The new Emprise Bank mobile banking app is truly incredible. It puts the ability to manage your finances right in the palm of your hand- allowing you to move money between accounts, deposit checks, manage holds and travel advisories on your debit cards, and my favorite, track your personal spending habits. The “MyInsights” feature in the app allows you to effortlessly keep track of deposits and withdraws, “no spend days”, and categorical spending, making budgeting such a breeze. For me, turning on my computer and logging into my online bank account was such a hassle, and this app has completely freed me of that. The app offers the ability to use facial recognition or password protection in order to log in, helping to ensure that sensitive information stays private. I would definitely recommend this app for those who value efficiency and ease of use.
For me not being a very good computer wiz, I have always had a very excellent experience each time I maneuver through the app and through the web-site. I just dove into the app and easily figured it out. Anyone can teach themselves rather quickly and actually enjoy exploring, too.
This one is full of bugs, half the time can’t even log on, when I can log on I can’t see transaction histories of any of my accounts, change my account nicknames is rocket science because it doesn’t select the account you selected, it selects the default account repeatedly. The old app worked fine, I could log in every time and never had any new issues. Fix this horrible app instead of forcing us to use an useless app. All these positive reviews are probably from Emprise employees who were forced to leave a good review considering my wife tried to call Emprise about not being able to log on and was told she was 41st in line and guess what. NOBODY COULD LOG IN.
The emprise bank app is a game changer. It makes managing my money so much easier and I’m on top of all my spending and saving. I love their visuals and insights because they simply make banking so much less daunting. I cannot say enough good things about my experience banking with emprise bank both in person and on their mobile app ‼️
I have been with Emprise Bank for many years and whenever I have had a problem they have resolved it quickly and efficiently and pleasantly. I would not go to any other bank. I have never had a problem with the mobile app.
I love the new Emprise Bank Mobile App! It’s so user friendly. I love the sneak peek balances. Enjoying the added ability to do so much more within the mobile app - eStatements, alerts, customize accounts. The Insights will be a really nice feature too! Thanks for the amazing upgrade!
Emprise Bank is the most intrusive bank I have ever used. I created two external transfers and shortly after scheduling them I received the following phone message, “ I'm just giving you a call on my phone it's regarding an external transfer that's pending on your account if you cannot contact us by 8 o'clock tonight the second external transfer will automatically be canceled”. What good is the mobile app if you can’t make multiple transfers? The app is clunky and working with Emprise is not worth the trouble.
The branch near me closed so I use the mobile deposit and within hours my deposit is processed! I’ve talked to other people who bank elsewhere who have waited days for funds to be a available (and it want because the amount caused a hold).
This app is incredible! I am able to transfer money between accounts in less than 15 seconds. I can see my balances whenever. I love it! Definitely worth the 5 star review!
Although Emprise was my first and only bank that I bank with, all I had to say was this is an amazing app that shows you how much you have in the bank for checking, savings, plus more.
So they disable the old app before the new one is working. Makes sense. I’ve tried and tried “can’t access server or check your internet” well how can it be either or? If I was able to get to that screen it’s clearly not my internet connection. Those that somehow were magically selected and got the app congratulations. For the rest of us to bad I guess.
There’s just not enough words to say how great the new Emprise mobile app is. So many awesome new features! I LOVE that you can even transfer money to other banks now!
This new mobile app rarely opens on the first try and sometimes not even the second try. There is always a delay. Definitely like the old one better. The face enable only works 3-4 times then you have to put in your password to save it again. Just little annoying things that cause delays.
Not sure why my previous review was deleted but this app was great for the ONE time I was allowed to log in. Now with subsequent attempts to view my account I get told I need to enroll again only to jump through all the hoops and be told that I’ve already enrolled. This app is awful. Give us the old one back!
Horrible. It use to work great before the update. Now i have to delete the app, and then redownload it just to check my account balance. Cant even deposit my check anymore through the app. Thats okay tho my bank isnt too far away, but still.
I have deleted and reloaded loaded this app several times for my iPad. Does not function correctly or cannot use the transfer. Seems to work ok on my iPhone. Not being able to use on my iPad is frustrating.

They added so many unnecessary features and now the app never works! I hate it. They should’ve left the old app alone. I always have to open, then close, then relaunch the app to get it to work
This new app has too many unnecessary features. The way the transaction list on the old app was was more convenient to look at. Now I have to scroll through this huge list of text for no reason.
I hate how everytime this app updates it makes you select a new password. I do not at all like the layout of the new app, the old app was much simpler and was a lot easier at accessing account information.
I never had issues with the old app. The new one never loads. I am constantly deleting the new app and reloading it just to get it to load. Why can’t this run smoother?
when I tried to enter my information to even get in the app, only the months January through august were available to put for a birthday. My birthdays in December so I can’t even get in the app.
Logged in fine one time now won’t log in and continues to take you through the whole set up with it just ending up telling you that you have already enrolled. 🤬
Absolutely hate the new app! I got my account blocked for just trying to login! Kinda crappy when it’s my money and I can’t even look at my balance! Plus the old app worked so much better! Boy am I Furious …
Y’all should have just updated the old app instead of making ppl re download a new one then ask for social and account number to re enroll. Inconvenient

For reference, I’m 23 and very tech savvy. I don’t struggle with adapting to updates and changes. However this app as well as the website have been fully useless. Still couldn’t pay off my cash please loan, had to call and pay over the phone. Honestly, the only ones who have been truly helpful are my local branches. They managed to help me log in the week this happened, but I have to type my ungodly long password every single time I log in because faceID still isn’t working. The overall appearance is too cluttered and hard to navigate. I have to click around for awhile before I find what I need. The about section and help section should be condensed into one because I’m not interested in emailing, I’m only looking for phone numbers when I need help. The dashboard is cluttered, but I do appreciate some of the insight updates, but that could also be condensed onto the insights tab. You don’t need the dashboard, honestly. This entire debacle has made me consider more than once going to a different bank and ending my use of Emprise. The only reason I’ve stayed is because I do honestly adore the staff at my closest branch and how helpful they’ve always been. If it wasn’t for them, I promise you’d have lost a lot of customers over this. I hope your team will listen to the complaints of your customers or all ages, and fix this. You had an entire weekend to roll out this system properly, and over a month to beta test and make sure the system wasn’t faulty. From a coding standpoint, there’s no excuse for this. Do better.
Who would create an app that requires you to enter all your sensitive data online- SS#, ACCOUNT #, ETC just to enroll? This isn’t security. Why not use more secure authentication like three part auth, PIN, One Time Security code, etc??? EMPRISE clearly doesn’t care about their customer’s data. This is a big problem. Apparently they agree because they keep deleting my review.
