I have tried several times to log in and get nowhere. It tells me of a new app and I can get no farther. What happened to the old method where you gave your user name and password. I am ready to close the accounts and bank elsewhere.
I appreciate the app being available and what it is for a smaller local credit union, but why is it down so often? Multiple times a week when I go to log in I get that “call 1-800” pop up and I have to wait a few hours or until the next day just to view my own bank account info. It’s very frustrating at times. AND every time it happens it turns off my Face ID setting so whenever I get back in I have to go turn it back on, multiple times a week. If it just signed me in normal every time I want to sign in, it would be a 5 star app.
This is a difficult credit union to work with in the beginning it was very easy I have now been with them for a little over four years and it seems to be harder and harder to get things done I’ve had a secure credit card for those four years and they still will not allow me to get an unsecured one and I will not go into how I’m treated with my checking and saving
Always have a problem with my card and online banking . Gets declined at the atm and when I order something all the time and that’s bad. Definitely not keeping me for long
this app was amazing just before this update. it keeps giving me an error message that does not let me log in because my phone was jailbroken in the past. i tried reseting the phone but still same message.
As of today (9-17-2020) I can no longer access this app. I don’t know if it’s due to the latest iPhone update or maybe this app is just down as of today. But this is an inconvenience to say the least. So, if you guys have to update your app, please do so. Because I’ve deleted it and Re downloaded it a million times it seems. And it still won’t open.
