Most people don’t understand how crypto works

I see a ton of reviews of people saying the wallet charges crazy high fees to move erc 20 tokens well that’s not the app people that’s how much it cost no matter what wallet you use eth transfer and swap fees are high doesn’t matter if you use this wallet or MetaMask or coinbase wallet all the same huge fees. I love this defi wallet I have been using it for the cronos blockchain fees are super cheap like 1 or 2 cro and super fast transaction it’s a lot like the bsc chain only the cronos is in beta but so far it’s great so don’t look at all these high fee reviews because eth is high everywhere use cronos

Nothing good has come out of this app

I bought doge a while back with they allowed with no problem and after selling or converting it’s a pain because not one do you have to have a minimum amount of crypto to transfer but you also have to have a specific bank on their list. I tried sending to my bank and it’s not on the list therefore I just gave money sitting there. I don’t have enough cash to purchase any crypto because the minimum for most coins is over 80 bucks and worst of all is that I was told that if you sign up you get 25 bucks worth of crypto. Here’s the catch. You get 25 dollars off their CRO crypto not of your choice and you have to enroll in some stupid credit card stake rewards for 180 days to get the 25 dollars worth of CRO . Some are 5000 CRO that had to be purchased on the stupid prepaid card and hold it there for the expected time period. That’s like 600 dollars to get 25 dollars . Lastly I tried to log in online and send a complaint and it stated that unfortunately since I’m in the US they cannot offer exchange services to me due to market regulations. Horrible experience and not recommended

Zero Disclosure For ETH fees.

This app targets a variety different types of consumers, I would be the notice recreational trader. Crypto knows that a portion of their clients are like me. Crypto makes no attempt to fully disclose in a clear, concise and unambiguous the amount of and types of fees you will incur. Particularly with moving common alt coins in and out of your Crypto brand wallet. Then costumer service is a joke. It takes way to long to get back. One time they got back to me several days later and since I didn’t respond within like 20 min they said they bye we are canceling chat. Once I finally talked to someone they were of no help. I even offered that they cover one half of the ETH fee which around $90 to move $52 worth of alt coin. Go to Coinbase, they have a smaller selection but they provide you with all the info you need to make your novice choices. I’ll have no further dealings with Crypto until I can pull my alt coin out of it and then I will remove the apps from all devices. Once I can move that coin for 1 cent less than its value I will move it.

Froze my funds

I went to withdraw my funds then they froze my account saying they needed further identification so I sent them a picture of me holding my ID a picture of myself and then they’re saying they need a security deposit of $59,900 the same amount that I was trying to withdraw. All I invested was $10,000. I do not have an additional $59,900 in my bank account. Then they said they have suspicion of money laundering my 10 grand came out of my account that I invested in bitcoin through their wallet, .. What makes them think I have an additional $59,900 in my bank account. Why do they feel like they can just keep my profits. At the least they could give me my $10,000 back that came out of my bank account this had nothing to do with money laundering on my end if there’s anyone with the company that can help, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

App doesn’t work

Sent my crypto to be staked and earn in this wallet. When the money is in the app on a wallet you then need to send to an additional wallet within the app to earn. Even though I sent my money to that address and it is in that wallet it says there was nothing in there and will not let me earn or take me to the next step. It just says I have none which is completely false (because I removed it back to another app ) and if it is because there is a minimum requirement to earn it does not say that. Don’t waste your time and just got another DeFi Wallet.

Amazing App - Negative Comments are Crypto Newbies

The app works as it should, people complaining about fees and lack of customer service are putting the blame on developers when it’s not their fault - this is how the blockchain works! Learn it or stray away from crypto completely if you’re going to be complaining about network fees. Wait until Ethereum 2.0 releases then perhaps the network fees will be lessened drastically. Again - the developers of this app have no control over network fees. If your balances show zero, refresh or check out your wallet address on etherscan to confirm your funds are still there.

DO NOT USE THIS APP (I was scammed)

I was scammed on this app by someone pretending teach me how to trade. I lost a lot of money. The way it works is they do everything to appear legitimate, you put all your money into the app, but when you try to pull your money out you can’t. Because I tried to pull my money out it must have flagged my account for someone and they disabled my account. There is no legitimate customer service support to help either. It’s a scam.

Bugs and no support

DO NOT STAKE WITH THIS APP TOKENS DO NOT PROPERLY UNBOND!! For those that are new, coins can be staked for interest. When one is finished and wants to withdraw their tokens, it must go through an unbonding period (for CRO 28 days, for ATOM 21 days). After this period, the coins are supposed to be returned to your wallet. Except they don’t with this app. Been using it for about a year but there are too many bugs, it has become intolerable. Support for the software is useless at best and instead of resolving problems, updates have caused more. Stay away unless you want $thousands, or however much, lost to the crypto ether. Please heed this warning and spare yourself of the headache of trying to recover your coins. I have yet to be successful.

