Amazing series.
If you have any doubts about buying this game or any others in the series, I can tell you it’s worth it. Seeing the developers succeed and have these very well executed finished products has been a treat. The mini movie they produced to go along with the game is even free, and it’s amazing how they got everything to scale and found spot on actors. The dedication the devs show to the mini movie is the same dedication they show to the games. That dedication is something you don’t see every day. I’ll follow the content they produce as they continue to bring out piece after piece of this great story series. I wish the developers all success and hope they keep making great things for a long, long time. You’ll definitely want to play them all and uncover the mysteries of Cube Escape. This one is just as quality as all the others, and I highly recommend playing. Challenging, but not overly so. A point and click game where you’ll have to think as you play, but not something infuriating. Good luck solving the mysteries!

Greatest series of phone games I’ve ever played
I don’t normally write reviews, but in case anybody was having doubts about purchasing this game, or any of the other paid games that Rusty Lake has come out with, DO IT. As a huge fan of the cube escape series I didn’t hesitate for a second to purchase the rusty lake games. I preordered Paradox. Let that sink in. I loved these games so much that I preordered a phone app. There has not been a finer line of games to hit the App Store since Smart phones have been around. The short film that they made to go along with this latest game is absolutely superb as well. The developers of this entire series deserve more recognition than I could ever give. I will recommend this string of games to friends, family, acquaintances, and anybody who takes the time to listen to me blather on about this series. As long as these developers produce games, I will support every single thing that they put out, regardless of whether or not they deviate from the original games and take a new route.

Paradoxical
To me it’s a paradox that these first 10 cube games are so good and still free at the same time. Honestly, some of the most interesting and en-“gross”-ing I’ve ever played. This one even managed to actually startle me a couple of times with jump-scares. And once again, the puzzles were clever, some a little twisted, and entirely fun to solve. I can’t recommend these games enough- they are absolutely worth playing, as long as you like a moderate challenge with a bizarrely creepy but captivating story and a few mildly horrific animations along the way. If the rest of the Rusty Lake games continue this fine tradition (which I’ve read they do), it’s likely I’ll buy the rest of them. Small price to pay considering what you already get with the first 10, not to mention supporting the development of hopefully more good games. Keep up the good work, Rusty Lake. It’s nice to know I can have a diversion worthy of my attention waiting for me on my iPad. Thanks!

I love Rusty Lake!!
I never rate apps, but I realized that after paying for all of their premium games and just downloading my 10th cube game, that I might need to make an exception for Rusty Lake. I literally did a happy dance when I saw there was a new cube game I hadn’t played yet. I love everything created by these developers so much. The games are clever, well made, tough, fun, and so creepy that I find myself questioning my sanity for enjoying them so much ;). If you like creepy puzzle games, I can’t recommend these enough. Now excuse me while I go replay all of the cube games for the 5th time... Also, RL: I saw in some of the reviews that people are complaining that you have a paid chapter in this game. Don’t let them get to you. It’s freaking awesome that you offer these amazing quality games for free at all (honestly they’re worth money) and you deserve to ask for money for a chapter of something you worked so hard for! You guys are the best! :)

Totally addicted to this series
I got hooked on the cube games and ended up downloading and playing them all. The artwork and storyline is so engaging and intriguing that it makes you crave more. It’s kinda creepy, totally weird, and I’m completely hooked! After enjoying the free RL games, I felt I should further show my support by purchasing one of the premium games. And then I ended up purchasing them all. As someone who rarely buys apps, I was surprised to find myself buying all of these. They are all definitely worth it. Paradox is a brilliant game in itself, but the short film and accompanying achievement levels take it to another level. The production and detail of the film are spot on with the game and I hope there is more to come of that! I loved playing thru this series and I can’t wait to see what comes next from the strange minds of the Rusty Lake people.

