I want to give a shout out to the Cost Cutter’s located on West Kimberly. I went to Cost Cutters because where I went previously had such employee turnover and I just couldn’t make a connection with any of the cutters. Finally, I would have to explain to each employee how I wanted my haircut. Maybe this is not a huge deal to other customers, but at Cost Cutters you are treated with excellent care and appreciated for my visit. They know me personally and not just another customer. Finally, I have sent my friends so they could experience the same experience. All the Stylists will take care of me just like the last one. Please, if you’re unhappy with your stylist come to Cost Cutters!! You will be glad that you did. ADR
I just stopped in and got my haircut, my second visit in a row to this location. Brittney was my stylist the first time and did a wonderful job, so I requested her again this time. She is so easy to talk to, doesn’t rush you in and out, and cuts your hair really good! This time was the same, leaving with a great haircut and smile.
I have always received good service from the technician. The complaint I have is that that App always double booking. If the salon has a staff shortage, there is no way of notifying me of the change. Often, when walking in for my “Booked” appointment, I am told it may be more than an hour wait. There is no apparent rewards system. Though I can see some of my appointment history on the App, any appointments that I made directly with the salon are not recorded. There should be a feature that allows booking more than 4 days in advance. I lock in a cut every 5-6 weeks with my stylist. Why can’t I do that on the App?
Both my husband and I go to the women at Cost Cutters. I usually go to Sabrina, Hubby goes to one of the other women. They do great hair cuts and are pleasant while doing so. The shop is always clean and products available for purchase. Sabrina is the Manager; she is a real Professional and keeps her employees Professionals too.
It’s great to be able to have the same talented person cutting my hair. I never liked how other salons would just place you with a stylist from a queue. Their “app” makes it so easy to schedule & book an appointment.
Don’t bother scheduling with the app. Showed up 5 minutes before our “scheduled” appointment only to have what I’m assuming were 2 walk-ins go before us. Were told “10 minutes” upon arrival. 25 minutes later, here we still sit. The haircuts are passable, but the rewards program doesn’t even log every visit. Again, don’t bother with the app. It’s a conveyor belt for haircuts and they just get as many people through as possible regardless of whether you’re scheduled or not.
I love this app! But, recently went to book a haircut and the app now only allows me to do a check in and not book an appointment?? Very irritating about the app but thankful I can the store and book with my stylist.
This app is useless. It allows you to double-book a time and stylist. So when you get there, someone else has already booked that time and there will be a “short wait”. Unless the other booking is for a color treatment, then there will be a long wait. You can then get in line behind people who just walked in if you don’t want to wait for your alleged appointment. No point using this app and booking an appointment- it’s useless.
Yesterday afternoon I got the last open slot for a haircut and another shop across town had a 90 minute wait, this is the best way to go when you’re in a pinch!
I have never been able to book appointments on this app ever. It always says "location does not allow for online booking." Drive all the way across town because the app said that a location had zero wait time and it turned out they were completely booked. Guess I'll stick with another salon that has an accurate and more user friendly app. 😡
Your online system stinks. Why let me request an appointment if it’s going to be rejected every time the next day? Your app form could be better. Set the first letter of a name to be an upper case letter. We’ll see how the rest of the experience goes. If my appointment gets rejected like on line then I’ll lower my rating.
Deetta is Fabulous and does a awesome job with my hair she has been doing my hair for 5 years now they need to keep her at the Diers Costcutters year round instead of moving her from place to place Thank you
I have been attempting to use the app to book appts at CostCutters (Regis Corporation) locations for several years. More times than not, the location does not receive my appointment. The individual locations indicate that they continue to receive complaints about the application. It should be updates or pulled from the store.
Love being able to make appointment online! Tina has cut my hair for years! She does a great job or I would not keep coming back! Tina is great! Keep up the great work!
Brittany was excellent. Stopped in and she gave me a haircut and shampoo right away and was very friendly and professional. Will request her next time.
Being from out of town it is usually difficult to explain how you want your hair cut, but the guy who cut my hair understood what I wanted immediately. I especially liked the fact he used a straight razor to trim my neck and around my ears. This was the best haircut I’ve had in a very long time. In general I like the app. However, it’s currently 7:45 am for me. Trying to schedule an appointment for today. The app simple says salon is closed. Open at 9. I find no way to actually schedule. Does the salon have to be open in order to schedule?
I tried to log into this app but it seemingly deleted my account. I tried to reset the password it It acts like it doesn’t exist. I have been trying for months but there is nowhere I can get help for this issue.
The salon locator doesn’t seem to work. I keep getting a response that there are no salons near that location. If I go to my past appointments then I can select my salon and book an appointment.
Not happy with the lack of need for masks especially after reading about all of their “infection control measures” put in place with the U of M. I’m quite sure that the U of M would at least recommend mask wearing.
I had my hair cut at Cost Cutters on 50th and G SpringValley Plaza and had a excellent experience! Very clean and I felt safe with the sanitation that the stylist used!
When you book 4:15 it has to be around 4:15 -+15 but if one hour off or mkte it is not booking and useless! it’s stupid and it defeats whole purpose of this app!
