It’s wonderful to have this app at your fingertips where u can make transfers and have a statement right in front of you thank you for making it simple for us old school generation ❤️
Often has issues where it makes you reset password or just doesn’t let you long in for days at a time, takes forever to load, bad customer service, the links the key send you to reset information doesn’t work half the time. Worst bank I’ve had and honestly worse app. You would think that something dealing with money that greatly effects people life’s would just be slightly reliable, but if you expect that from this app then you are in for a horrendous time, RUN WHILE YOU CAN
The app IS getting so much better over time. If we don’t have to type in a password in Chrome on a computer again to do a transfer, we shouldn’t have to again on the app. It’s very annoying. Again, however the app has had many improvements over the last year or so.
The app was awesome until it wouldn’t open for me, just a plain white screen. Called a few times and just was told to reinstall the app and reboot my phone, which was done several times on several days. Been a whole month that I haven’t been able to access the app and they won’t help nor do they care.
We have been a member since 1981 ooowee long time. Service gets better and better! I really appreciate Johnny, Juanita both are Loan officers also Sharon we watched her grow and grow. Thanks
Sounds like a good feature. But I’ve tried 4 times with the newest update, and it still doesn’t open. Do that makes the feature worthless. The rest of the app features have worked well.

App makes me reset my password way too many times. Apple saves my password using apples super strong security and it still says password wrong or to call 1800. Worst bank to have. Literally get what you pay for. Super cheap equals super cheap service. Even when I go to the bank the tellers be little you. Smh . Worst bank ever. I hope you read this
Ever since they switched their servers complex website and app have went down hill and for that My family and myself are in the process of switching banks. This bank has not even done anything for me so I’m not missing out on anything the since First Basin credit union has more to offer me.
Love the app itself but I wish they would work on getting Apple Pay with the cards. I have been trying to get it but it says this bank hasn’t give the rights to it yet