An excellent mind bending good time.
I’ve now played all of the free games available from Rusty Lake, and will absolutely be buying the paid games next. I hope they continue to develop both free and pay to play apps. I’m hooked! Paradox was incredibly fun and challenging. The hints and clues were well thought out. The puzzles were challenging without being impossible. One of the hardest balances to achieve in an escape puzzle is being intricate and challenging without making things impossible to find. You don’t want clues in plain sight and overly simple to find, and at the same time you don’t want to be left staring at the same screen for hours with no progress because the clue was far too obscure. This game does the best job of this of any I have played yet. I can not recommend Rusty Lake games, especially Paradox, highly enough!

Deserves your money
I know that not many people would spend money on a mobile game, but trust me, chapter 2 is WORTH IT. I played through the entirety of the free games and loved every second of it. Once I ran out of the free games (which is incredibly kind of the developers, to produce an escape room game of this quality and then basically just give it away) I came to the conclusion that chapter 2 and the other games that cost money were worth it. The puzzles are challenging but not unfair, the game is stylized and polished, it has an actual story that ties every game together, and it doesn’t feel as artificial as most escape room games. 10/10, looking forward to any new rusty lake games. At the very least, play the free games first to witness firsthand how lovely the series is.

All the rusty lake/cube games are incredible
I love all of them. I remember the first one I played was the cave one, and I thought it was a bit odd but at the same time so captivating in such a strange and somewhat haunting way. The rest of the games are just like this. They have great puzzles, the storylines are mysterious and after playing any game I was left with so many thoughts, ideas, and questions about the concept of the lake and the tales that surround it. The games are all quite pleasing in terms of the user interface, graphics, animation, and I especially like the voices/sound effects/soundscapes. I was really excited when I saw the pre-order option for this because I had been yearning for a new one to play after the rusty lake hotel (with the animals who come for dinner). Please keep making more!

Amazing,unforgettable,addictive and unique
1. The storyline was so rich and well-thought. The story alone was so mysterious and haunting, I could play for hours just to know more. Unlike every other escape game, this was more like a journey. I actually didn’t want to escape as much as I wanted to advance. 2. The graphics and illustrations were unique and consistent with the mood of the story. 3. I cannot wait for more! I’ll be checking the App Store daily until chapter 3 comes out! This was the first Rusty Lake game I’ve played so far, I’m gonna download another as soon as I submit this review. It really isn’t every day I stumble upon an app as original and memorable as this. I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication of the developers. Download this app! You’ll be glad you did!

Apart for obvious bug, everything else is perfect
I used not to write reviews for phone apps, this game is paradoxically great, apart for the obvious bug in the memory maze phase. Here you will have to reorganize the rooms to escape the whole place, while you smartly figure out the way water is filled in one room to be pumped into another(great idea btw). This is when the whole story ends. You just cannot open the vibe to let water fall, oh by the way I watched your official walk thru video. No matter how you tried, you just cannot let the vibe be open. If you restart the app, congrats, you still get stuck here. Only when you reset the whole game process can you return to the beginning of the game, which means you will walk thru the whole nonsensical stuff again!! Yeah, the previous half part is wonderful and innovative and intriguing genuinely, the second half of chap 1? I give you one star.

A Masterpiece.
I’ve enjoyed every single game made my Rusty Lake, but this is their best game they’ve made by far. I was blown away by the depth of this game and the continuation of the narrative of Dale the detective. The puzzles were so well thought through and many of the solutions were hidden in tiny details, which I love. They also had many “logic puzzles” where you had to figure out what to do with little tidbits of information, like how the Crow guy says “This coffee is too bitter.” And then later you receive a sugar cube and then you go back and give it to him in exchange for an item. I love Rusty Lake so much and are so proud of them for this, their Magnum Opus thus far, and look forward to other games they will release in their future. Thank you for your hard work!!!

No complaints so far!
I downloaded this since the art style made it stand out from other mobile puzzle games, and I'm very happy to see a game without intrusive advertising or any other silly monetization scheme. It just says, "Here's what we have to show for as far as our ability to make a game/story, and if it's to your liking, you can get the other chapter." I've gotten stuck in Ch. 1 but I'll be coming back to it tomorrow. Until this point, the puzzles struck a good difficulty balance for me - neither braindead nor frustrating. Slightly on the easy side maybe, but since the story keeps your interest as well, better this than it being too hard to make progress anyway.

