This app is terrible. It won’t even open, crashes all the time. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it but still did not fix the problem. Would just use the website.
App sucks…plain and simple. The easiest things to develop in a standard app are not available/working. Based on response history in other reviews, this will NOT be fixed anytime soon.
Horrible. Took forever to work around the birthdate to finally enter it, then it says error….just delete this app and try again when its programmed correctly
Trying to open this app is an exercise in how to see an app crash repeatedly. How do they expect to attract and retain customers when they can’t even get an app that is VERY simplistic and not at ALL robust to work?
Set up was a pain, some reason it closed on me and was not able to update my player ID Or link my player ID to my profile. Now I have a new ID and can’t update information …
Ever since the app was updated, it no longer works for me. It worked great before. I guess no one ever heard the saying if it’s not broke, don’t fix it. So frustrating!
This thing is out of commission. Maybe the card program isn't a thing. Circa is great so maybe they don't need to comp? Kamala Harris would laugh at this app.
I cannot view current comps and offers under the app. There is no way I can book comp rooms or book the players rate. What’s up with the app? The property is technically advance but this app not so much.
I’ve tried to log in with my existing account. I tried to contact support with the email provided and it bounced. Seems like they weren’t quite ready to put this app out.
This app just crashes as soon as I open it. One time it worked after I first installed it, but doesn’t let you do much compared to other casino loyalty apps. Interestingly it also crashes on my android device. May be some data issue with my account… guess I’ll never know
