Would it be possible to get an update that supports IPad Pro 12.9” screen. It works fine on my iPhone but I need to watch it on my iPad when I am at the office and using my phone.
I have been a long-time user of this app. Last year I blasted Bosch for not maintaining compatibility of the app with a discontinued device. I have since upgraded to a supported device. This app does everything I need it to do consistently (no bugs). Second, unlike many other apps that are provided from small companies in China that are abandoned, I know Bosch will be around in maintaining this app (at least for supported hardware).
I’m so glad that this app works on The iPhone with IOS 11. Easy to set up and monitor the system remotely. Unfortunately it does not work on the IPad. It opens but only half the screen is visible and it’s unusable so if you’re ok with only using it from the phone, you’re good to go
Despite repeated request from customers Bosch continues to provide substandard apps for its hardware. Their web service portal is a joke only partially operational on Explorer! Uhh hey Bosch instead of fleecing your customers with a myriad of half baked products, how about making fewer products that actually work and consistent with the marketing language you distribute? A security app that only works on a iPhone? Which one of you geniuses conjured up that idea?
Can’t no longer connect. There is no firmware update for DIVAR AN. In DIVAR Viewer app description clearly says that it will work with DIVAR Hybrid/network OR DIVAR AN ...... Bosch ... please provide your customers with functionality that you advertise !!!! Port forwarding was always configured. It stopped working after app 3.1.0 update. Version 3.1.4 did not fix connectivity problem with DIVAR AN. Is there any update for compatibility with DIVAR AN? It has been almost 8 months since this app stopped working after 3.1.0 update.
Unable to view anymore. I’ve had this app for 3yrs now and it worked fine up to the new version. Keep getting “Login timeout” message. Support was no help. Can I go back to the old version ?
I keep getting an error of login session timeout. It's been a pain to uninstall and reinstall so many times and even then not able to login. Please help.
Version 3.1.0 quit working yesterday for all my customers 1-14-2020. I have many customers with different cell phones, cell phone providers and internet providers and the app stopped working yesterday. The only thing everyone of them has in common is version 3.1.0 Please help!
I have a Bosch 400 DVR and used to have the Bosch DVR app to see my cameras and right now is not updated. I changed to this app with the same set up and it came always with logging timeout. Dont know how to configured it.