A Rare Find in the Puzzle Genre
From time to time, I find myself searching for interesting and unique games that can grab my attention and keep me entertained throughout my playing of them. Paradox did that and more. It had an overall sense of creepiness that lingered throughout, and the art style fit well with the theme. The puzzles were not too hard, nor too easy, and they were unique in a way that you had to think differently in order to complete some of them. The storyline itself was compelling and strange (in the best way possible). I loved every minute of playing, after completing the first chapter I was quick to buy the second, totally worth it. I absolutely loved the game, and I can’t wait to play the rest of the cube escape games!

Amazing Stuff Right Here!
It’s a great game! It’s suspenseful, but isn’t horror... no crazy jump scares or stuff like that. It gets creepy at the right moments so that it makes you even more intrigued. Great story and short film to go along with it. I recommend playing the game first before watching it so that you play the game completely blind to the story and connect the pieces yourself. 10/10 recommend! (I don’t usually take the time to write reviews... I was really impressed by this) Update: I just finished chapter 2... WOW! Hats off to the creators! The amount of creativity and hard work that was put into this game is amazing. The storyline is amazing, the movie incorporated into the game was epic... everything is just amazing! I’m so excited to play the rest of them <3

A Great Game (but one that is bugged)
This puzzle game is fantastic. However, I have experienced quite a few bugs that have degraded the experience. Most of my issues revolved around the clock: I would get the times that needed to be put in, but none of them ever worked. This meant that I had to go one by one through every hour and five minutes to unlock the items from the clock. Additionally, when playing the mind level (the nine rooms inside of a head), I got to the room where the giant glass of water has to be poured and then you have to pull a lever to make it flow. I was able to pour the water, however I can’t pull the lever. The button to pull it pops up, but clicking it does not work. I tried closing the app, restarting my phone, I checked the walkthrough and everything, yet I still can’t press the lever which means I cannot further progress in the game. It is for these reasons I am leaving such a review.

I’m in the middle on this one.
I love Rusty Lake games and am a highly intelligent individual, however, I really struggled through Chapter 2. I found myself constantly having to check the walkthrough as I was losing patience solving the puzzles. It’s really only fun if I can figure it out on my own. I really had a difficult time with the clock puzzle. I would’ve never figured that out without guidance. I did find it to be more dark than the other games as well and didn’t follow the story as much as I have in other games. I did appreciate some of the puzzles, however. Despite what others are saying in reviews, I thoroughly enjoyed the maze puzzle in chapter 1. I definitely liked chapter 1 more as it was more intuitive. Thank you for your hard work. Even if I didn’t care for chapter 2 as much it was worth $2 to support your efforts. Thank you.

Do yourself a favor. Buy chapter 2 and watch the short film.
This truly is the best Rusty Lake creation to date! I’ve played them all and liked them all, but this one is on a whole new level! If you just want to play chapter 1 without buying chapter 2 and without watching the short film... You can do that. You’ll enjoy a complete, amazing game with great puzzles. BUT... You’ll also be cheating yourself! Chapter 2 adds a whole new layer to the story and the way both chapters are interwoven into the short film is excellent! It’s definitely worth the price of admission! Well done Rusty lake team! The project definitely lived up to and exceeded the expectations I had when I backed the kickstarter! Keep up the great work!

Unbelievably awesome and addictive!!
I love to play escape games, but the Cube games are none like I have ever played! They have intriguing, yet slightly creepy story lines. I love the graphics and how interactive the games are. The scene is forever changing. Once I found Paradox, I knew I was in love! I even watched the movie, I love the game so much. I need your help, though. Once I get to the part in Chapter 1 that Detective Vandemeer must sort out his memories, I can’t go any further. In the room in his mind that contains the large wine glass of water, once I knock it over, the game will not allow me to pull the lever to drain the water. Had this been any other game I would have just deleted it. But I love your game soooooo much! Please help me!

