Good App, Big Issue
I’m a fan of the app and even paid for a year long subscription. I am having an issue that I once chocked up to me being careless when putting in numbers, but now I realize it’s not me and it’s the fault of the app. I have 59 stocks in my portfolio, and make multiple updates a week with my buys. Typically, when I put the information in, it doesn’t change. But I am noticing more and more that some of my stocks will change in their price bought at and the actual stock amount owned will change on their own and will not match my actual portfolio. I fix this issue multiple times a month and now know it not me putting the numbers in wrong, but an issue with the app itself. I hope this can be fixed, as if not I will be moving my services elsewhere. It takes so long to figure out which of the 59 stocks (typically multiple) is messed up, and I am growing tired of having to fix something that shouldn’t break on its own.

DivTracker keeps getting better and better
If you are a dividend investor, you owe it to yourself to get this app. Here’s why: You get a dividend calendar to let you know when the dividends are rolling in. Plus you’ll see the amount coming for each holding. If you have more than one portfolio or account, you can see them in a combined view. That’s my favorite feature. There is no need to link your app to your brokerage but the feature is available. I use parallel entry between my accounts and DivTracker. The app also shows you which holdings have increased or decreased their dividend amount recently. This is far better than the spreadsheet I used to use. Plus, it costs less than $2.00 per month for their Premium package. All my stocks are entered and I can get an overview of my portfolio value, total dividends and overall dividend percentage by just opening the app.

Great customer Service
I recently bought the upgraded version of DivTracker which I wanted so all updates, including DRIPs would be automatically recorded. Although there were a few initial bumps with downloading the information from my brokerage accounts with Plaid, their customer service ( John) was top notch and extremely responsive to assist me with quick answers and resolutions. The program itself is much better than another Dividend tracking I used to use with far better reporting capabilities, projections, calendar tracking, etc . Although I am a new user of this app I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who owns a dividend portfolio of stocks.

Track with Ease
I enjoy this app. It tracks my dividends for me and allows me to set up multiple portfolios. I can select to drip or not. I like that I can just put in my newest order to add to the current amounts I have and not have to adjust the whole thing. I have the paid version. I once cancelled it but I realized I enjoyed it and came back. A few years ago there was an issue with my stock duplicating and I emailed as requested to do with issues. The developer actually emailed me back and got screenshots and info to resolve the problem. It wasn't fixed immediately but it was fixed and I am glad they took the time to care instead of just ignore me. The new update with the combined portfolio has been what I have been wanting since I got the app. I love this update so much! I don't have to check which sectors separately I am weighted highest in, etc. I appreciate the improvement! That just leaves one thing I want to be improved. The color. I don't like the brown or orange. I want to be able to customize the color. I see other people post their screenshots and I am like what app is that because I love the color/colors. Please please please add an option to customize colors. Obviously I have no clue how difficult this is because I cannot even make an app but this is what I think about every time I open the app. so if it's not too hard it would be awesome

Just started using
Would love this app to have what I need. It has what I was looking for, it tracks my dividend paying stocks and I like the layout for my holdings and it worked quickly once I connected Schwab. But I was hoping I could find upcoming dividend paying stocks, a little easier, you have to click on a day to find what stocks have ex dates on those days. The layout just isn’t ideal for finding upcoming stocks I might want, but currently don’t know about. I enjoy the calendar for current holdings, maybe something like this for upcoming ex dates, or create a search engine for stocks. The fact that you can’t search for a stock and see anything about that stock really makes me continue searching for a better place to find my dividend paying stock information. I’ll check back in a month or two. Thank you and happy new year!

Great support
I had been looking for an app to track multiple portfolios and I could not find one that met my needs. This app not only tracks multiple portfolios but it offers much more information than any other app I came across. The ability to track stock dividends and review projections is amazing. When I loaded my stock funds there were several that were not being tracked by the app. On several days I reached out to have specific funds added to the roster. Each time I received a quick response and the funds were added to the list. Great app and terrific response from. The developer. Bravo.

Best Dividend Tracker Hands Down
Folks, I will save you a lot of time. I have spent hours testing every dividend app available. This one is the best one by far. It’s not even close. It was the only one that tracks all the tickers I needed, including ETFs. And it functions correctly. I found that many of the others don’t even calculate the estimated dividends correctly. If you try this app and agree, I also suggest that you subscribe to the “pro” level and support the devs. It is not expensive to send them a couple dollars per month, as they support the app well and have always replied to any questions/reports I have.

