The software is good and the app looks nice, but it doesn’t work as well as you’d expect. I get logged out of my account fairly often and Face ID login is not available, which is disappointing. The app has the same design/user interface as the web version, but limited functionality because it was not well adapted to mobile. Navigating through pages isn’t smooth (scrolling, clicking) and you have to tap too many times to navigate back to the main menu.

Had to get this app for rent so I could pay online (not negotiable btw). And while originally I thought it was going to be easy to just fill in my info and pay, the app completely breaks if any form of a VPN is on. This app is garbage and should be thrown in with the rest of non working apps that every business owner seems to use. If you have the option, don’t use this miserable excuse for a app. It breaks and crashes often and will freeze at the worst times specifically right after you put your information in. A horrible experience and I hope however made this gets kicked in the teeth as hard as possible.
Took a second to get it right and it was working well for a few months. Now, when I attempt to make a payment, it takes me from the app to the web browser and I have to set up payments again. However, it never finalized the step. I see the amount on the app, wait for it to be removed from my account and then it reverts back to $0 on the app.
On the tenant side, the app is very easy to use and simple. So far as the property management side, it could use some work. Typically you can get so far in it before it seems to get a bug and close out. Payment turnaround takes 7-10 days which is causing a lot of reversed payments.
Terrible app for the tenants. This app does not know what is in the lease we signed. It charges late fees for rent that was paid before the cutoff date. You have to pay a fee of 3% of your rent to use a credit or debit card to make your payment with the app. Absolutely ridiculous. This app has also been bothering me for rent the next month well before the current month is even due. Just weird and annoying. Apps like this should make this easier for the manager and tenants but this is just nonsense.
I own a couple of properties and always struggled with keeping things organized in one place. This app has really helped me. They don’t have a free version but it’s affordable at around 50 bucks and it saves me a lot of time. Highly recommend it
I had paid early for my rent and had autopay set up. It did not cancel the next autopay and it charged me both times. I have nonstop been trying to get help on this. My bank cannot do anything about it nor my landlord. The payment goes first through DoorLoop. DoorLoop will not help me for they do not have actual support for tenants, only the automated messages from the app software that do not help in the slightest.
I do not like this app at all. My mother’s building switched from Tenant Cloud to this and it was a big mistake. You cannot see the status of your requests, you cannot reply to anyone. I already set up her bank information to pay her rent and now I have to set it up again and it just clocks repeatedly. Now if her rent is late it’s her fault and not this crappy app. I really wish they would switch back to Tenant Cloud.
The app allows me to showcase property amenities in detail. This feature helps attract quality tenants who appreciate the unique offerings of each property.
Remember: YOU are the product...as are your tenants, based on their ToS and Privacy Policy. I also don't like the idea of my personal and company data being used with their "partners"...who exactly are they? What *exactly* are they doing with my data. I'm not certain what liability I might be exposed to by allowing this company broad access to so much personal and financial data but with GDPR and CCPA lawsuits flying, I'm not about to find out. They need to prioritize data security and privacy and stop focusing on how easy everything is. Hard-Sell and Marketing: 110%. Comfort level and data/privacy assurance: 0%

1. No option for faceID log in. 2. Rent dues are shown on the app as well as the history however I cannot for the life of me find a way to pay through the app. Google is not showing results on how tenants can pay. It only shows results for the property owners. Please do something about this.
This app is terrible. My landlord set this up a few months ago. My first auto payment went through my last four all got canceled by the app. I have over $10,000 in my bank account and this thing doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
Everything is coming soon but nothing works yet. Completely useless garbage. Don’t waste your time or money. Come back in 25 years when they finish building out the software
Watch out for ACH transactions, they will approve them and turn around a few days later and deny the transaction and charge you a $25 fee. Zero disclosure or clarification on who they approve ACH transactions with. STAY AWAY!
My rat of a land lord makes me pay my rent through this trash app so now on top of rent there’s a 20 dollar fee thanks to the greedy rat running this app. I pray that they be given cancer. All parties involved deserve to rot.
It sends a verification code to your email. When you want to see the code from email and come back to the application the app goes back to enter your password and email again and then it sends another verification code and this cycle never ends. So you never get the chance to enter the code on the app
When I try to log in on my phone, it requires a 2-step verification. I issue is, when I go to my email on the phone to get the verification code and switch back to the Doorloop app it resets asking for another 2-step verification each time.