Somebody pls explain
I would give it a 5 star but let me explain . I’m on chapter one and I got up to the part where I had to rearrange my memories inside my head using the squares. I could not figure out how to drain the water after knocking down the wine glass. I pull the lever to open the little trash can but it keeps on closing back because there is some blinking red thing on top of it. I checked 2 different walkthroughs and both did not have no blinking red thing on the trash can so they were able to drain the water right away by pulling the lever. What I dont get is for some reason. When I reach the same spot . Why do I have something on top of the trash can keeping me from being able to pull the lever and drain the water right away. Somebody please explain did I miss something?

Amazing
I never ever ever write reviews but this game is just that great. It is like a whole escape room fitted perfectly into an app. To start off with this game is honestly amazing in every single way possible. The graphics are honestly great and the puzzles are very tricky as well. This game had me glued to the point that even if I felt like I couldn’t possibly leave or give up. I believe the only downside to this game is that it is 2$ for chapter two but seeing how amazing this game is I am honestly surprised it isn’t costing more. But even if you don’t want to pay for ch 2 (idk why it is totally worth it) you can watch the movie. I can’t even imagine how much work went into this incredible game.

🤔🧐🤤🤯🤬😀😱🤩 repeat
These emojis accurately describe the ongoing train of feelings and thoughts that go through me multiple times while I play this game. I LOVE the gameplay, the graphics have a nice loose feeling, and everything fits together super well. The CAVE was my favorite, mainly because it had clues to help you, so after searching for minutes, you can just watch an add, and get a clue. I downloaded all of them, and have been switching between them whenever I get stuck. I love how they all connect, and at one point you have been on 2 sides of the same call. Awesome game, can’t believe you have made so many, keep making them, best “escape the room” game ever 😀

Love the game however kinda sad that I have to purchase the next chapter
As a long time fan of this series it’s always been exciting to play these games! But my only problem is not being able to play the games that cost money. It always leaves me on a cliffhanger. Not being able to fully understand the series is very hard for me to comprehend. I just don’t like how I’m left on a cliffhanger from chapter 1 and have to pay if I want to continue.... it takes the excitement out of the game.... the film though was exceptional! The fact that the main actor was in famous movies such as narnia is just amazing! I just wish I could know what happens in chapter 2....

Amazing!
Wow. I normally don't leave reviews for games on the app store, but this one is fantastic. I even paid for Chapter 2, which was absolutely great! The game play is very fun, it pushes your thinking outside of the box while you solve puzzles, while having a motivating backstory. I've been a long time follower of the Cube Escape games, and this one in particular was absolutely marvelous. The mini movie they made was such a nice touch. If you're having any hesitation on wether or not to buy the second chapter, I urge you to do so! Please put out more creative games like this one. I rarely find a game, let alone a series, that is both this captivating and clever. 5/5 for sure!

One of the best out there!
I love escape games and this one is definitely one of my favorites. Its pretty hard, but rewarding. Also i like that you dont have to combine items in your inventory to make new items. That feature in escape games always bugs me a little. So good job on that one! Also its free! At least chapter 1. I dont know about the second since i havent played that one yet. One thing i suggest is maybe make a little hint option. Maybe with and ad. So its a win win for both of us. Plus you generate little revenue from ads if ppl choose to do so. Anyhow, good stuff devs! Keep it up. Im almost done with chapter 1. Looking forward to chapter 2!

One of the few escape games I enjoy!
I rarely write reviews due to games being only temporarily fun to me, but for this game I had to. After playing many escape adventure/strategy/trivia games, paradox was by far the best one for the Iphone. Solving the riddles/puzzles were challenging, but in a way where it made complete sense. The puzzles were worth solving. Some games have outrageously meaningless riddles that end up not making sense in the grand scheme of the game. Although starting with paradox, all of the other rusty lake games seem to have a common theme and story. I loved this game and would recommend it to anyone who is trying to find a fun/challenging/interesting storyline.

