Great App

They have all the games that you’re looking for. Their withdraws are a little slow compared to other sites. If you have PayPal, you’ll receive your money in about six hours. The cap out your withdraws to twice a day

Don't bother if using an IPad

This is one of the worse online casino apps in Michigan (it's definitely not iPad user friendly). I did download the app but several games will still not play. Plus, for some reason this app does not let you go back to where you left off to start a new slot. You have to go back to the beginning & scroll down, hit a button to get more games (you can see MAYBE 7 games at a time), scroll down, hit a button to get more games & it goes on-and-on-and-on & is extremely frustrating. I did try to play the web version thinking it may be easier, but you have to download a geo-locator which is not set up for an iPad so you can't play on the web site. Plus, I have NEVER won anything worthwhile on this site. If I have, it's been so long that I don't remember. Other sites yes - this one no! There are so many other really good Michigan online casinos you can try that actually work well with an iPad and where you can win money. This app & the slots may work well on an actual computer, but a lot of people use iPads so you would think they would be more prepared for this. I like to keep things local when I can & the actual Soaring Eagle casino is within driving distance but because the app is so frustrating, I won't/can't be using it much, if at all.

I would encourage you to stay away.

This platform is awful. I would suggest using a different platform like wynnbet or mgm or ceasers. I lost over $250,000 and they don’t offer any credits. Other platforms offer credits to help win some money back and enjoy your time playing. This platform is the worst platform anyone can play on. Customer service is unprofessional. After trying to escalate an issue, the customer service representative response: “ Ive explained that a higher up management wouldn't be able to help you as we aren't allowed to give out free credit and to avoid you possibly getting your account suspended. I'm giving you the answer and you just aren't accepting the answer to your question that you PROCEEDED to ask me. As I answered this question in the MOST professional way possible the answer still isn't sitting right with you. I am unsure on how to help you going further as there is no manager available at this moment because they are currently in a meeting.” after submitting an complaint through email, and telling them I do not want to self-exclude, they went ahead and suspended my account.

The worst online experience I have had to date and I’ve used all the top services in Michigan. Do not waste your time and more importantly your money with this sham of a service. The casino sign up fee offers an immediate credit to match your deposit, but then they initiate a ridiculous multiplier of play to have any cash value that can be used in the sports book. In my case, I hit a jackpot immediately with the bonus funds, which then forced me to cycle through thousands upon thousands of wagers to convert my deposit to a cash value. Well, naturally the casino games literally turned off until I exhausted every penny forcing another deposit. After that, I literally played 7 grand over a period of 3 days with zero and I mean zero winnings; 5 grand straight without a bonus round in any game. It’s a complete sham. The Sportsbook worked fine, but limited certain wagers / payouts on exotics. Overall, a terrible decision to even try this. I only tried this because I am a CMU Alum and spent a good amount of time at soaring eagle back the 90’s. This will assure that I never set foot in there again. Brian L.

I've never heard of this casino before today. It so happens that while I was driving to work and listening to the "Mojo in the Morning" show, a commercial about this Casino came up. I was like it must be a good Casino since my friends Mojo and Shannon were talking about it. Boy, was I wrong! What a horrible experience... What a terrible loss... What a scam! Nothing about this Casino app is good. Graphics are bad, the games are terrible, the promotions and bonuses are so fake and not worth the money and hype. And worst of all l, the deposit and withdrawal is so difficult you can't even get your money out. I mean, come on, who names a casino "Eagle"? Should known it wad a scam just from the name. It's all Mojo and Shannon's fault! My advice: Save your time and money. Stay away from this app, please! These guys just take your money just like a thief who picks your pockets. Don’t put money in if you want it back in a reasonable time

I’ve used this site many times and for the most part it’s ok. Then you go to withdrawal your money and you decide to do it instantly as stated in the faq sheet. Well so far I’ve talked to 3 agents and have received 3 different statements as to why in 8 hrs I still havnt received my funds. Yes it states if not recipe in 30 minutes to contact them however it’s a waste of time. They cannot help you to receive it but they can cancel it they can take more payments and everything beneficial to them. However your instant payment could be 2-4 days. An absolute misleading lure to get your money. Unfortunate because until the lying deceitful responses and no resolution I actually had an ok experience and usually received my money ile say not in 30 min ever but within an hour. Good luck if you try it out but if you win any substantial amount my suggestion is withdraw it in small amounts or at least in a couple. Really a bummer I thought there was a descent site!!!

