The app is very simple, but the lack of Zelle for business users is a serious hindrance on convenience. When myself or business partner need to fund the account it takes days to have checks clear. If we do not write a check and we need to fund the account we are forced to withdraw cash from another bank to deposit money. This will ultimately result in using another bank for our business needs.
By far the worst bank app that I am using. At the start of the pandemic I downloaded apps from 3 different banks and this one is by far the worst in terms of functionality and customer service. Mobile deposit Almost never goes through the first time. Constantly deleting and reinstalling the app. Customer service is unhelpful and just advise you to delete and reinstall instead of fixing the problems.
I don’t know why I need to reset my password for what seems like every single login. It gets to the point where I can’t even remember it. You can’t repeat a password from 9 passwords previous. I think it’s a little bit insane. My Face ID and phone authentication should be enough to verify. I understand a password reset maybe once a year, but this is excessive.
The app needs lots of work. Navigation need some work, sometimes when opening a tab the tab will stay open and you can’t see what you were trying to get to. Also the mobile deposit photo capture could be smoother, they really need to add the light function for check captures. Over all the app is junk. Worry lees about being woke and focus on customer satisfaction.
I’m so humbled to be apart of this amazing banking industry. My nonprofit is very new and was Awarded during Covid pandemic in 2021, I haven’t had many donations but I’m so happy they don’t call or complain about the lack of funds in the account.
The main reason why I download the app was to make mobile deposits. Unfortunately, each time that I have attempted to make a mobile deposit, it has not been able to be processed. I would rate the app higher if this feature is fixed
It makes no sense that you have to change your password every 3 months. It does not help with security having to come up with a new password. Can not even think of new passwords let alone remember them.
I downloaded this to make mobile deposits, over a year ago. To date, I’ve made ONE that has been accepted. All 60+ others have been rejected for absolutely no reason and no one can seem to explain to me why. Have called customer service and visited the branches. This app is a complete joke. Shame on its creators.
Constantly thrown out of the app to the log in page. It gets to the point where you have no idea what checks were deposited and what ones weren’t cause it just bounces you mid transaction.
Can’t make mobile deposits. As a business owner that is very inconvenient, I have to find an ATM to deposit checks in the evening after the banks close. The bill pay screen is terrible also. Someone needs to redo this app.
The app is like prehistoric aol days when the internet was née. Please invest in technology and do better please. I can’t even find zelle yet they tell me it’s there. I can’t find it.