Great app
Between us, my wife and I have multiple income-producing retirement accounts. This app makes it extraordinarily easy to track and plan for dividend income. The calendar view is great for seeing upcoming payment dates and ex-div dates and shows the anticipated payment amounts by month and by day. The app links to our shared google calendar, which we also use to keep track of upcoming bills and major expenses. A new feature syncs with our brokerage accounts so we no longer have to manually enter updated position information. It also shows accurate dividend amounts - including both regular and special dividends - something that neither our brokerage accounts nor our other portfolio tracking apps do. It also updates position changes when your brokerage account is set up for dividend reinvestment programs. And for taxable accounts, you can specify an anticipated tax rate. It’s provides great, accurate information for a very reasonable charge. Five stars, highly recommended

Best app out there !
I wanted a simple app to track my dividends and update my holdings automatically as dividends were paid and reinvested. There are many “professional” software packages that are just too complicated and usually very expensive, but when I discovered this app I was very pleased as it checked all the boxes for me. At first I tried the free version to see how it worked, but quickly upgraded to the Pro version and I love it - for less than $10 per year I’ve got a powerful dividend tracking app that helps me plan an extra retirement income stream and helps me identify where to make smart adjustments for the future.

Solid app
I really like this app. Definitely could use some improvements. It's the best dividend tracking app I've tried out. I'm unable to add MNMD to my portfolio, even though it's listed in the app and trades on the NASDAQ. Also, dividend info for QQQM is not accurate/current. Layout is decent. As others have stated the color scheme could use some tweaking. It would be great if you could modify the purchase date of your shares. The app currently assumes all of your portfolio holdings were acquired prior to the ex-dividend date. Switching between portfolios is a bit cumbersome as well. I paid for the upgraded version and would definitely renew if upgrades and changes are made.

Perfected Synopsis
I’m enjoying this great app that features a great way to maintain all your stocks. I purchased as I wanted a one stop shop to track my overall performance and especially my dividends, which it does a superb job at. Love the calendar feature that it will show when dividends will be paid that you have in you portfolio. In addition, it will even give you estimates on dividends in coming months. Always can improve but would not change any information on here. The app gives you a great birds eye view of your portfolio performance. GM 🏆

Great app, hope to see it develop more!
This app is great so far. It really does help keep track of your portfolio(s) well. I’d like to see some more features included in up coming versions: 1) the ability to see your overall portfolio/dividend estimated growth over time. 2) the ability to check theoretical additions to portfolio and how it would affect it. 3) the ability to see how an increase in yield percentage would affect your dividend payments over time. Of course all of those are just projections, so not necessary. This app is completely worth your money already.

Good app, but needs a few things
This is a very good app. I like the recent update for when you buy/sell a stock. It’s simple to use and input data, and shows all the info you really care about. But it’s missing two key features for a dividend app. First it should give you the option to select if this stock is going to be a DRIP. Then if it is, on the divided payout date reflect you new shares and over stock info such as price etc. Instead I have to manually try to find that info a input by hand which could be wrong and throw off everything. Lastly like most people back and forth from iPad to my iPhone. But this app doesn’t support sync or cloud sharing. This is very important feature to have.

Issues with connecting to portfolio’s.
I found this app to be great until it stop connecting to M1 Finance. I have reached out to M1 and DivTracker and I am told it’s because of Plaid. Super frustrating when you pay for the full subscription and you can not utilize it. It works with RobinHood and Sofi. I’ve been waiting months for this to reconnect and all I get is an error. I have most of my money in M1 and I can’t even monitor the dividends. I might try another app. It’s a shame because no one can give me a clear answer of why and when if ever this will be fixed. It use to work in the beginning. So just be aware if you use M1 I wouldn’t use this app.

Two quick items to keep in mind
Overall, the app consolidates information that helps you manage and plan your finances, especially across portfolios and brokers. Two issues I’ve encountered on my second day of using the pro version. 1) The app does not include all mutual funds. For example, it did include most of my Vanguard mutual funds, but not all of them (e.g., Admiral Shares). Vanguard is one of the largest fund companies, and I would expect the app to offer 100% coverage for portfolio inclusion. 2) The app does not synch across my iPhone and iPad. I initially set everything up on my phone. Later, I downloaded the app to my iPad and was able to “Restore purchase” to use the pro version. However, the information does not synch across the two devices. No one would ever enter the same information twice, making the second device download entirely useless. I wrote to customer support via email about both issues, and am pending a response. Thanks!

The app for stocks and dividends
I’ve been using this app for more than 2 years but last few updates have brought major changes and it’s worth every penny. I’ve switched to the ultimate plan which syncs your trades and everything automatically so all I have to do is open and look at how my dividends are changing and the overall portfolio performance. I had to reach out for help and the response was very quick and resolved my concern the same day. Love this app.

