I like the old app better this new app is terrible takes forever to load doesn’t recognize you keeps thinly your a new user and based on my experience with the app going to a new bank is highly likely. Please fix these issues. App should’ve been published if it doesn’t work!
Deerwood Bank is an amazing establishment! Every employee I have interacted with has given me great service and has been very respectful. Online banking is so simple, however, I chose to go to a branch for immediate deposits and to interact with the team members!
This definitely is an upgrade! Glad to have full functionality with Bill Pay and Pass the Buck right from the app at my fingertips. Looks fresh and is easy to use.
LOVE the direct deposit feature and the recent updates. I would, however, like to see my balance after each transaction when looking viewing an account. I can’t see a running total....
Very slow to load and open. I have to manually close it every time I use it - very inconvenient when I’m trying to check my balance while shopping. Also, not a fan of the new UI. Sometimes it is hard to get back to the account balances view, even after selecting that from the left nav.
I hate this ! It never works when I need it! I barley ever lets me log on without me having to turn off my WiFi and even then it will say bad request. It sits and loads forever sometimes I need to transfer money and I can’t the dang thing won’t let me log in,this app has been out for a while now why is there still so many issues!
I love deer wood but their app irritates me to no end. It feels like every time I actually need it, it won’t work. i’ll try to login and it says bad request every time so i have to fully delete the app and re download it again. i’ve done this probably 20 times which is why i’ll be switching to bremer.
Appreciate the cool new features. Nice to see that transfers process seamlessly. Still need to take some time to look at the cash manager tool... but so far so good. Great job Deerwood friends!
Seems like it would be awesome if it would work. I have a great intent connection yet it takes FOREVER for anything to load. And once it try’s to load it times out. Literally can’t even view my account.
I’m having trouble with the app loading, remembering that I have enabled Touch ID, and then not recognizing my username and password, even though it will work if I sign in on a computer.
