The apps works perfectly for me almost always except during the period last year when it crashed. It’s does have an occasional glitch but it works when I need it. I would give it 5 stars if those occasional glitches are ironed out.
It’s been working fine but since mid- Dec, it doesn’t work. Called customer service and didn’t get any resolution. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling countless times and it works very intermittently and then doesn’t again. It’s infuriating because we use it to authenticate and how are we supposed to do that if the app doesn’t work!? Defeats the purpose if we need to go get yet another physical token from a branch. The app is supposed to be designed for your ‘valued’ customers. Please fix it. I do not face any similar problems with the other 3 bank apps I use.
You are forced to use this App as a client. It crashes often upon opening. Doesn’t work on WiFi most of the time so you have to turn off your WiFi and use your data connection. Often upon the first login, you get an error message that IWealth is “temporarily unavailable” and you have to login a second time. Once you get in the app is pretty good but the technical failures are a constant nightmare. FIX THIS OR DUMP THIS DBS.
In the morning try to use iwealth mobile apps, can launch just show a blank page, tried a few time, deleted the apps, waited & reload the Apps, same situation, call the hot-line Officer promised to get technician to return call, 5pm end of day no one respond, call help-line again, said someone will return call, look like the apps will be down again tmr? Sigh ! Digital token also down? Having to search for the physical token to access accounts, bad!
This update is terrible. It takes so long to load the app; Prompted error messages to register IB and phone number but nowhere to find where to register them (AGAIN)?? When finally got into the page, app doesn’t load to allow access to bank details. This update is absolutely crap by DBS standard! Fix it, people. You’re wasting time for your customers. Shame on you to release such a rubbish update!
Lots of 2-3s stalls when moving between accounts. UI should load in background and not have a busy wait cursor. Monthly spend should be available for more than 6 months. Maybe 1-2 years. Very slow to load the monthly spend.
Ever since the major crash of the app late last year, the digital token fails to work for me. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times over. No idea what is wrong and customer service is hopeless. How can this bank claim to be the best in the world when it can’t even get its digital app to work properly?
DBS is a very digital Bank, constantly improving customer experience, whether it be via the app, or online. Simple and easy to transact, set up accounts, and trade. The App is a testament to the Banks digital focus.

Log in, and it keeps “authenticating” and freezes on that screen. I cant bank these few days and it is frustrating! This is a downgrade not an upgrade. Appalling!
I kept getting a message that says ‘Unable to validate your network connection...’ I’ve tried on wifi, mobile data, from different locations. I can’t access the digital token so I can’t do any banking transactions at all. I called from overseas and the only support I got was to delete and reinstall the app. Now all I get is a white screen that flickers to black every few seconds.
I have been using iwealth app for a few years and of late the app is buggy and worst part despite feedback through my relationship manager the updated app cannot even allow you to transact without forcing you to set up the digital token on the same device when the choice is to do the digital token on the registered phone with the bank. Terrible disservice.
The update 6 days ago disabled my ability to add a new recipient on PayNow. App just freezes on “next” after entering a mobile number. The only workaround is to grant the app access to all of my contacts, which I cannot do for privacy reasons. This update is terrible! Need to fix this bug ASAP!
Really hate that I cannot approve any transactions without your app crashing, or having the ‘Approve / Deny’ screen dismissed because the app was on another screen. You guys really need to work more on approving credit card transactions. Argh.
The app was great for many years but in the past recent weeks, this app was horrible! It could hardly work and repeated attempts to launch app had not been successful. Whatever was “upgraded” at the back end has caused the app to be useless when using IPhone to access this.
Doesn’t work with wifi recently (just hangs). Need to switch to 4g for it to function. Also used to overheat the phone though that seems to be better now.
App stopped working with blank screen so texted support and they told me to reset my network, and re-download. Worked once then again blank screen and can’t use app as token or to do transfer.
App cannot start. No updates on app store or DBS website. Terrible experience as unable to login to bank A/C and no error messages provided. It has been days and it's still crashing.
App worked well up until early this year. If this is they’re wealth app, can you imagine the effort they put into regular apps! Cmon “disappearing” Bank of Singapore - you can do better!!
The app keeps saying it’s authenticating when I log in and never allows me to access the app. On occasion if I keep trying I can access otherwise I need to use my laptop.
I have been using this app since it launched early this year, and it doesn’t help me to finish banking tasks (Trf money local and oversea) much faster than desktop version. I like the peekbalance feature and the convenience that it seems required less SMS OTP.
I’ve had constant trouble using the digital token to authenticate for services. It frequently doesn’t show up even when the desktop system is waiting for an authentication. On top of these issues, the backup Secure OTP functionality is nowhere to be found in the menu despite instructions to the contrary being on the website. The iWealth app, which Treasures customers are forced to use, honestly feels like a worse version of the normal DBS app and is overall a giant embarrassment.
This used to be a good banking app when it was first launched, but there have been issues recently. Eg. -Relentless prompts to upgrade my app when I already have the latest version -Telling me I have timed out and logging me out, when I had just logged in a few seconds ago. In general, it is very annoying to be forced to upgrade the app so frequently ! -No capacity to use Face ID. -Interface has not kept up with the best of other digital banks around the world -Why is it such a pain to use PayNow ??? There should be a quicker way to authenticate
I give it 1 star because it is not obvious what this app can and cannot do compared to the browser version. I tried to apply for Sg Savings Bonds via the app and realised I couldn’t only after many tries and going to chat with customer support.
As others have reported the Touch ID and balance preview does not work? Such a simple thing to fix and who broke it in the first place? So much for being a so called world's best digital bank...