Good app, a few improvements needed
Really like this app so far, paid to get the upgrade. The data visualization on the app is nice but there are a few features I’d love to see and some bugs fixed. If these are addressed then I will upgrade my review to a 5 star. - Changing the horizon stock price growth and dividend growth actually makes the estimates go the wrong way. If I increase the dividend yield and stock appreciation, the app will lower the estimated growth instead of increase it. - The app REALLY needs a way to sync between devices. If I make changes to my portfolio on my iPhone, I have to manually update the changes on my iPad since it doesn’t sync. - If you have multiple positions, the pie chart will show a few as the same color sometimes. - It would be great to see at a glance the overall gain/loss of positions. Currently it shows the overall portfolio gain/loss but to see it for individual positions you have to look at each one individually.

Unable to Use APP on other devices
I purchased an annual subscription on my iPad. I also downloaded the app on my iPhone. I could not set up multiple portfolios on my iPhone in the same manner that I could on my iPad because o couldn’t access the pro vsersion. I contacted customer support and they suggested that I click restore purchases on the iPhone in order to get the pro version on my phone. That option did not work. Plus customer support says that the app does not support cloud based services to I’ll have to enter all of my stock info manually for my iPhone. I have have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and and iPad Pro. The features of the app are useful. It’s just a shame that I can’t use the pro version on my iPhone too.

Great, but not perfect
I have been using this app for about a month and it has been really easy to use. I like the clean graphics and it does not overwhelm you with data you can find on your brokerage page. My single compliant is that the app does not sync across devices, so I have to update both my phone and iPad when I edit my holdings. Otherwise, it’s a very useful app for tracking your dividend investments and worth the $10 annual subscription fee.

Portfolio Composition
The app is pretty nice but the portfolio composition is determined off the original cost basis of the investment and not the current market value which makes absolutely zero sense. I tried to look into the settings to see if this can be changed but haven’t had any luck. Nobody looks at stock concentration off of the original cost basis as this is irrelevant so should be fixed. My other complaint would be that the compound horizon calculator uses the original cost basis of the portfolio to estimate what it would be worth in 20 years as opposed to the current market value of the portfolio.

Best app and best customer service
Love the app. Shows me clearly what my dividends are doing, tells me when the ex date is due, when and how much I will receive and how much I need to invest to reach my income goals. Plus all sorts of interesting data on the stock I have or am interested on. Had a glitch in the app after an IOS update and their CS worked incessantly until it solved my problem, all the time communicating with me. Shout out to John who made it all better.

Multiple flaws and incorrect calculations but doubled the annual fee
When you have a good divided portfolio and income you take pride in that annual number, many times I have logged in and it’s mysteriously $2,000 short or $1000, or $500. Now I have to go through and see which company lowered its dividend dramatically, but no….the app is just messed up again. Today it says FANG pays a $.12 annual dividend, the current quarterly dividend is $.83 Last week I was notified the annual membership doubled in price, their calculations of inflations increases must be as bad as their dividend tracking system Also the dividend calendar was wrong for over a month, showing the upcoming quarterly dividend as the actual entire annual amount

Very Good Service!
I subscribed for a year because it was the best price for this type of service on iOS. When I first installed it and was entering my portfolio information, I was not able to enter one stock. I wrote to this company and the next day I was good to go. I am still finding features in the program and am very satisfied with this app and the subscription. And that’s not too often with me. We’ll done 👍🏻

Good but missing a feature
I like the information provided, and it is very understandable. I would like to see one feature added, and that is reoccurring buying. I reinvest a certain amount into my stock portfolio weekly. Perhaps I just didn’t see it, but having to update a stock every week is a little burdensome. As a popular trading strategy I would think the app could see a positive impact from this addition. Still good app either way, but that would be nice to see.

Update with iCloud was a Winner
Thank you so much for updating the app with iCloud syncing support. I was getting real tired of updating three different devices every time I added/deleted an investment. Just in time as I was getting ready to pull the plug on my annual subscription renewal. Now please just make it Universal and take advantage of the screen real estate afforded by iPads and iPad Pros. It looks OK on an iPhone but almost childish on an iPad. Look to DivTracker as an example of a sophisticated and informative user interface.

Great app
Love the app it seems to keep track of the divided disbursement accurately, as long as you input your correct amount of stocks owed. My only complaint would be you have to make a separate portfolio for all your stocks if you combine them together like 401k, Roth etc. it then get counted in your overall portfolio and throws your amount off. I would like to see where you can have an overall total portfolio that isn’t added to the overall total on the same account.

great app to track my dividends, could use tiny enhancements
This is such a great app. I use it as an at-a-glance reassurance that I’m on the right track with my investments. I love the calendar that shows which dividends will payout each day of the month. My only complaint, and it’s not a deal breaker, is some dividend stock dates aren’t getting picked up correctly even though that information has been published on the investment company’s website. Examples are RYLD, QYLD, XYLD. The other enhancement on my wishlist is a sum feature on the calendar page when multiple dividends are confirmed to pay out on the same day. Also not a dealbreaker, because I have a calculator, but it would be a nice addition. Overall I think this is a great app and I’d highly recommend it.

