I really liked how much time this app saved me in reviewing timesheets while I was able to use it. Unfortunately, I changed my password on the web version with a PC and ever since neither my old nor my new password works on the app. It’s been months of being able to use the app. I miss the convenience but have to delete the app as it is unusable.
If I was in charge of payroll for my company I would cancel with this company. This app is the worst and the desktop version is equally as bad. We’ve had E3 for less than a year and I’ve had to re download this app four times. It won’t take me to the correct app version and just takes me to a desktop version that cannot do any of the tasks that I need it for like entering time on my time card or submitting one. Their tech side needs to all be fired for the unprofessional junk they roll out.
Still have never got in. I’ve done everything. I’ve reset my password, deleted and re-downloaded the app, as well as double and triple checking my password. It ALWAYS says my username/password is incorrect no matter what I do. Just access your E3 from your desktop. I’m convinced that E3 doesn’t even HAVE a working app, because they certainly haven’t finished building THIS one. They got as far as the login screen and quit.
Very user friendly for those that aren’t the most tech-savvy like me. All of the info I need is right there...other employees’ contact info, company calendar, punch in and out. You can even “like” company news like you do on Facebook!
This app makes it so easy to review workflows, submit leave requests, approve teams timesheets, and much more without having to use my computer. Total time saver!
I not sure if this app is being worked on but honest here are better apps out there, clocking in and out is a process to do and it also does not keep me logged and I am not a fan of how we are not able to request change of time when clocking in and out. Although it has a simple navigation it needs to add support in for hourly employees.
I mainly use this app for submitting timesheets and now all I get is an error message saying “no timesheet available for this period”. I have tried every way I can think of to try to pull up ANY of my timesheets and continue to get the same error message.
Do not use this app if you can avoid it. Absolute pain and garbage. Not user friendly, outdated, terrible location tracking, difficult to manage. Just please don’t do this to yourself or your company. One star is more than this deserves but I can’t give it any lower a review.
Won’t keep you logged on, so i have to put my password every single time i clock in / out I “clocked in” and it didn’t process my punch in or my punch out for the first half of the day. It shows i did it, it just doesn’t show on my payroll.
I CAN'T EVEN LOOK AT MY PAYSTUBS IT JUST KEEPS CLOSING OUT THE APP!! I was just able to go on and look at my paystubs a week ago and now I can't?? Please fix!