Awesome App

I highly recommend this app. The sign on bonus is great and you get it for your first two deposits. I had a great experience, I’ve played all the casino apps including the top ones. This app has all the top game and the payouts are good. Obviously you can’t Win all the time but I don’t feel like I’m flushing my money down the drain. The deposit and withdrawal were easy. The only downside is they don’t have PayPal but the withdrawal to my bank was fast and easy. The games don’t glitch and there is a ton to choose from. Yes there is a wagering requirement when they give you a sign on bonus but every casino app has that. I did realize I didn’t get my free spins except the first day so I guess that’s a minus but everything else was top notch. Great job Soaring Eagle!!!

This is the most disgusting app I’ve ever played on. Literally they will rob you you might as well just go drive down the freeway and throw your money out the window. It will be more fun! Let me tell you how horrible this app is compared to all the others- I’m playing a game I went into the bonus twice one time betting $10 I won $4.75. The 2nd time I was betting seven dollars I got $1.25. The third time I was betting seven dollars it paid zero!! and let me mention how hard it is to even get a bonus majority of the bonuses that I’ve gotten I’ve actually paid for because the game that I play you can buy your bonuses. It is absolutely disgusting how this app is not regulated by the State of Michigan because if it was, there is was no way their payouts are nonexistent compared to the other apps that I play on. Never Received Promotions

When I initially signed up for an account and made my first deposit, I never received the deposit match. I called customer service and they said that I did not opt in. I didn’t even see how to opt in. So l lost out on that. I deleted the app for a couple of months. I get promos in my email often. I decided to try again because I received an email promo of “Deposit $50 get $30. I went into the app to the promo page and it wasn’t there. I then opted in from the email, which then printed me to open the app. I deposited the $50 and played until my credits ran out. I NEVER RECEIVED THE $30 CREDIT. I called support and they don’t show that I opted in. But remember the promo wasn’t a available from the app!🤬 I use other casino apps and have NEVER had a problem activating a promo. I will delete this app and never use it again. Why even have a number for support if they don’t have a solution to the problem!!

Dang this kinda rough

First I started playing this online casino on the desktop because we had too. It was actually pretty terrible I have no idea why I kept putting money in because I couldn’t play more than a five minute session without being kicked off for geolocation. Never had an issue with the other online casinos so I kno it’s just something wrong with this one. Today I was excited to use the app hoping it wasn’t trash. Well I was kicked off for location only have as much but it was still terrible there is no way to win being kicked off like that. Then I couldn’t open up and high five games so I couldn’t take part in any free spins or promotion. I think I’m dine here until it’s up to par. I spend a lot of money at soaring Eagle. I do win at the land one. But I feel I’ve just thrown a couple thousand away on th is site.

App crashes during mid betting - thousands of dollars

I would give this casino app a 0 stars if I could. Don’t get my wrong the customer service is actually really great, just really disappointed in the app. I play baccarat (live), and there were several times where I would put down a bet, win, and never get paid because the app freezes or crashes. This is during mid-hand. I would be writing a review if it was a $5-10 bet, but granted $3000-$10,000 bets. I’ve been a very loyal customer since I’ve started, and have been very patient with the customer service, but this app owes me at least $13,000 in winnings. This is not a joke. I have screen shots of when I bet and didn’t get paid. I almost feel like they did it on purpose. Talked to customer service about this and have not resolved the issue yet. This is completely unacceptable for high stake players..