Love the App
Love your app. One suggestion…Can you allow for a portfolio to have the same stock entered multiple times? I have two portfolios with the same stock at a different cost basis, and I would like to include all my stocks under one portfolio without having to switch back and forth between portfolios in the app. Currently I have to average out the cost basis from my two portfolios to include them under one entry.

Great app…2 possible improvements
Great app but it needs to distinguish between number of shares owned prior to ex-div date and number owned after ex-div date when calculating DRIP. Also it would be helpful if it would record transaction dates and amounts when editing (selling or buying) a position. Other than that, it does a great job tracking a dividend portfolio. Best app I have seen. I use it constantly. DrDave1944

I’ve only been using the app about a month but I can see how helpful it will be going forward. I’ll update after a few cycles to see how the reinvestment calculations go. Good Idea, Bad Implementation
First of all, any reasonable thinking person will tell you that 3 stocks is not an adequate test by a long shot. Maybe if most people owned only 3. Used it for how long it took me to add 3 stocks. Second, while I understand that money is a major part of app upkeep, keep in mind that no everyone wants to be paying a monthly or yearly subscription. Some of us would prefer to buy outright. Third, I hope the color scheme changes, if not you need to rethink it. Lastly, no need to respond to this review. I will be looking elsewhere to keep track of over 30 holdings.

Unreliable projections and no support
App worked well for a few days, until I subscribed to the paid version. It became unreliable with projections. It started by using the current market value to project future growth but switched to using cost basis and projects future growth starting from current cost basis rather than current market value. No support to help so I had to clear all data and re-enter my entire portfolio. Only had the app a couple of weeks so if I have to do that every couple of weeks, it is not worth having.

Once you get it set up it’s really quick to review your holdings and see how you did on the day. Notification prior to ex dividend date
The app is absolutely fantastic and I have no complains to be honest. I just want to suggest that it would be of great help if on the next update notification range prior to ex dividend dates could be increased from just one day to maybe 5/6/7 days prior to the ex dividend date? Currently it takes my broker (fidelity) 3 days to settle trades, meaning if I bought new shares a day or even two prior to the ex dividend date, the sale will be settled AFTER the ex dividend date hence I will not received the dividend for those shares. Notifications greater than the required days to settle the trades will help greatly in ensuring that I buy shares greater than 3 days BEFORE the ex dividend date. Regards Onu

Very interesting
I liked the app and bought the paid version. However, I want to give you an important tip: I didn't like having to enter the price of all the shares. This has to be done automatically. The best thing is to just enter the quantity and the app will automatically display the price of the shares. I could give it a 5, but I'll give it a 4 for this reason. But the app is good, I recommend it!

Nice, but lacks some important features.
Been using this app for over a year on the annual subscription. I like it, but there are a few shortcomings. First there is no way to view or access a transaction history for individual investments. Secondly, DRIP’s are not accurate and it’s best to just turn off this feature and enter reinvestments manually as a buy. Fixing a few things would make this app a keeper.

Most excellent
It's a great APP and a great value. I laugh at the lower reviews some people give because the "free" version doesn't do much. The developer is not a charity and deserves to earn a return on his/her work. The cost is very reasonable - so I suggest those not willing to pay - get out their calculator, an 8 column spreadsheet, and a pencil to do their own work.

Love this app. Few small recommendations. Make the calendar editable. So you can add paydays on there. So you can see everyday that your portfolio grows. Also adjust the drip. If i add shares after ex div date but before the payout it doesn’t adjust on the drip. But overall it is fun to watch your dividends grow and looking at the calendar helps planning out stocks. Thanks.

Have to buy the service
I have been looking for a good app just to track my dividend stocks. Thought I found it but , alas, I’m still looking. Biggest problem is you can only have THREE STOCKS listed in your portfolio before it cuts you off from listing. Only three stocks then you have to pay for their other services in order to list additional stocks. I liked the look but don’t want all the additional research and services. If you only have three or less dividend stocks then this is a good app, but you good track three stocks in your own.

Good and bad…read here
This review is for the PAID $2.99 per month version First the good: Clean, attractive interface. Gives good information about your dividends. Now the bad: It cannot find most (if not all) PREFERRED stock symbols. Not good at all. The Developer will not get back to you with answers to your questions. I have waited 2 weeks before I made this comment You CANNOT use it on more than one device without entering your information on both devices. There is no “sync” with data in the cloud. You cannot backup your information on one device, email it to yourself and restore it on another device to sync them either. BIG PROBLEM for me. I will be dropping my subscription until these are rectified.
