It doesn’t work right, like I think there’s something wrong with the program and/or software because A it doesn’t sometimes accurately predict when the busses will come and then more troubling is that it doesn’t like pulling your phone’s location and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and/or wiping my phone’s cache and cookies
Worst bus system in North America you think they would know how to schedule more bus since that’s they r only allowing so many ppl on cause of the Covid we get that but where is our tax paying going that pays for this
The buttons on the first page are not labeled properly; if you are able to fill out and submit the electronic senior and ADA services application, the city of Oklahoma City promises to mail a print/unreadable/inaccessible notification that blind people cannot read. The definition of ineffective communication. Why not send the response to the electronic application electronically through email or the embark connect app itself? Also, using voiceover on the iPhone, there does not appear to be a way to track the bus you are waiting on. I suspect there are more problems, but fixing these so that blind riders could review the features within this app would be a good starting point. I am considering turning this over to the United States department of transportation or the United States Department of Justice. Poorly planned, poorly executed and poorly thought out.
EMBARK Connect is a convenient tool for staying in touch with Oklahoma City's public transit agency. Available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere; you can quickly submit requests, report issues such as shelter graffiti, service issues, or ask a question. Users can simply open the App, select an issue, take a picture, and tap submit – the app knows the exact location and sends the issue directly to EMBARK staff. You can also track the status of your requests through the app on your mobile device.