Absolutely riveting!!!
The coolest puzzle escape room game that I’ve played yet!!! I am absolutely amazed by the attention to detail and the realism and immersive gameplay! I almost never pay for games but it was worth it to pay for this one! I did get stuck on just one of the puzzles in level 2 but was able to ask for a hint on their discord channel instead of looking through their walkthrough (which is also an option) but I was committed to solving it without the answer! Thank you for an awesome gameplay experience!!! I also got so scared playing on iPad that nearly jumped out of my seat more times than I can count!

Glitchy
So I’m playing good and figuring it out. Come across some coloring puzzle. Color the first page great, color the second page nothing. Figure I had to do something else or color more. Nope turns out my coloring wasn’t specific enough or dark enough idk but after recoloring the door four times I get to girl then the key. I color the key and hear a sound and the color goes away. Strange I though I’d get something. So I color the key again same result. Step away come back and I try to color it again and now I can’t color it at all and according the walkthrough I need the key. So the game is broken and needs some updates. I’ll be moving on though. Small glitches like these tend to lead to the game not being done or simply broken. I’m sure your paid reviews will get u plenty of downloads though.

Amazing game
For those of you complaining about having to pay... please tell me where you work and we can all come through and expect you to do the work for free!! Stop being cheap skates and pay for a game like this that isn’t garbage, plus they aren’t asking for anywhere near how much it should cost. Try to think of how much Time u spend on a game, then divide that from the cost of the game to get the amount of money you pay per hour or minute of entertainment. it is quite cheap to keep you busy playing an actual good game that isn’t trash like the other ones you probably play. thanks for the good game

Seriously, not your usual escape game
I play a lot of escape games, and, yeah, some have interesting puzzles and whatnot, and I mostly go through and if I can’t figure something out after a while, I find a walk-through, etc., and cheat my way along. But this game is really different. It’s moody, psychological. The graphics are really peculiar — in a good way. And they do surprising things. This is not a spoiler, but just remember that I said: the black balls. This game is challenging and intriguing at the same time. I’m in the middle of the maze right now, and, yeah, I know there’s a walk-through, but I’m not even looking. It’s just really cool to figure it out. Great great game.

The best app game ever tbh
I have never left a review for an app game, I don’t even really play app games. But I downloaded a Rusty Lakes game on a whim and got HOOKED on Samsara Room and then played Seasons — but I have to say Paradox is my favorite so far. I get lost in these games. It’s just simplistic enough, just morbid enough, just challenging enough that it keeps reeling me in. It’s also great because it saves your game from wherever you left off so you don’t have to get to “save points” to feel like you can hop on and off. I can’t wait to keep playing and discovering all the other Rusty Lakes games. SO thankful to this team for making these brilliant gems.

Ridiculously good
Where do I start? This whole series has been incredibly life changing for me. I loved every single one of these games and I am very sad to have finished them all, or at least until new ones come out. Although i will admit, some of these i enjoyed more than others, they all were still very pleasant and enjoyable. This one in particular was unsurprisingly amazing just as the rest. Some areas I had a harder time completing but that really just goes to show how challenging they can be. great games and i’ll probably play them all again :)

Very intriguing game!
I stumbled on this game while trying to find a more interesting escape game/puzzle brain teaser type of game. This is exactly what I was searching for! Storyline is intriguing, the puzzle make you think so it does take awhile to figure out on your own, but they do have a walk through in the settings if you get stuck. This game makes me want to get into the mind of creator because it is so "out there", but in a way that I find very captivating. If you like games that make you think as you play & leave you with a new experience & thought process about life.. this is definitely the game for you. Have fun!

Met high expectations
I have loved each and every one of the games in the Cube Escape series. This one did not disappoint. However, I was a bit surprised that, after such a long run of free quality content, Rusty Lake would make the second part of this game pay-to-play. I think that the studio deserves every penny, but I can’t say I’m happy about this sudden change. Other than that, this is a new, unique game that retains the style and qualities of its predecessors. Side note: The live action part of this game was a little disconcerting. I wasn’t a big fan of the choice, and the acting seemed a little cheesy to me. Even so, it was just a stylistic choice and didn’t really affect much of anything.

