I started using this last year and it’s very easy to navigate, no glitches and they give you so many options of what your theme (page) colors of pictures could be from their library or you can use your own by uploading one of your pictures if you wish, but there’s something exciting about seeing the countdown pop up as your special event approaches. It is also a free service, I have never seen ahead any charges and again, I only use it for the very important people in my life as far as birthdays go or special occasions like graduations and vacations, I do not put everybody (friends/extended family) birthdays in it because that’s what I have a calendar for. It is not a necessity in life to have this app, but again there is just something exciting to watch the countdown of those special occasions pop up. Really happy I found it and I’m sure you will enjoy it too. I really would give it 10 stars if I could because it is one of the better apps I have found for a Countdown that is easy to use and read because there are so many out there and I had tried them but for one reason or another either you had to go to MIT to figure it out or it just did not look right or easy to read when the countdown would pop up, but again this one is very easy to use and read.

This may be available in the premium version (paid) of the app, but I feel like a major allure of countdowns is that you can see down to the second of when something will happen. (Year/month/day/hour/second) or at least (day/hour/second) would be a good way to also be able to display the countdown in my opinion. I did discover that if you tap the countdown number it'll display in (months/days), but again, this is lacking the (hour/second) allure of countdowns. Perhaps a calendar feature would also be nice (with week/month/day view available), but then of course you're running into the territory of just being a calendar app. However, it would be nice to have the countdown feature and calendar feature all in one. What I do really like about this app is being able to change the background, easily create & edit countdowns, and be able to organize your countdowns by life/work/birthdays/etc. It's a very visually appealing and functional app. Would recommend this app to other people!

I could not be more grateful for this app! I am 30 years old and have a pretty bad memory loss; this app has significantly changed my life for the ability it gives me to check in and remember all the appointments, birthdays, celebrations, holidays, work days, I need to remember! I use it everyday. Check it every morning! It is very easy to use, I love the fact you can use it as a widget too! That makes it much easier to use when I just swipe yo the side once; to see what I have coming up for that day or the next! Love this app! It’s a game changer! And a life changer for me

I’ve been using this app for about five years, and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve quite a bad memory, so it’s useful that I receive push notifications when an important event is approaching. My only wish is if there were a delete multiple option. I recently graduated and I used to use the app to keep track of my incoming tests, but now I have no need for all of those dates, so I’ve been trying to go through and delete them. However, the one at a time process is very repetitive. Other than that, it’s a great app!!

I use it to help me remember things that are coming up, and it also gives you a notification every day that tells you how many more days until an event that you need to be at, or how many days until a business trip is coming up. I find it very helpful, you can customize it easily, and you should download this app!

App works fine, except I can’t figure out why the numbers are all wacky for how many days are left. My birthday was in June and it’s August. It said there were 5 more days...? So idk I’m just confused right now. I thought maybe it was the amount of reminders left (once per month or something?) but that doesn’t match up with the once per month reminders left for my event in November... so I really don’t know. I like the rest of everything. It works nicely. Also I don’t know how to get the notifications to turn up on my lock screen. A little disappointed on the front. Oh well. U still like it.

While all the dates I entered are counting down correctly, as far as I can tell, the widget/notifications/item features at the top of the list is not the next one up. It is the first one I ever entered. Unless the developer fixes it, I will forever be told how long it is until the next St. Patrick’s Day. Also, although it does reset the countdown number, the year it shows as counting down to remains as 2019, even when that date has past. This last one is true for all items.

This is one of my favorite apps for managing my personal life. I love the feature that allows me to get a notification at midnight of the upcoming event. However, lately I haven’t been receiving the notification within 5 days of the event day. I really enjoy seeing the 2-0 days before my top event occurs as this is a helpful reminder. I’m hoping the app gets updated or maybe reinstalling it will help with this problem.

I generally really like this app, but I would like it so much more if, or really wish it had, custom repeat settings and compatibility with calendars other than Apple’s calendar. For example, I would love to count down until direct deposits but that’s biweekly, and right now that’s not a repeat option. Also, I like and use Google Calendar, not Apple’s calendar app, so it would be nice to be able to sync, import or export to it

On of the FEW countdown apps that allows you to display years, Months, weeks, etc without buying the “Pro” version. Many of the available apps are locked on months/ weeks, or restriction how MANY countdown events you can have unless the paid version is obtained. No frills app, but it works well! Good job developers!

I lose track of what happens on certain days and my iPhone reminders aren’t enough for me. They don’t constantly remind me what happens that day. With this app, I keep my events in order and on track. Everything from what I’m supposed to do that day to birthdays! And you get a notification at 12am to remind you what’s going on. Spot on!!!

Tried a few of these, and this takes the cake. Solid and simple countdown functionality with customizable background themes. The widget functionality is much prettier than others' and is an awesome way to see a goal every time you swipe down to your notification center. Great work!

I like this app very much! It takes a bit of effort front loading the dates but after you’ve got them all in there, the reminders are so helpful. I’d like to see the option to repeat bi-weekly, please! I add paychecks in to the countdown and need to add each one instead of just repeating.

I love this but wish it had the ability to input a year on certain things like birthdays or anniversaries. You could put the persons birth year or the initial anniversary year so it could keep track of the persons age or anniversary # automatically

I love this app! I’m in a long distance relationship and this app helps us keep track of how many days we have until our next adventure! I also like how the backgrounds are customizable and it flips through the days whenever you open the app!

