I woke up to a new layout that doesn’t give me the option to access my svr timeline to review recorded footage anymore. This is literally the only reason I have these cameras - to playback recordings. Why can’t I access it on the app anymore?!
The worse customer service EVER. Upgraded cameras over a month ago now and they are not working and the detection system goes off every night and the call center is calling me waking me up due to the bartender setting the alarm and only having 30 seconds to get out of the bar has had two representatives come out to fix to no avail and have had several appointments for someone to come back out to fix and no one has showed up. Saying they called and no answer but that was a lie. I had no missed calls from them. Can’t get anyone at their office to do anything. It’s all over the phone and all they do is transfer you around and around until they disconnect you. I despise this company and calling a lawyer as soon as they open up to see what can be done about this. I’m sick of being called at 2 or 3 in the morning because these idiots can’t fix this issue