I can’t trade on Cronos Beta/ it doesn’t populate

Everything about the app works great EXCEPT for the Cronos Beta trade section. I have tried for 5 days to figure out the issue but no luck. When I try to trade Cronos CRO for VVS so I can stake the page opens and only VVS, Finance appears at the top and the rest of the page is clear. No one to contact about how to resolve this issue. HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!! Outside of the Cronos Beta trade issue and lack of customer service the app would be 5 stars easily.

App not reflecting token update after purchase.

It’s been more than half an hour since I bought some Cronos tokens directly on the app, and the total amount of Cronos won’t update. Even when the total has been reflected on Cronos Scan right after the purchase, the app won’t update and I can’t even use the Cronos within my wallet. Fix the interface to reflect the proper amount confirmed on the blockchain.

Goodbye Big Fees

#CRO #BTC #eth stop losing half of what you want to invest to fees. The momentum is building and the sleeping American market is waking up. Buy Cro and then stake it on Veno through the defi app or through the defi wallet itself. Dip your toes and thank me later. The dApps are getting better and better and the APR is really insane. We are just getting out of a deep bear market. I can’t wait to screenshot this review and post it on twitter in 4 years.

It’s come a long ways but still needs work

They’ve done a lot over the past few months adding browser tabs and making it generally more responsive with less bugs. However, now there’s an annoying bug that causes the screen to stay dark after confirming a transaction and it gets darker with each successive transaction until it’s almost completely black. Needs a fix

Love The App

App has quickly become one of my go to apps for Crypto. Would love to see quicker wallet switching, without having to go to a separate page. Kinda like the way that they work within the Dapps. And this is just a nit-pick but why no dark mode? Love the App and can’t wait to see what you all improve next. Hopefully the DeFi Desktop App will catch up.

Honest opinion

I have been using this wallet for a couple months now. The setup was super easy and the interface is simple and easy to use. Now to the bad news. Almost every time I open my app the balance either glitches and shows $0 (which gives me a mini heart attack) or just doesn’t load at all. When I contact support they say something along the lines of “sorry, just deal with it” instead of just fixing the bugs. As soon as the app works again I am transferring my crypto to the Loopring Wallet. I’m tired of this.

This App Is Used by Scammers!

I thought I was working with a legitimate investment group that recommended the use of this app. They walked me through the steps to transfer in funds and to make trades. All went splendidly until I tried to withdraw funds from this DeFi Wallet. I was appalled to be told that to verify my account, I must transfer in the same amount that I wanted to withdraw. I did not have funds to double my losses in a “pig butchering” scam. The Customer Service team refused to assist or respond. I decided it was better to lose thousands than to lose thousands times 2. I suggest you avoid using this app.

The card/staking thing y’all are complaining about… that helps keep the network decentralized. Which is a good thing. Calm down and do some reading before you start with the ranting and raving. If you don’t like reading then just put the crypto down and move on with your life.

Great interest returns.. subpar wallet app

Very slow experience. Sure some great interest rates on some coins when holding via the wallet. But as far as the app itself it tends to get stuck connecting quite often. And a weird bug where if loading it won’t brighten your screen back up after the loading icon vanishes. 3 stars for the interest options.. but exodus is the best hot wallet on the market hands down. So three. Stability matters when we are talking about holding crypto.

Not a trustworthy app at current version 1.1.4

Update: Version 1.1.5 is working as expected so far. If any issues, import the seed phrase into another wallet like a Ledger, Trezor or software wallet. I’m using app version 1.1.4 and it is buggy. App worked fine initially but then at some point I was unable to send tokens. Then it showed zero balances for everything. I was able to move all funds out by importing the seed phrase onto a Ledger. Save your seed phrase and if the app doesn’t work as expected, import your seed onto a compatible wallet like a Ledger or Trezor. I don’t recommend the app at this time (version 1.1.4) until they work out the bugs.

Not Very Good.

My brother has well over $36,000 dollars or more into crypto specifically (SHIBAUSD) and they terminated his account due to a business decision and said his moneys their but he can’t withdraw any of it. Like what kind of business decision is that and they apparently say in their they can lock/freeze your account whenever they want basically for no reason. But I’d like to know what good business decision was that. Plus i feel like their gonna make a move to somehow steal that money and say something else to make it seem like he did something wrong.