Know the room

I read ALOT of reviews from degenerates. Read the disclaimers about match play dummies. All sites have a multipler. This is nothing new. Don’t use them if you aren’t ready to do that. App works fine. Ppl are morons. The reason I gave it 3 stars is…… signed up. Long story short, withdrew $1200. And says 2-4 days plus “maybe” another 2-4 to show up in my bank. I gave this app a change because it’s a rez not a big corporate. But that’s dumb days to get your money. If they were smart they would have a quick turn around because ppl will give it back sooner than later. Example: fan, mgm golden all will have money hit PayPal within 30min. Bonus round won’t play through

I had a bonus game awarded in King of the Watering Hole - it froze and just now just keeps spinning. It won’t finish the play. I have contacted support with screenshots and they just keep telling me - it’s been escalated and we will let you know what they find out. I have tried different browsers, uninstalling, clearing caches, different devices. It just gives me an error and keeps spinning. If a Jackpot Royale hits - I will not be a happy camper, since this has been several days and no word. You would think that CS would offer something, but they don’t. One other thing…..the withdrawal time is the worst of all other casino platforms. It shouldn’t take 2 days to be removed from pending and then another day or two for them to pay. Unsatisfied customer

For what ever reason your casino is has been a headache lately. Not just for me, but my sister in law as well. You offer bonuses and when she and I try to participate abs activate the bonuses, your site flicks to a screen to be filled in as if we are new customers. When we try to fill out the form on the screen , we get an error message stating we already have an account. We know that, we did not want to fill out a new customer form but that is the only screen that we are given. She no longer uses Eagle casino and after last nights trouble for me. Garbage

Garbage app better off playing fandual or mgm you can actually withdraw your funds on that’s platforms I have done everything I can to Israel money from this app. It worked one time out of 40 every time I try to withdraw it automatically cancels my withdraw and put some money back in my account so when I messaged them on instant chat, their excuse was my address was wrong on my card so I checked my card address instead of being an upper case it was in lowercase and that was why they claim my withdraws wouldn’t work so I fixed that and tried again and didn’t work again so I changed my withdraw method to PayPal. What still getting canceled by far the worst after is it is garbage not to mention the one time I did work took me four days get my money.

DONT Do It!!

Saw a few good reviews and decided to try it out. I’m regretting that decisions as we speak. I decided to make a deposit of $100 so that I could take advantage of their deposit match and 100 free spins. I never received either, contacted their live support and after an hour of going in circles never got it. Their live support agent was attempting to verify my indenture but asking me the wrong security questions. After 15 minutes of trying to explain that to him he finally see’s he is asking the wrong questions. He was really hard to understand maybe because of a language barrier not sure. But I’m a long term user of MGM’s online casino and have never had these kinds of issues. Im deleting my account at this casino, taking the loss and sticking with MGM.

Half the games do not load

I realize nothing will come of this review but maybe some changes will be made. We all go into this knowing the casino wants to make money, but this is a bit overly one sided. Thought I would give these guys a try as I usually frequent MGM. About half of the slot games refuse to load and after spending $400 on slots I saw only two feature/bonus rounds. There should be a greater level of give and take and feel that $400 at MGM usually yields hours of entertainment this was less than an hour on mostly slots I wouldn’t play but felt I needed to as others would not load. I wanted to like it as this is my favorite in person casino but chances are I will not be back.

Withdraw

Please don’t download this app. They accept all deposits easily with no problem at all. The absolute moment you try to make a withdraw they’ll suspend your account for security reasons and cancel your withdrawal. I tried to withdraw money into the same account I deposited with and they instantly suspended the account and said it’s for “my” security safety. Lol. They also canceled my withdrawal. Go figure. It’s been 7 days and I’ve heard nothing. I called support and they have no idea what’s going in and no one responds to the multiple emails I sent. I have over $1,000 just sitting in this account that I can’t even access and no one can tell me anything or even respond after a week of waiting.

Very slow withdrawal process

Plan on a minimum of 3 days for any withdrawal. Other apps like mgm, bet rivers, fandual, etc is within the hour. No idea why they cannot facilitate a withdrawal inside if three days. Doesn't matter if it's PayPal, ACH etc. Plus you can only make 2 per day. Slots seem fair. Way below industry standards on getting your money though. Plus a missing cash out that they've told me "talk to your bank". So beware.....

Not app friendly

When you exit a game it takes you back to the front page and makes you start all over. On the website it shows that they have a category for new slots and other items but the app doesn’t show that. My promo wasn’t showing up in the app but worked through the computer. It’s not app friendly and needs some huge upgrades. I would like to see the minimum amount and list them alphabetical to make it easy to find the games we like. They don’t offer many promotional items but I do enjoy there slots more than Caesars and golden nugget

Horrible interface

When you make withdrawals you don’t have the option to withdraw change only full dollar amounts. A lot of games on here say they don’t have the data to play on mobile. Each time you exit a game you go back to the main menu. For example you click the slots tab and you have to keep hitting more games more games etc… enter a game, exit then it’s main menu and have to scroll down again. You don’t keep the same place Do not have the same games on mobile compared to desktop which at this point is crazy. UI experience is sun par.

