The app works as it should at times. The notifications will work then all of a sudden will stop working. Multiple techs start having this problem At the same time on different mobile platforms. We will uninstall and reinstall with no resolution. It’s frustrating when you work in a busy environment and you depend on the notifications. We tried the texting feature in the software but we have never been able to get that to work. We pay a lot of money for this to work SOMETIMES. We need at least 98%
This is a horrible app, it needs some serious work to bring it up to what the website version is. First off you can't search past service calls without knowing the identifier for a specific piece of equipment whereas on the website you could just search a person name or a date range. it's just clunky and it needs some serious revitalization.
Been using for 1 month. Calls disappear from list for no reason. Had to reinstall twice already because notifications quit working. GPS is not accurate at all if it even works. Remote Tech had so much more functionality than this app. Very disappointed. If you are forced to move away from remote tech, find a different solution other than MobileTech.
So the company I work for had me get an iPhone to use this app. This is the ONLY reason to have an iPhone because they claimed no problems for the app on iOS, yet there were still more problems.
Does not work, freezes all the time, has horrible functions. In a world with poor programs for service this one is be far one of the bottom tier junk software.
Worst piece of crap I have ever been forced to work with. Nothing good to say about it, Locks up, have to remove and reinstall. Errors, you complete a function set phone down then discover next time you pick up phone app failed. Avoid this app at all cost , run away, as fast as you can. Won’t let me rate less than one star. Would like to give it a - 5.