App Looks Good But Has To Many Bugs

The app looks nice but is not good for trading, the “Target Price” sale or buy does not work, I could sold BTC for $61,500 I had set on it and it went over that and were not sold, I have been trying to transfer crypto to other user and also external wallet and does not work either, “DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU NEED EFFICIENCY TO BUY AND SELL”. Support tells you to uninstall the app, logout and log in, make sure the app is updated etc but they do not acknowledge that this app has too many bugs that they need to fix.

Unable to buy some crypto currencies

Using this in United States, I’m unable to buy some crypto currencies. The buy button is just straight up not available. Is there a reason why that is? I thought I could buy any available crypto on this app. Some examples of the ones not working: ADA and BSV. I can share screenshots and stuff if that helps.

Wallet works as it should

Everything about the wallet runs smooth from buying directly from your wallet (not of exchange), hodling your Nft’s, and transfers from one wallet to another is pretty easy as well. I feel all the bad reviews are from folks who don’t really know how to operate a DeFi wallet. Love the wallet.

I can’t connect my wallet to the exchange app

I’ve been trying to connect both apps for the past two weeks and it just isn’t loading for me. I have coins in both apps but I’d like to have them connect so I can actually go back and fourth. I’d like to get that resolved because I saw something about receiving another kind of coin for having ripple in your wallet, which I have so I’d love to take advantage of that. Also curious about not being able to purchase certain coins like TRN.

Awesome all in one wallet

I love this wallet! Cronos meme coins are the most fun to buy. My only complaint is that many new cronos coins are still not showing dollar amounts, which requires research and math on my part. I understand new coins are created daily and I don’t know what the criteria is for trusting a coin enough to funny incorporate it, but more dollar amounts would be great!

Add a feature to remove crypto “dust”!

I’m loving the app. It is my go to for DeFi, however I think there just needs to be a feature where you can convert your Dust to CRO, just like in the centralized wallet. I don’t know if there are limitations preventing that, but I think it would help people who may not have a use for using a network anymore.

One of the most effective and affordable products available. With gas fees paid in CRO, it makes daily use of all your applications actually feasible. From trading NFTs to staking all in one wallet. You can easily swap any crypto for another and it is usually under a dollar.

i hate this app

gas fees are higher here. i bought DAI to stake on here and spent 4x more in gas fees than i ever would have received from APY. now there is $70 in eth and $46 in dai stuck on this app - i tried to swap dai to eth and the app got stuck “pending” for THREE DAYS. then i tried taking a loss and just abandoning the DAI and moving the ETH off to another wallet, now BOTH TRANSACTIONS ARE STUCK IN PENDING. this app is literally such trash i have used sketchy no name exchanges that had a better user experience and actually worked as advertised. huge time and money sink, literally save yourself and don’t use this wallet.

Froze my account when I tried to Withdrawals

It’s easy to deposit money and of course there’s no issues with it, but when it comes to withdrawals it’s a different story. Withdrawal funds is extremely hard to do. I kept on running into issues with my account. My account was frozen a few times and asked for a ridiculous amount in order to unfreeze the account. Apparently, once I pay the fees, my funds will be “released immediately.” I haven’t seen a penny yet!

Great in concept but major deal breakers

V3 defi works 1 time out of 100. Imagine a bank that turned you away 99 times out of 100. These guys expect you to use their wallet with that track record. They’ve been told about problems and generally ignore them because they are still broken and never fixed. Why do people use other wallets instead that have less features. Doesn’t take a genius to know that. But yet, it baffles the devs of this app.

Withdrawing Funds is Difficult

The platform quickly processes deposits, but it is extremely difficult to withdraw funds. Each request I have made has not been processed and has required multiple followups with customer service. Most of my funds are still trapped with them. The customer service is very slow to respond and the app doesn’t notify you when a response has been posted in your account.

DeFi golden standard

I’ve been on the DeFi wallet for more than a year now and I have never had a problem with any services, any issue I have had has been take. Care of in a very timely manner. Absolutely recommend over all DeFi wallets or wallets in general.

Very Poor Customer Service

You are left with issues that they never care to look at , as long as you have already put deposit in there, but when it comes to withdrawals you are left clueless whether you can still have your money back, been dealing with my withdrawals for 3 days until now this time of making this comment… they don’t even have a phone number to call for a live support.

I love some of the latest features that show which coins you have in your wallets and on which blockchain they reside. Access to the Defi tools also make it soooo easy which will be very nice during the next big crypto boom…

DO NO USE THIS APP😡

I also got ROBBED left and right . Receiving bitcoins and sending them out is even worse. It’s a joke !! It won’t allow me to move my bitcoins without covering there fees. Example: I paid something for $17 and they took out their fees of $7 and left me with $10 and get this... my invoice was not paid because it’s not enough (a big chunk went to fees). Another one out of $5 bucks I got .44 cents . BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS APP !!! You will get robbed ... it’s disturbing that they can do this to people.

