I tried so many times to call them to resolve this issue with this CoyoteGO app, they were no help. I guess it’s not meant to be, I am set up with them and everything but still, they would transfer me from one to another person then to another and so on and just hang up on me, Way to go Coyote, if this is how you do other business then I don’t want to work with you
Its good app, the only one thing for now to improve we need option like ask a question or something like that bcos when there is a load out trailers for power only posted, brokers don’t bother themselves to put some info like what kind of trailer ? Swing door or roll ups or some other questions may you have and needed to get answers bfore you book or bit on a load.
Coyotes is awesome, because of Steven’s commitment to excellence. He’s gone above and beyond every time we’ve needed him to. Early morning or late night he’s always given us quick responses. He’s been very competitive on the the rates he’s offered us. I safely trust him and his abilities to make things easier on us... Sincerely KNPtrucking
This is my first time working with Coyote what I mean is using the app the app itself is not bad it’s pretty straightforward, however, may be because the company has recently sold and there is not that much help available. It is really hard to get a hold of staff that can help you since a person is new I think maybe booking their first load together would be a good idea, also, I have requested customer care to help me login or simply answer some of the concerns or questions I have I just get email back saying your case has been closed. For a big logistic company. Staff support is very low.
Very detailed load board. You don’t need to call anyone to book a load. Everything u need about a load is clear here. Unlike other load boards where u have to call before u get customer name, address, time , weight etc etc. 6stars👍👍👍👍👍👍
The broker aren’t good. When you call the CoyoteGO they put you on hold or they hang up the phone on you after 5 min. they don’t pay for detention service at all. Please please!!! stay away from this app. They will make to you to cry.
Everything was great until the option to set specific date(s) in “Smart Matches” was removed in the last update making it not so smart. Hopefully that option will be added again, soon.
Always looking for ways not to pay. Picked up a sealed load of cardboard, delivered the sealed load and the shipper had shorted 4 pallets. Coyote accused my company of stealing their cardboard and tried to get us to pay $1700. So if you haul for these guys document, count and photograph everything. Also, a few times they denied payment because the receiver signed in the wrong spot. So if there is not a clear place for the receiver to sign, write receiver and have the sign there.
Company will hold payment and not pay even when they have been notified that we were on site and approaching detetention pay. Then leave the product on my truck for over 4 days. Then when you hire a lawyer then they kick you off loads and do not let you load for them tell we send them a letter of corrective action and how we will not go after them in the future if they decide not to pay again.
This app need to show pick up and drop off address so the people se where are located those places before we put a bit on it and it will be more flexible if you have to pick up time or drop off like 07:00 to 11:00 am this allows the driver to have more time in case he get hold on one delivery and consideration on these prices because there are toll to be pay.
Per broker you must use this app although they don’t they call you all hours of the night because this app never works and if you try to say something to them on the phone you either get hung up on or belittled to the point of shame by their so called professional customer service reps or specialist as they call them lol idiots truthfully.

Im using the app, but I can’t see the prices of the load or take the load from the app I call and spoke to 10 peoples to fix this including the agent who send me the rate con They don't want me stop calling them for load What I do need to do To see the prices and take the load from the app Fix the problem with the agents they don't want carriers use these app features Ty

I’m tired of all the tricks and games going on three weeks they asked me to pay a lumper out of pocket the first time in one month I decided to do it only because it benefited me and it’s now going on three weeks haven’t gotten my $280 back and they keep giving me The runaround
Having problems with app loading up it keep trying to resign in over and over can’t even send info to you’ll threw app because it keep saying error retry again if keep happen contact you’ll .. Can’t even use the app at all
Load board is outdated. If you hit book now on DAT once you get on Coyote it doesn’t go to that specific load. It does to the last load you looked at on Coyote app.
Trying to get started but not loads available anywhere near me that I qualify for by carrier requirements. My business has been in trucking for over 60 years but we don’t qualify. Serious?
This application is useless for dispatch and someways for drivers! Dispatch can’t see booked loads that are assigned to a driver! Load/Driver tracking fail - will not provide live tracking. Contacted tech support months ago and still did not get any answer!

They announced that they would pay for the detention in 24 hours but. The representative's responses for 5 days Was , I already put the request, I'm waiting, I had to ask to speak with a supervisor on the fifth day and then they paid me,
