The update that Envision did to their app has definitely made the app so much better. It is simple to use and the layout is extremely easy to understand. If I had to point out any issues with this app it would probably be with how long notifications take for checking account withdraws. For my other bank apps, it normally takes less than a minute for me to receive a notification for withdraws. However, with this app, a notification could take upwards to a day. Other than that, it is a great app. The notification thing isn’t a necessity.
When I deposited my check into the account it has taken more than three days to appear in my account and it’s been more than five days and it is not available. So now I am occurring late charges and overdraft charges due to problems on the end of this bank due to neglect of their services they promised when I switched banks. I feel like I’ve made a mistake switching banks. In a short timeframe I’ve had more mistakes than I have then the last bank that I’ve had for two years since I’ve moved here. They promise you a lot but do not follow through. For instants I had a false charge or an in accurate account because they did not write down my account number accurately for me when I went to use my checking account paying a bill so that cost me money as well. I had to call the bank and have it fixed and I told them exactly what was on there I took a picture and they realize they made a mistake and did not offer to do anything about it. I should not even have given them a star at all. I will be addressing the newest issue about depositing my recent check. I have never had a problem like this or it occur more than once.

App still has a ways to go despite how good the physical institution is. Their app still has too many limits and forces one to actually go to their web browser to complete banking. Their app “just” takes care of the “most basic” banking. But, it’s definitely doable in an app to do complete banking, First Commerce allows full banking through their app. So, it’s doable. Why bother having an app if you have to do partial banking on a web browser. It’s just “taking” up space and memory. The recent update was “better” so to speak but still has not reached its full potential. Probably why I have become a “full” Envision member. Not to mention, when you call the bank asking questions about features of the “app” and their employees “guess” at answer to get rid of the call, wasting the members time by not “finding out” to answer knowledgeable.
Can’t say enough good things about Envision and this app is just the icing on the cake! It’s so simple to use and I have instant access to all my accounts without going through hurdles to get to them. Security measures are simple yet easy to set up, especially if you have fingerprint or face ID on your smartphone. Great app and even better credit union!!!
This was a good mobile app. It seems Envision decided to roll out an update, now the mobile deposit feature isn’t working. I tried a month ago and the app says to rotate device. I did that and it didn’t work. I know with updates comes a few kinks, so I didn’t stress too much about it. However, I tried again tonight and it’s the same issue. Now I’m frustrated. This is the only institution I used for banking. As the saying goes, if it’s ain’t broke don’t fix it. Roll back the update. I’ll remove the one-star once I can mobile deposit again.
My family has multiple accounts at Envision. We have savings accounts, checking accounts, plastics, and now a certificate of deposit. We couldn’t be happier with the depth of services and the 24/7 access to our accounts.

Very user friendly, easy to move money between accounts and deposit checks. Only wish that the transaction history went back more than six months. Frustrating when I need to look up an older payment or transaction.
This app is simple to navigate. Depositing checks remotely from my job sites is easy and straightforward. I frequently bring up this app and Envision CU for how user friendly it is. Thank you
I never had any issue with my Envision Ap until the new update came out. When I try to mobile deposit it tells me to turn my device to capture the image. I turn the device and nothing happens. It will not even focus on the image.
Simple to use and l enjoy the fact that any problem l have is resolved promptly. Envision credit union is the best credit union. I moved to California since 2005 but l have continued to maintain my accounts with envision and they have served me with distinction.
I never experienced such amazing service at a bank/credit union before!!! From the ppl to the app, everything is so effortless and personal. So glad I joined!
I do not like the new app it used to calculate my pending payments and give me an accurate total for what’s actually available versus current. Idk maybe it’s just me but I like for what’s actually available to have what’s pending taken out already.

Envision in general is a horrible credit union to have, the app looks like it was one of the first apps to come out with the first generation iPhone, never been updated and redesigned and is awful to navigate through for even the simplest of tasks.
I personally work as a help desk support for a company that supports hundreds of websites; So I know how changes can have its ups and downs. Especially when it can involve Login issues and so forth. Once I got my new app to work, I helped some of my friends get theirs to work as well. What kind of made things confusing for some was the fact that their old credentials were made invalid, therefore some kept trying to use their old passwords. And that the old mobile site, that isn't part of the new site, is still active. Some try to log into it, thinking it will still let them log in. Besides all that, I find the new app to be GREAT. One other thing..... I noticed that last year's transaction histories and before don't show up. Hope this gets resolved soon.
it was a rough 3 days transition, but the ease of being able to login quickly, see my balance, and transfer funds around makes it worth it. especially for phones using TouchID! using my thumbprint is sooo much faster.
Took forever to load, once loaded, it takes you through a number of measures JUST to access the account. Member share number wasn't recognized and then I was LOCKED out of all of online banking. Called Envision TWICE To have my account unlocked and I remained on hold for 25+ minutes to no avail. Finally went on a social media rant and THEN my account was unlocked. App would be nice if it wasn't such a hassle to initiate access.
App does not let you view all accounts or lines of credit. Has capricious downtimes. Implementation of new system was sloppy with long lines at banks. App resulted in overcharge of $343. This was after a previous error of $300. Envision put the burden of resolving their service issues on me as a customer and their communication, outsourced to a third party, was very poor regarding all issues. Will be changing banks.
I love the Touch ID! But overall, there are still certain tasks that can only be done on the main website. Annoying. But much improved over years passed and even my 65+ year old mom can use it 😂