Restake unstake or do anything.

Staked and was claiming rewards on ATOM. Now no matter what I do all it says is network error try again later. So the ATOM remains staked, can’t unstake, can’t change validators, can’t restake rewards. Any thing I try to do just get Network error. Try again later. The staked ATOM is still earning rewards just can’t doing anything with it.. Has been happening for over a week now and nothing I do gets rid of the error message or gives me control of the ATOM crypto.

Completely fraudulent!

This app is a complete fraud and I can’t believe it is allowed by the App Store. Scammers will ask you to download this app. Don’t do it! The trading aspect I would describe as a rigged video game. The “customer service” is an unresponsive chat bot. When you try to withdraw your money, they will ask for a fee. And then they will ask for another fee. And then they will ask for another fee. They will never give you your money. Don’t get scammed!

App not sending email for email verification

Changed phones which caused a log out. At log in screen it says must verify email. So I type email hit log in. Then it says email was sent to verify. But NO email! They give option to resend. When I hit resend, “email manic link sent, please check your email.” I’ve resent a dozen times still has not emailed me verification!! I have my crypto and cash there yet they won’t let me log back in….

Cannot withdraw my shib into my crypto app

Completely terrible! If your reading this do not get this app! I am completely disappointed at the DeFi wallet app! They make it impossible to transfer money from a to b! Something that’s should be so simple is so unattainable! Keep in mind I only have $30 trapped in this wallet but I couldn’t imagine how angry I would be if it was thousands of dollars! DeFi wallet app are lucky it’s not thousands because I would definitely sued them for it! TERRIBLE!

Super friendly, very efficient, and gives full responsibility to the user. 90% of cryptocurrency are owned by the institutions and platforms, and it’s your decision to leave THEM responsible just as banks do our cash. Don’t be the fool to trust an entity with YOUR ASSETS

BEWARE! Age discrimination!

I went to the trouble of setting up a wallet, and then tried to buy ETH using the third party provider in their app. After filling in personal information including social security number I tried to complete the transaction and instead got the asinine message: “You need to be under 65 years old to proceed”. If I had known this I wouldn’t have given them my social security number. Is this a scam or just ignorance?

Defi wallet password failed id

It keeps locking me out and not not allowing me to enter my Face ID to get access to my account so I can do a wire transfer now it’s locked me out 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. There’s no number that I recollected typing in because I use Face ID now I can’t get it to my account. They won’t call. There’s no freaking one 800 number DeFi Wallet Help they keep hanging up, the page doesn’t even work

App being weird

Writing this to see if anybody else is having issues with the Defi wallet.. I lost money in a couple coins like completely drained and it’s not letting me trade at all on top of that. Had issues yesterday with it and it ended up coming around and being fine but never had anything like this. Trying to get a fill on what to do now. My tether was untouched on top of Cro itself just seems odd

E trembly disappointed

This app/wallet is garbage. I transferred shib and eth into the wallet. Now I have to keep logging in and out to see balances because they disappear. Try to send shib to another wallet and on the final page after confirmation keep getting errors saying I have no shib. I have 38 million shares. But nothing but problems. I am stuck in it at the moment. But as soon as I can get it figured out with technical support I’m out. Just not worth it.

It’s gonna make me rate it a 1 star! Doesn’t deserve that! Trust me when I say your pockets are not deep enough for this wallet! The fees are structured so high that it cost more to move around than the actual amount of $$ you are playing around with. Save your $$! It will get sucked into a black hol and it’s basically just sitting there and staking it is useless when there’s such low return compared to what they basically “steal”! Run!!!

Version 1.3.1 works GREAT AGAIN!!!

Thank God and Devs for completing this needed update that fixed a MAJOR issue! Version 1.2.0 can’t access my funds The 2-step feature wouldn’t accept the Authenticator App 6 digit codes and after so many attempts it locks you out.

High gas fee

I never knew that gas fee was high. CPR gas fee is low, but Etherum they charged me $20 but for Polygon they charged me 50 polygon that worth of $100. Now i check to transfer back my polygon coin they charge $200, whata scam!!! Also if you want to sell your coin they will show and give you less money that your money worth. They have to give warning about gas fee I thought send to my wallet is free because they are in the same network.

Do NOT Mint through this app.

I am new to NFT’s and I wanted to start minting my own NFT art. CDC likes to make it so easy to mint on their DeFi wallet but they don’t tell you that your NFT’s won’t be whitelisted so you spend your CRO to mint them only to find out that you literally can’t even send them to the CDC exchange APP to list them on the marketplace! Lesson learned. What a scam they’re running. Idk where I’ll be able to sell them now and one is gone forever 😳
