I’ve had to use this platform for the last four years! This platform is an absolute money scam. My bank info is already stored in the app and sometimes it will allow me to make a payment “certified payment” and other times it won’t! On the says it won’t allow the certified payment the platform fee was 35$ now increased to 71$ …. They actually force you to have to pay a platform fee by not allowing a certified payment (with already stored bank info). When I try to re-add bank info it tries loading for 10 minutes than times out! I’ve reached out to Customer Service with no reply or resolution
This app cancelled its automatic payments without any notice (I have screenshots to prove the app gave me confirmation of automatic payments). The app will not sync with either of my bank account apps despite saying they are compatible and just sits there and loads forever. If I try basically anything on the app it sits there and loads until it times out and stop (Yes I’ve tried on and off wifi on many different occasions). This forces you to use a debit or credit card which is a 3.25% fee and that is absolutely ridiculous when paying something expensive like rent. The app will also randomly change which account it has selected for payment without you changing it. Every time you log in it’s just a guess what it will have selected so you have to carefully go through and make sure everything is selected right. I tried calling customer service multiple times and never was able to get through to a person and never received a callback even thought I left my phone number as requested. Really awful stuff from a finance app. The creators of this app are criminals! If your rental property uses this app RUN!! P.S. they keep deleting my one star review
They are only interested in charging as much as possible no matter which bank or method of payment I can’t make a certified payment without using the most expensive option! These guys are so fantastically scummy and crappy that they only generate a canned auto generated response with all the extra money they scam people out of I hope they can sleep at night! Give them 5 stars because they are great at being criminals!
This app give too much problem and when you contact customer service they wouldn’t even try to help you escalate it to the highest department so it can’t be solved. It has gotten to the point that I can’t even use the app to pay my rent that it was designed for and now logging in is next to impossible The app is always having one problem or another or missing some features. I know this because my friend and I have it. We both suffering some similar and different issues all the time. There is always something wrong. I wish my apartment can stop using their serves. Many tenants is complaining. I’m so sick of this app. Even my apartment manger told me she uses Domuso to pay rent at where she lives and she too has been having several issues. Very unreliable app. Wouldn’t recommend it 💯 even in my dream SMH!!!
Domuso app won’t keep me logged in. Every time I open the app I have to relog in, and when I put in my password, and yes it is correct, I have to change my password every time because it doesn’t recognize it. Also if your wanting to pay ahead in payments you can’t use your bank account that will not charge you. You have to use a form of payment that is expensive. The only time the $0 fee bank account option is available is AFTER the first of the month. They say to go to the full site to make the $0 fee free payment but that totally defeats the purpose of the mobile app, also it’s the same on the full site. Been there done that. All in all. I’m through with this app. I’ll stick to paying directly from my banks bill pay or using money orders.
A VERY convenient way to pay rent and enjoy my apartment experience that much more. Having lived in apartments for over 30 years, this is a great way to settle things, short and sweet. I do a comedy blog, so this process gives me piece of mind so I can concentrate on that. Indigo at the Park has been super to me. Neither app nor website accepts pictures of personal checks. Always an error. The apartment complex assured us there was still a fee free way to pay. Nope, doesn’t appear to be. Property response: contact Domuso Domuso response: phone reps just create tickets. Get an email hours later to provide all screen shots from app and web site proving you cannot deposit check, with instructions that it may take a while to respond, take check to property to avoid late fees. Property response: we no longer take payments, must be made through Domuso, go get a money order, they seem to work.
Easy to pay rent, saves me the hassle of writing a check each month. Also, in case of a dire emergency it provides you an option to use a credit card to pay.
My apartment complex previously used resident portal. I could pay my bills on time, never had a single issue, and even got a breakdown of the charges. Since my apartment management changed to Domuso, I’ve been charged late fees THREE times for payments that mysteriously didn’t get approved, despite using the same payment method I always had. The only card the app will let me use is my freaking credit card, and I have to pay $40 extra. This is one of the scummiest apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using.
You log into your payment account - and suddenly only payment options with hefty fees are accepted. 60 USD fee to pay with a credit card. Great user experience! Last time only the app was buggy and wouldn’t accept the checking account. Now it’s both the app and the browser interface. How hard is it to program a service platform with 6 payment options and l not screw your customers over every couple of months?
My apartment complex switched over to this app for residents to pay their bills. Every month is an issue as I write this review right now I’m having an issue with this app. The contents won’t come up it just a blank screen now. The app is also saying that I’ve never paid with them before when I’ve been using this stupid app for three months now. At this point this app is so useless I’d rather write out a check each month than deal with this glitchy app.
Too many instances of it not posting properly/accurately, not sure if that could be the app itself or maybe the management not posting on time. Has glitched out and not pushed a rent payment through on time once before, and the history doesn’t always show accurately. Not a terrible app but could be better.
I like the app it is easy to use, quick and sufficient. However I don’t like the fee charge. You make these more simple but it cost and I only use this app when I am super busy. I will not use this app all the time because I do t want to pay extra. It shouldn’t be that way
Never had an issue with Domuso before now over the last couple of years it will not scan money orders property. Just today even though I scanned and Domuso stated it accepted my payments with, receipts of proof mind you, I receive an eviction notice from my apartment management company. They stated they did not receive payment on my end, when I have proof that payment was made. I contacted customer support and they said, “Well it shows you need to scan the checks and we sent you notice of this.” I NEVER received notice that my payment wasn’t accepted until after I spoke with customer support!! This type of thing can cause people to have bad credit reporting and be evicted from their apartments because of Domuso’s screw up!