Can’t open a new account

So I can’t open an account as a new customer because the system is not able to verify all my legal information through the state. Even if I put in my last address and the address before that with all my correct information, it’s not able to be verified. Even three customer service representatives could not help and said I’m not able to make an account through the app. I have an account through FanDuel, BetMGM and DraftKings and have not had an issue with my address or any other information. So this system is flawed currently.

DO NOT USE THIS CASINO APP

This is by far one of the worst casino apps I’ve ever used in my entire life. 1. The platform is trash. Eveything is slow, nothing is easy to find, and the platform looks like it’s from 1994. 2. One of the WORST customer support teams I’ve ever seen. I opted-in to the risk-free $1000 sports bet and lost my bet. The promotion stated you should be credited instantly or within 72 hours. It’s been 2 weeks and I still have not received my risk-feee bonus. Then when I contact customer support, they just state “the issue has been escalated to the promotion team.” 3. If you bank with Chase you’re not depositing your money in or withdrawing money out. For whatever reason they dont accept chase. Want my advice, go use any other casino app other than this. It’s stupid that you deposit $10 in and they double it to give you a “casino bonus” but anything you win with the casino bonus just goes back into casino bonus and you aren’t able to cash out. Basically had $50 and went to cash out and it’s “not withdrawalable” I won the money…. Why give me a “casino bonus” if I can only win more casino bonus money? What’s the point? To pretend to gamble and win? With FanDuel you get a casino bonus and can immediately withdrawal whatever you won it doesn’t just go back to the bonus. What a scam.

Horrible promotions

Never using this app again i deposited $100 and soaring eagle made it a $200 casino bonus and i couldn't sport bet until i played through the amount 30x and certain casino games are worth only a certain percentage. 100% feel scammed I'm upset because now i cant bet on the super bowl. Horrible customer service as well. This promotion is ridiculous for first app users you think your getting a deposit bonus but your getting your cash turned into a bonus that you cant even withdraw until you wager over 10,000.

Very fortunate

Spend a ton get a ton, I ended up going though about a grand on the slot area until it started actually going off and just won over 7 grand. In the actual casino I never have even gotten a hand pay. I wish it was a bit more even at the beginning with the win/loss ratio but very pleased!

The app is horrible! It is always crashing. Not too mention the casino it self is extremely shady. If you do decide to gamble on this app or at this casino make sure you read the fine print within their promotions. Deposited some money & now I can’t withdraw it because they now consider it “bonus cash” (aka casino credits). Even if I were able to withdraw my funds they make it difficult to withdraw your funds. App won’t load

Downloaded the app. At first it wasn’t loading once it got to the “verifying location” part now it won’t load anything once I log in. First time after I downloaded everything was good and it let me deposit my money but now I can’t do anything. App was quick to deposit the money but now won’t let me play or downloaded correctly. Yes I deleted and reinstalled the app and still nothing. Even contacted support and still no answer. I either want my money back or the issue fixed!

When i tell you out of all the online casino this one tops the cake in being the biggest scams and they dont care to hide it at all. At first I loved the promotion that Eagle Casino offered to newcomers but I never did receive my bonus spins. So that took my opinion down quite a bit. Also seems to have aLotta problems with games loading so as of this date I am not impressed with the site. Will check back periodically to see ifProblems get better. At this point I would not recommend the site to any of my friends.

Started out fairly even.

In a relatively short time this casino has managed to ruin all of the good will that they’d built up with me as a customer. There is no way to win anymore, since I established myself as a frequent player. No matter what I do I can’t win even the smallest amount, the money just drains. I went from almost even deposits and withdrawals to being down 2k. There nothing I can do. They don’t want customers.