Specifically, it needs the ability to do a general countdown of days, functioning like a timer countdown. I want to be able to set a certain amount of days to count down from vs. the amount of days until a specific day. For example: “20 Friday’s left” instead of “100 days until November 1st”

This is a great countdown. The app doesn't glitch or show any inappropriate adds(no adds at all for a matter of fact). I like the background choices too. I recommend this app to people( and anyone) who likes to have countdowns.

This app let me keep track of the days I had left before the event happened I really love this app and the fact I was able to change the background. The other apps didn’t let me I had to pay but this app I highly recommend getting

I’ve had it for a couple days and I like it so far! Even added all my bill dates and amounts! I like the customization of it, how it matches iPhone characteristics, you can use emojis and sync it to your calendar on your phone too. Upgraded for .99 just bc😬

This app counts down with the accuracy that is unfathomable. Every night at midnight it dings to inform me that I am one more day closer to my goal. The technology is amazing. I save hours a week not having to use my calendar to count days anymore. It’s like an app from the gods.

The app looks great, and unlike so many other similar apps, I had no problem setting up monthly recurring events. Hard to believe so may other developers had such an issue doing something that seems so simple. Please, enable a portrait mode so when my iPad is charging, I can use your app.

I really appreciate the simplicity in setting up the app for a countdown. Many countdown apps have so many features it is sometimes irritating to have navigate through them all just to get to the main purpose of the app. Thanks

So I downloaded like 5 different count down apps and this one is the only one that had quality functions without me having to pay for them. You get great free backgrounds and it’s very easy to use! Great job!

This is almost what I wanted. I can keep track of many dates bot the ones approaching and those in the past. The only shortfall IMHO is the inability to manually sort the events. It seems like it would be a simple update. Maybe in the next release.

I put in a date for something and then put it on “ repeat every year” so it says 7 days till then! Then I set a date that had a different thing but the date is the same as the one before ( April 5th), then I put that as “ never repeat “ and it puts 8 days till then! It doesn’t make sense at all and it’s making me mad so y’all should either fix that or tell me what to do to fix it on mine.

I backup-ed my info on my iPhone 13 mini and then restored from iCloud on my new IPhone 15 pro. Nothing restores. After the app “restarts”. I say restart since that’s what the app tells me but in reality it just closes/crashes. Then on reopening the app it doesn’t have any of my information. Before this …the app has been wonderful. And until I can get my info transferred over my review will remain a 1 star.

Love the app, love the small widget I can see on my iPhone but I wish there was a quick and easy way to re arrange the list to ascending order of greatest to least, least to greatest time frame remaining!!! :) and more backgrounds

It’s really nice. All other countdown apps I’ve had make you get premium yo have multiple countdowns. This one allows you to have as many as you like! It’s easy to use and very convenient.

I have really been enjoying this app and it has been letting me know how far things are away that I want to know. I have had no issues and I like how you can change the back round.

I love this countdown app. It’s so customizable, you can import events from your calendar, you can change the widget color, it’s user friendly... the list goes on and on. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this game because it helps me keep track of everything! You can edit it if you make a mistake. I love that you can make your own tile for your thing you’re doing.

I used this app to count down the days until I got my kitten 🐱. And every day it made it feel like the time passed quicker! I’m still waiting (until May 10!) because I got it 2 days ago but when I see ___ days until baby belle! I get super excited! Thanks so much!

Notifications stop popping up after a while (have used this app multiple times over the last almost two years)

It is simple, clean, and exactly what I wanted. I love how you can pick which one shows in your widget. I do wish days that have passed disappear from the home screen though. Other than that, A+!

This is a pretty useful app to keep an eye on an upcoming deadline, however I would like a little section where you could write down the details of that particular deadline or event so you could quickly look at the date with a little reminder of what all is to be completed on that particular date.

Allows for multiple events. You can change the background picture. I don’t have the need to share events so the free version works for me.

This app is so great. You can put how ever many count downs as you need. It never loses track of the date and it doesn’t mater how far or close away the date is. It never gives you adds ether! 😁

I think that idea behind this app is great. I love being able to put a date in and then see the countdown. I do not like how the background picture is clear when you pick it and then fuzzy in the background. Also my widget style doesn’t work and the animation doesn’t work. So overall... the app is ok.

Helps me keep my life focus as a retired person. I set count downs for major and minor events. Takes the edge off having schedules

For those of us that seem to be surprised when the weekend rolls around unheralded, an app that reminds us of dates we deem important is essential. And I find this one to be so.

I have a question, why is an activity I have planned for next year at the top, even though it is not checked to be at the top. I’d prefer it to be st the bottom since it is so far out. Thanks

I was looking for an awesome app to download to help count down to all my wedding events and this is perfect! I love the setup and format of the app and it’s so easy to use and makes counting down super fun! Love that you can put it in your widgets.

This has helped me memorize the birthdays of many of the important people in my life. I have a horrible memory when there is so many different things to remember all at once.

Different times for each event More on the repeat option, I’d like to pick more than one day for an event and more than one time Snooze and stop from the notifications pop-up when you view the notifications Thanks. That is all I can think of for now

Despite all the options it offers, it is very minimalist, so it does not make one tired, that is very important for people who must read a lot. And customizable background is 'respect' to user 👍🏻.

This app not only counts down the days leading up to your event, it also allows you to set reminders, change fonts and pictures. It's great to use for multiple events as well.

Everything is fun, useful and accurate. You can even put your own photos in the background. It's super easy to use and the format is exquisite!

With Catalina, all my beloved widgets went away including my countdown timers. This one on my iPhone is actually just as good. I’m very grateful that you created it. It’s nice to see an overview of my upcoming adventures in one go.

This Countdown App is easy to install and use. You can even use your own photo for the background. I give five stars for this app.

I wish it would give me a daily push notification on my day count each day.
