1) app does not offer to store password in iOS password keychain after logging in, or use faceID/touchID for login 2) app does not have a password reset link on the home sign in page to easily reset if needed 3) app does not include employee payroll information 4) app does not keep the bottom tab bar always visible, requiring an annoying back button tap after each page view 5) log off button should be under menu and not prominent in the top right corner.
Not sure if the app needs to be updated, but there is a glitch and it is not working properly. It doesn’t show you any reports it’s saying #DATA is not available and that is incorrect.
Super easy to book clients on, however, I wish it would allow you to see your week at a time instead of just one day. Also, I wish it allowed you a feature on the app that let you click 4-6-8 weeks to schedule an appointment instead of having to go to the desktop version. It has a nice setup otherwise. I just hope they fix these features ASAP... I know those are our employees only complaints.
Everything has been working great for me, and now I suddenly can’t get into my reports or my clients/products/worker list(s). It’s very frustrating. Please fix this. I need to see those things.
This is just a basic app but needs some work. - For multi locations, you should be able to only see or log into your specific store, and only see default services for your store only. - You can only see one day at a time, a weeks view would be preferred. -It does not show the stylists start and end times. Should block them out like it does online. -Requires too much scrolling because of the default few ( too large)
I like that you are able to see more than one day at a time now but the time slots are too big. It would be nice if there was a customization feature for text/time slot sizes. Also for some reason I can’t see past 6pm. I take appointments as late as 730 so that is very frustrating.
App isn’t functional as it needs to be. Need to be able to jump weeks on the app, show clients history on the app, show full weeks or months on the app. Split up daily totals into individual clients so we can see why retail was sold to who.
Definitely need notifications for when an appointment is booked, when it is cancelled, or moved. Need to be able to jump weeks like on the web version. And also be able to see your whole week or month at once. Needs updates. If it’s had one since I’ve downloaded the app it hasn’t fixed anything!! Super disappointed please updated and make it more user friendly
This app is not user friendly at all. There needs to be a shrink to fit screen option, the schedules are not properly in the app as they are on the computer, if I’m adding a client there is no way to add cell carrier, can’t add multiple services to an appointment. This app is a necessary tool for employees to run their business and it is lacking a lot of very important things. Please update
You’re better off just using the full site through your phones browser. The service prices for providers reflect differ in the site than the app. You are very very limited to what you can go via the app. Waste of time.
Bugs need fixed. When tapping on the date on the calendar screen the drop down menu that appears is blank and doesn’t allow me to search for other dates.
Looks it was developed 20 years ago. The app is terrible. So many better options out there for a comprehensive, modern software that will attract the right staff and clientele. Business management reports especially for summit salons are perfect. That’s about it.
New update takes forever to load on iPhone X... times out.. shuts down... not a great tool for owners... decent if I just want to book an appointment... needs to be more robust for actually running your business remotely
Clunky design, but the worst part is it does not update work schedule and does not properly block out times, grey spots where I am working and have a client but grey.