Must use this app to pay my rent and overall the app is garbage. Links that take you to outside the app are broken. Can’t use certified bank payments for some unknown reason. Moneygram payment options are garbage. Gotta love the capitalism at work here as my property company uses this garbage app to loophole the laws on late fees in my state. I’d take Domuso to court over this trash if I had the resources to do so. Instead you get a 1 star review for being a trash company.
New, innovative way to pay someone else’s mortgage
Renting is always a joy, and now we have this app for doing so, which offers a slightly nicer UI for paying rent in exchange for a 3.5% surcharge on using credit or debit. I’ll take the mailbox option whenever it’s available, thank you. To the rest of us who aren’t given a choice, sorry to see you here!
My app would open to a white screen, then I saw it needed an update. I thought, surely this will fix the issue. Nope. Still a blank white screen. [UPDATE] prior to domuso reaching out, the issue has resolved itself. I added 3 more stars.
That’s an extra $80 a month towards rent. These places funnel you to this app by not having drop boxes. Finally added a feature to pay with a check so I bumped it up from a 1 star to 3 stars. UX is not their top priority and they don’t test in production so if there are any user facing bugs they won’t know until after release. Test, test, test.
The app is pretty buggy. It’s not hard to add a payment method when you’re trying to pay, but it’s difficult to change it otherwise. There’s no list of my bank accounts in the payment methods list so I can’t delete one that I’m no longer using.
Paying rent is a frustrating experience every month. I’ve already put two certified payments in and somehow the app uncertified them every few months requiring me to get yet another cashiers check from the bank. The app also crashes often. It was much more convenient to pay when I could just call in a payment or write a check to management.
Okay for paying rent never had an issue. Only thing I wish it did is automatically take off my money. There may be a way to do this that I just don’t know.
I need more details on my bill. I’m getting Cam Charges and service charges that have no details on what it was for. I can request a service call but I can’t cancel one. That’s not okay. And the credit card charge is also not cool. I won’t be paying through the app no more and I guess I’ll have to go to the office to get details which makes this app pretty useless in my opinion.

I use to be able to upload my rent checks no problem… loved the App!! The last few times nothing is working .. I’ve been running around town trying to fix this and Pay Rent!! Calling you guys day after day, with no answer &, no call backs Nothing! The App doesn’t Open. I’m at a loss Please help support me Let’s figure this out
Trying to use this to pay rent at a new apartment and there’s an error every time I try to connect to my bank. I have my bank connected to other financial and payment apps using the same security process without issue. Aside from that, the app keeps opening to a blank white screen so I can’t even use it.
I would never have used this app if it hadn’t been the only way to pay my rent. I wish I could give 0 star! It asks you to sign up for something and charges you 6 dollars per month for credit builder. Be super careful! And anything other than a check, they charge you a platform fee. Very inconvenient and very bad experience.
The app is literally unusable. You’re better off using the site via desktop or sumn. Screen’s constantly whiting out with no option to go back or forward or see your charges… every update i look forward to a fix so I can pay my rent on time but nah. I’ve incurred like 3 late fees from my property management due to technical error.
I have never been late when making my Rent Payment. Yet I see an outstanding balance that I do not plan on paying. If need be I can provide receipts for all my Rent payments since June 2023.
obviously i know how much my rent is but this app doesnt give me a good enough log of my balance. i live with my sister and we each pay our section of rent separately, but i only get a log of what i pay and my sister only gets a log of what she pays. even tho we pay towards the same rent. so even though we pay 100% of our rent, this stupid app tells me i owe 4k because it doesnt keep track of what my sister pays towards the exact same apartment. had no issues with rental apps before my apartment complex got bought out by a new company
The website is janky and this app is even JANKY-ER…. I tried to connect my bank account and first I couldn’t even get the app to load. I had to delete it and reinstall it! THEN, once I got logged in, I tried looking up my “Schwab” bank account and it just got stuck loading for forever…
Please please let the transaction time faster cuz this ain’t updating on time. If you are going to take 100 dollars for being late, at least put the option to pay earlier cuz I swear when ever I try to pay on the first it’s not even there.
Unable to use this app. The startup screen appears for a few seconds then disappears. I noticed that there are tons of “one star” reviews on this app. How is it possible for a developer to continue marketing an app with this many complaints.

Please delete this whole app and try again. No one can pay their rent. The whole screen always goes white and freezes. Even if u restart my phone I can’t pay my rent. This app has ONE JOB. and it can’t do it. Please delete this. This is insane.
I’m sure the landlords could look up to see who’s in what unit but i feel like that’s an unnecessary extra step for them. I don’t feel comfortable sending in a payment if I’m not able to put what unit i am in and paying for.
Have to enter a password and email every month. It never keeps you logged in or has a Face ID feature. Also has a high fee for paying rent with a debit card.
I am constantly having to sign in any time I want to make a payment or anything. I’m always having to call for assistance because something is not working properly
