Banking made easy, that’s for sure!! The app for East Idaho Credit Union not only works great but makes everything super convenient! I love that I don’t have to go all the way down to the credit union every time I want to do something anymore. Check your balance? Easy! Check to see if your paycheck came in? Easy! Deposit that check you got from your grandma for your birthday? Easy!
Amazing app it’s very convenient it access most everything you need. Would be 5 stars ifthey could integrate card control features like ICCU has. Being able to turn on/off cards and be able to select what types of charges are accepted. To add travel plans so the bank doesn’t turn your card off for you when you leave on vacation suspecting that’s it’s fraud which is a great feature but also a huge headache if you are on vacation with no cash.
This app has been revolutionary in my daily life! I can wake up in the morning, check my finances, and go about my day and save an extra trip. Especially with gas prices right now, every penny counts! I can do everything I need right from my phone whenever and wherever I want. Thanks EICU for providing the best experiences for your members!!

There are a lot of good reasons to visit the credit union in person but doing a transaction isn’t one of them now that I have the East Idaho Credit Union mobile app. Clear, easy to use, and reliable! And actually I’ve used this app for years so I can attest to its consistent reliability.
Love this app! Quick, easy and straight forward. I’ve been using this for a while and it has saved me many calls/visits to my local branch. I appreciate being able to use the card control feature so I can block my card whenever I need and just feels more secure.
I love eicu’s app! It’s easy to use and you can set up either thumb or face recognition to make signing in easy. I love the ability to to swipe the screen down to see my account balance without actually signing in as well! Basically all of your financial needs can be handled via the app:)
The best looking and easiest financial app I have ever used! I’m still learning and discovering all the features available on mobile, but I am loving them all so far! I really appreciate how easy it is to make my loan payments and to send money to my family and friends! Awesome app!
I am on this app everyday multiple times and I cannot say enough about how user friendly it is! The layout is great and the overall flow of it helps to make my multiple accounts easy to track and balance!
Out of all apps I have used for my finances this app is definitely the BEST!! Very user friendly and has all the conveniences I need. I love to go in branch to see all the helpful people there but when I can’t this is the best way to get things done.
East Idaho credit union has done an AMAZING job with this app. I have never banked anywhere that puts this much time into an app design and layout that is so efficient and easy to use!! Show me an institution that has a better app, I’ll wait.
EICU has the most user friendly app of any financial institution that I have ever used! There’s tons of features that make my life so much easier! Especially being able to transfer to my friends that have accounts here!
Love using this app to keep tabs on my finances. Super user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that you can log on with just your apple Face ID. The app loads quickly and I always have the info I need right at my fingertips.
EICU has been incredible for the last 15+ years! Every time I go into the branch they are always so welcoming and forthcoming. Even when I am lazy and don’t want to drive anywhere, I can EASILY get on this app and do ALL my banking. Great customer service, rates, and hospitality!
I LOVE how easy the app is to use! I wish I would have downloaded sooner. Online banking is fantastic as well but the app is much more user friendly when trying to bank with my cell phone.
I love using the mobile app because I can do all my banking transactions like depositing my checks or transferring money to different accounts. I also love that I can access my curewards so easily!

I’ve had accounts all over the place from CUs to hanks and this is by FAR the easiest to navigate and visually appealing. It’s simple to use but not basic. Has the right amount of pizazz without overcomplicating. Great app EICU!
I love this app and how simple it is to use. My 12 year old has an account with EICU and it’s so nice to be able to pay him for his grades and show him how to put money into his savings!
I don’t know what I would do without my East Idaho CU mobile app. It’s great when you can’t get to a branch, just pull it up do your transfer etc. and it’s done . No worries! Love it!
EICU’s mobile app is AMAZING! I can do all my banking transactions without going to a branch. From payments to deposits and so much more, the credit union makes it easy.
You can get a ring light, a light box, and a $5,000 camera with professional photographer and this app will still tell you the picture of your check is no good and to try again. I can’t link my other bank accounts instead of using remote deposit, so I have to snail mail my car payment like this is 1995.
I have used this app over 3 years now. The ease of navigating through is great!! I have never had any issues using this app. Great job East Idaho Credit Union!!
EICU has the best financial app I’ve used. It is AMAZING! Everything is clearly laid out and works quickly. I love doing check deposits and transfers with it.
Transferred from an external account, which shows the funds deducted, but Frontier is still showing no transfer. Real nice. If this was the 1990’s or even the early 2000’s I’d understand the technology issue. It’s 2023! And it’s computerized with nothing but 1’s and 0’s! Get with the times or I’m closing my account.
I'm a big fan of this app. It does exactly what it supposed to do, and it's very easy to use. The app lets you do pretty much anything you might want to do from your phone including transferring money from account to account. I also like that with a compatible iPhone, the app lets you log in using your fingerprint.
...makes it a good app for online banking. Would have given it a 5 star, but the camera in the deposit check feature takes lousy pictures. Frequently the deposit request is deleted because the image is blurry. One might think it is the the camera on the device but where other banking apps use the camera with no difficulty the obvious conclusion is that there is a flaw in this function.