Rusty lake
I absolutely love every single rustylake/cube game. The games and storyline all intertwine yet they are all so unique. The puzzles make you think but they aren’t so difficult that you get overly frustrated. I know it takes a lot to develop these games but I really wish there were more because they are that great and I could play them nonstop. I love room escape/puzzle games like this but rustylake has truly hit the nail on the head with their games/storyline/creepy factor etc. I would gladly pay for every single game but the developers offer so much for free. I hope other developers follow in their footsteps. Can’t wait to play more!!

I love Rusty Lake
I’m officially addicted to all games Rusty Lake. I find the games challenging enough that they really keep me occupied, and I love the exciting fulfillment when I figure a mystery out. I’m also a fan of the music, the “vibes” as I’ve been telling everyone, that make it feel like I’m playing more than a phone game. This one, Paradox 2, was definitely longer and harder than the rest, I got stuck a number of times, but that kind of feels just right for a paid level after the free stuff. Cool challenge! Super fun and worth the purchase! Can’t wait to play more.

Wow!!! I’m AMAZED!!!
Just like everyone else, I never write reviews, but this game is actually amazing. One of, if not the best game I’ve ever played from the AppStore. Do not let younger children play this game. This is meant for people 12+, but those who are playing are in for a great game. If you have any doubt about playing don’t, if you have any doubt about the next step just keep looking, and if you have any doubt about buying chapter two for $2, you shouldn’t have doubt. This game was worth the download, worth the patience, worth the extra $2, and worth 3 straight hours of my mind’s attention. Once again, Amazing game!

My honest opinion
This game is amazing! I have played other mobile escape rooms but none of them are are as fun and engaging as this one. It has great puzzles that clearly had a lot of thought put into them. The puzzles are also very creative so it’s not just your average escape room game where it practically gives you the answers. It is so fun that I have played through it 3 times. The only problem is that you have to pay in order to play chapter two but other than that, it is a great game and I seriously recommend this to anyone who loves to play challenging puzzle games!

I dream of a world...
...where the supply of new Rusty Lake Cube games is infinite! Perhaps enough sacrifices in enough jars can make this possible. I didn’t just like or even love “Paradox.” Is “adore” too strong? Nope. The movie pulled me in and the game held me tight. A wondrous story, dark and deep; twisted and twisty puzzles; challenging achievements (one or two which, IMO, might require eagle eyesight and/or clairvoyance, even with the hints provided!). Special thanks for that well-executed movie, and the interplay between it and the game - really exceptional. Does it resolve the long and winding RL saga? Well, I’m not sure. Besides, there’s always more story to tell, right? (Hint, hint.😉)

Well done!!!
Absolutely well done. A great continuation of the sequel. It indeed gave me a feeling of brutal coldness from the story and the atmosphere. It’s somehow even more thrilling than some horror games. I didn’t quite understand the plot of the whole sequel until reading an article online. Have to say that the studio really did a great job creating this storyline and developing this unique game. Btw, if you are a rust lake sequel fan, I would highly recommend you to purchase the second chapter. Two puzzles (the clock one and the chess one) are a bit too complicate and confusing. But really worth the money!

Much like real escape room
My family loves escape rooms so even though I don’t have a lot of free time, I have looked for good app games that are similar. Many puzzle app games are fun, but don’t mimic a real life escape experience. This game is about the best I have come across. Cool and a bit creepy storyline. Varied puzzles that intertwine a bit. Some puzzles take a little patience to think through and/or go through the steps. The setting and “tools” you work with are like being in an actual room. Great job Rusty Lake team! I’ve played some of your other games, but this was my favorite!

The very best.
I was a little bummed that chapter two was behind a pay wall. We just went the Hurricane and are now facing potential catastrophic flooding so finances are tight. I decided that if I was going to lose everything I might as well enjoy the resolution to game and spend the few bucks to play it. I was so glad I did. It was worth every penny. I thought chapter two was even better than chapter one. The only puzzle I took issue with is the globe puzzle in Chapter two. It was a little annoying. Overall though I have to say it is my favorite Rusty Lake offering behind Roots.

