Love playing but still waiting to win $

The game clearly states that 2,500 tickets will be awarded when you reach 512 in the game, but I’ve scored double that several times and have never been awarded the tickets. The more points I score, the farther down on the leaderboard I go, instead of closer to the top. As far as I can tell, the only way to win any money is through the one drawing that all players are entered in. No way of contacting support to deal with any issues. Too bad because it would be a fun game otherwise.

This game is fun for all people 17 and up. It is a very easy way to make money and have fun while doing so! Honestly as it says, there is no game I would rather play because this one is very addicting also. Thank you for the great game!

On all my games by this brand my bank went away. No pause button anymore either. No way to see your time on bonus packs. No place to see tickets at all anymore!!! I have been playing FOREVER to get enough to cash out for real money. This needs fixed right away!!

When you start playing the game it says if you get 512 it will give you 2500 tickets. Well I have reach the number many times and never received my tickets. Also there is no way of contacting them. Or at least it’s very hard to find.

Decent sooooo far, but until I actually win real $ and have received payment, my rating could change to "0" stars if real $ payouts arent legitimately winnable

Will install on iPhone but when opening to play will only show 3 seconds of app and then kick me off...emailed question to support still waiting on reply. Tried what I know how to do on phone...highly addictive game HELP

Great app just too many commercials.

I signed up. It then took me to the instructions. “Swipe to combine tiles.” At which point it stops working and doesn’t let me go any further. No game play, just instructions on how to play a game. Waste of time.

I downloaded this app today. I can’t get past the how to play section since it doesn’t recognize my swipe. Hope this gets fixed soon

The games they have you play take a very long time for each move to be processed yet the timer on the game runs smoothly....

I keep getting 512 but I only got the bonus tickets once. The game is fun but why don’t you get the bonus when you get 512?

Stupid game told me to swipe the tiles but it won’t work whatever I do. I’ve tried swiping, tapping, and even restarting the app. Garbage and a waste of time.

This review is mainly because I think it's misleading to ask people to try your other games and get 10k tickets but never actually get them. I email customer support and get no response. I have been playing the Big Time app for a year or so and like it but noticed the share with friends for extra tickets etc doesn't get you extra tickets. Only the watching videos for 100 tickets. I have shared with friends, tried other games and never get the reward which I'm sorry to say is frustrating and annoying.

Games are awesome and frustrating and fun all at the same time! One of the best game series around! And you can make real money?! This one gets 5/5 stars for sure!
