I have enjoyed the cobble app for exploring new places in Atlanta. Unfortunately, there are some aspects of the app that could be better. 1. When creating plans, you have to share the plan with your connections through text or email, instead of just alerting your connections directly through the app. I understand the share feature is useful for those who do not have the app, but it seems like an added step that could be avoided for those already in the app. 2. While the recommendations in Cobble are great, they should allow users to create their own venues for places or events that aren’t already in the Cobble app.
As someone who recently moved to NY, this app has been a gamechanger. This app makes it sooo easy to plan a date night or something with friends. You can create plans that friends can vote on. Also, it feeds you tons of options for going out, staying in or weekend getaways! You can filter for types or activities, restaurants, etc. and you can save all the options you like so you can go back to it. It’s helpful bc you can base it on a specific area and see what’s around. If you decide on a restaurant and time, the app directs you to make a reservation right away - super genius. Even if I don’t use the planning feature every time, I always swipe through the options to help me make plans with bae or my fiends. Check it out!!
Obviously I’ve been using tools in my corporate life forever to schedule plans, keep everyone connected on details, and make collaborative decisions. So why I couldn’t do the same for basic things like dinner plans? Finding Cobble was a game changer that let me do all of that and avoid the train wreck of several group chats all deciding things in different ways. I’ve been using Cobble since I stumbled upon it a year ago and I haven’t put it down since! At first my girlfriend and I used it as a decisive tool for our date nights because we were new to the city and wanted to do everything we possibly could but didn’t know where to start. Cobble showed us what was going on in New York which was super helpful because some of the websites we were originally using were outdated. Since COVID hit we now use it daily to keep the love alive, wfh style! I would recommend this app to anyone and everyone in the New York area!!
Honestly the date night go-to. So easy to use and I also just love the way it looks and works!!! My partner and I tend to be indecisive couch potatoes. This app was literally built for us! We have discovered some of our now favorite restaurants and cocktail spots on here. It’s also a cute thing to do together, but separately. Like a little way to show you are always thinking of each other throughout the day, planning something to look forward to together. Absolutely love it!!!
I came across this app through an IG add, and wow. I currently live in Atlanta, but will utilize it when I travel to the other cities listed. The creators of this app really put a lot of thought into developing it. If you are an organized individual who prefers plans that are set in stone, this is perfect for you! It is also perfect for those who like a little spontaneity in their plans. Going back to the app to see what I can plan out for the weekend!
Cobble has been amazing at pairing fun stay home options and going out activities/dining experiences. It takes the stress out of it all and let’s you enjoy your time more with the people you’re choosing to spend it with. Whether I’ve used it with my sister, friends, or husband, it’s helped to plan amazing dates / fun time out! Especially navigating since pandemic, this provides a stress free experience! And it’s fun to swipe and salivate!!
This app makes it so easy to actually make plans. Date nights, friend catch-ups, things to do at home— it has it all! Everyone in my life loves playing around with ideas and seeing what we match on in Cobble! Seriously love this app and can’t wait to see it expand to the rest of the US!
My friends and I are the worst when it comes to deciding where we should eat. Cobble has been the best addition to our friend group and solved so many hangry arguments😂 It has also helped us find spots that we usually would have never tried and will definitely return to now thanks to Cobble!
my boyfriend and I have different taste in a lot of things but this app allows us to focus on what we are both interested in, which I think is really fun & unique! the places and content on there are all very aesthetically pleasing so it just draws us in more! it is very easy to pick what we both like and there are so many things to choose from!
Saw an influencer talking about this app being a life hack and I couldn’t agree more after using it for a few months. Easy to use, fun to connect with my friends, such a great idea I can’t believe I didn’t have it downloaded sooner. Would highly recommend this app to anyone.
I only wish this app was out 10 years ago! It is so easy to use and makes planning fun and easy. We have discovered so many great places that we wouldn't have known about. Cant wait for it to be in other cities!!
You can’t create your own plan if the activity or venue isn’t pre listed
I am kind of disappointed in this app because it doesn’t allow you to create plans out side of the ideas they give you. I live in a city where there are a lot of sporting events, beaches and clubs and because they are listed I can’t create those plans and share it with my friends. I really recommend built in this feature.
It’s seems like Tinder and Yelp combined in one... but better. This app is really a gamechanger for couples; especially when you run short on ideas for date night. You can also filter the selection to cater to your needs. Looking forward to seeing how far this app goes!
This app is amazing if you are the type of person that wants to do something fun, but you’re not sure what. This opened many doors for me to explore the environment around me. Thank you Cobble!!!

There are so many things to do in NYC that decision fatigue is pretty common. Cobble helps you find where to go and helps you seamlessly make a plan with who you want to go with!
I like this app as it recommends some pretty good spots however, the option they give you to sign up for a chance to win dinner is not that great. They only give you a few hours notice and if you cancel, due to unexpected circumstances, you are blocked from signing up again for a chance to win.
There is an error when i go to create an account with my phone number. I tried it a few times and got no confirmation text, and then it just stopped working sending me a red error. Was really excited to use this app but I cant because it doesn’t even work.
It only works in a handful of cities. Would be nice if users were able to enter validated places in their cities. User inputs would allow for faster expansion of the footprint the app is available.
Can’t even set up an account. App won’t let me enter my phone number to create account. Even tried copy and paste. Every time it states an error occurred and to enter a valid number.
this app is such a cool concept and i’d love to try it out but it doesn’t allow users to sign up for an account. the confirmation code is never sent to text messages after entering your phone number. get that bug fixed!!!