The play through amount is 15x which is absurd. It’s really hard to maintain your bonus and make money. However I was able to do that and then they wouldn’t let me withdraw. They made me submit additional security information and then declined my request. They also banned me and opened the account so I could request the withdrawal again and eventually I got my money. But if you win they ban you and make it a hassle to get your money. Not worth it

Only issue thus far is figure out on to take money out. In the FAQ says can withdraw & deposit at the casino itself. But as of yet unable to , the vip check thing to withdraw is not taking my bank information so unable to withdraw from there, was able to get a phone number to call will try later . Beware of match requirements

I deposited $250 and I had to wager $5000 on slots or casino games and made it to about $300 left with 50 bucks of $500 of the $250 match and finally lost. Probably should get an award lol! This app is a complete joke, and so is the casino. Not sure how this is legal just stealing money from people! It’s impossible to wager $5000 just to get your $250 back to bet on a football game. Just stay away! You basically have to win $10,000 just to account for their wager requirements on deposits of $250 lol

Not Recommended at this time

Before you decide to make a deposit, make sure you are aware of your withdrawal options. The Bonus Free Spins don’t work unless you deposit more funds to your account. They were kind enough to give me $5 gaming credit for the $12 free spins that didn’t work. As far as selection and play, they are not as tight as some of the other sites. If you are only depositing a small amount, it actually lets you play for a while.

Non Existent Payout

Maybe I am just unlucky but you will lose and you will lose fast. The payout of this site is practically non existent. I bought over $1k worth of bonuses and the RTP was less than 30% with the best win just $3 over buy which is a such a joke. Infinite blackjack is another garbage scam. Won nothing

Deposited 300 to get the 300 bonus. Tried a few of my favorite games and they were much tighter than other online casinos. Casino is about give and take and we keep playing if you give. There was no giving. How am I supposed to wager 3k when you don’t give anything back. What a joke. Barely won anything. They have tightened their machines the last year and half. wagering requirements

I’m sure this is regular practice; but beware the 15x (and up) wagering requirements for withdrawal on any opt-in promotional deposit bonuses. For example: if they match your $40 deposit as part of a promotion like that: you’re agreeing you can’t withdraw until you’ve wagered $1200 of it. You’d be lucky to wager it through $300 in this example.

Constant glitches and horrible payouts

This online casino app is by far the worst overall experience I’ve had with any casino app. The games are very limited and half the time won’t load. The games I have played will glitch and kick you out way too often, at some points it seems on purpose. The withdrawal times take 3-5 days to be deposited into your account no matter the choice of withdrawal method.

Crooks!!!

This casino is very unprofessional and they are definitely crooks! I am currently owed $106 that I won in a bonus round that hasn’t been paid for over a month and they are blaming it on the provider of the game. They won’t give me contacts to file formal complaints, and they dodge any calls I have made thus far. as soon as this is resolved, and I am hopefully paid the money I won legally and honestly I can’t wait to delete this app.

Not a good sports book app

Your cash deposit is lumped into your bonus money. You are forced to play your cash deposit multiple times to be able to “earn the right” to withdraw it. Most apps do this with bonus money, but this place does it with your cash deposit as well, all shows up under “Bonus”. Do yourself a favor and stick with a sports book you can trust, because this place is as shady as they come.

These people are scam artists. They will cancel any withdrawal attempt under the guise of “account security,” and when you’re finally able to comply with the absurdly onerous verification requirements, they only withdraw your initial deposit, returning your winnings to your account. This might be the worst online casino out there. It’s by far the worst user friendly, promos are not good, and the security team is awful too. If you make a withdrawal they will request your bank statement history, venmo history, selfies of you with an id, and all sorts of personal things. Complete invasion of privacy!! Stay away!

It’s a shame, because the actual casino in Mt. Pleasant is very nice and I have always had a nice time there, but STAY AWAY from the app there are better casino apps in the bigger markets out there, becasue this one is a total scam. Almost $500+ and nothing. I don’t mind playing and losing a bit, but constantly take, take, take there are no rewards at all. Do not use the casino feature on Soaring eagle, go elsewhere!

Deleting App

This casino app is horrible. They are a rip off. I know you take chances gambling. However, there is no way I’ve spent over $1975 and have only won $400 and that was spaced out over time. Like, $100 here and $50 there. I had high hopes for this online casino but I’m going to another online casino App. Fan Duel. I was told my chances are higher . I wouldn’t recommend this online casino to anyone.
