A must have tool for every DSC employee and customer!!!
Personally, I very much appreciate the design, layout, features and capabilities of the app. I am an employee of Dealers Supply Company and having this on my iPhone along with the MyRUUD app gives me most of the same capabilities that I have while at work even when I am not at work. I’m able to assist our customers after hours when the need arises. I can easily look up parts for RHEEM/RUUD systems, verify the warranty status of a model/serial number provided by a contractor, and then not only inform them which branch of our company they could pick up the part from. I’m able to then create a new order on their account for the necessary product(s), designate the appropriate DSC branch for the order and ensure that it is ready for pickup by the contractor. Obviously, all of this illustrates just how valuable this tool is for those of us in the industry. Imagine then locating the parts, products or entire HVAC systems that you require within our company and creating your own invoice in our system at the branch of your choice which will be immediately available for pickup, delivery or UPS shipping to your office or whatever address you might specify. This allows you to quickly conduct business wherever you might be very quickly and accurately without the need to call or email us for assistance and support every time. In addition, you are able to manage your business account with us remotely. You can view your outstanding balances, payments made on your account, orders you have recently received, any open and future orders you may have and much more! You really owe it to yourself, as a professional HVAC contractor in the age of the internet, to use this powerful tool to your advantage!