I’ve binged through the entire Cube Escape series, and even though the story has had me hooked from the first installment, the evolution of the games definitely shows the passion and skill behind the team. The puzzles are genuinely thought-provoking, the lore is deep and immersive, and the live-action integrated into this particular game is executed really well. I’ve started on some of the other Rusty Lake “premium” games, and I’m really looking forward to whatever projects they have next, whether they continue the lore or start something new.

Great work as always!
I've played through all the Cube Escape games as well as Rusty Lake Hotel, Roots, and Paradise, and I absolutely adore the unsettling atmosphere along with the point-and-click puzzle gameplay! Paradox was fantastic and the short film was an absolute joy to watch. As invested in the story of Laura Vanderboom and Dale Vandermeer as I am, it was VERY fun to see them portrayed by real life actors. I'd say my purchase of Chapter Two was absolutely worth the money, and I'm glad that it can help support the devs even the smallest amount. I'm eagerly awaiting the release of The White Door, hope to see more from you guys soon!

Bug
I absolutely love this game but I think there’s some bugs on the iPhone app. I watched the walk through and know I am on the right track but one button isn’t working probably. In the arrange mind part, there was a room with glass of water and switch button. The switch button doesn’t work after I push over the glass, but it works before I push over the glass. This is the only way I can pass that level since I need the water to exit the room so I can move onto the next room. Let me know if you need more infos, thanks ~

Very fun
The game is super fun and I love to play. I’m really far into chapter 1. I’m playing on Mobile and when you are trying to arrange your memories, I had a small issue. In one of the boxes, there is a system of gears and water. On mobile you cant click and hold the button, so the water won’t go to the next box that it’s supposed to go to. I can only tap the button because I’m a mobile player. I watched the help video to see it I could find a way around it, but I don’t think I can skip that part of the level. Right now i can’t go any farther which is difficult. Other than that, it’s very fun!

Not what Inwas expecting at all!!!
I got this game thinking it would be just a typical detective solving a case kind of game, but instead I was thrown into a dark suspense story with cryptic messages and a violent mystery to solve. The more I explored the cube the more the macabre story started to come together. The first chapter had me hooked with the initial surprise and I couldn’t wait to play chapter 2 after I was done. DEFINITELY WORTH IT! The puzzle aren’t all that difficult. Just pay attention and you’ll make it through pretty quickly. I will absolutely be playing more of their puzzles.

Edgy Thrill
There are many who would overlook this game for it’s outward simplistic look. Doing so would rob the user of a brilliant experience. While the themes are dark in nature, the game play is superb. It mixes some easy challenges with others that are diabolically difficult and frustrating. The “clear your mind” puzzle was just one example of the amount of time and energy spent on a well executed concept. It does not have the graphic look of The Room series, but I believe that ruins the macabre, edgy feel of the game. It certainly rivals any other developer out there. Nice job.

Well done
Thank you, Rusty Lake, for a truly fascinating series of games. I greatly enjoyed all the Cube Escape series, with its creative and thought-provoking puzzles, interesting story lines, and general creepiness that sometimes catches you off guard. This one (the finale?) was probably the best as it kind of explained everything from all the previous games, and was extra long due to it being two chapters long. I was glad to pay the $2 for chapter 2. I suppose I should add a warning though, there are disturbing images and it's not a "happy" game, so it may not suit some.

Mysterious and beautifully done
I have played many games by Rusty Lake, and they’re all incredible. I’ve been looking through other popular puzzle/escape games in the App Store, and I haven’t come across any that are as well done as this game and the other ones this company offers. The music, story, puzzles and everything are so creative - some days I just want to stay at home and play these games. Please download these games and support this company! I strongly believe their games could be featured on the App Store and become wildly successful

Awesome Game!
This game was the only game I have ever given my review on. This is also the only game I have gone searching for other ones like it. I actually started with this game so I went to the App Store to find all the others. I really appreciate that you don’t have to pay for answers and they give you a walkthrough without resetting this game. My sister is really fond of horror movies like IT and INSIDIOUS stuff like that and I haven’t seen her jump so much or have to look away from the screen in a while. Thank you for the wonderful time, A reviewer
