There was some glitches when this on line program was last updated. ENB is a huge bank and the IT folks weathered through it well. I bank at another bank and this on line program is much, much easier to use. I also visit the Lititz and Denver branches and the tellers at both locations are just so friendly, patient, and professional. Thanks to all of you, I have been very comfortable with my banking needs at ENB. Please accept my sincere Thankyou for helping me these past three years
Honestly the app was amazing but then they added all of these extra features and now I really don’t like it. I’ve heard a lot of feedback from others as well, they completely agree. Why would you put a cut off time for transfers at 4pm when prior to these new updates you could instantly transfer at any time? The other thing that really angers me is cashapp, venmo, etc transactions… on those apps they have an instant transfer option for a small fee and if you instantly transfer for a small fee the money no longer instantly transfers after 4pm into your account, therefore you just waste money. But before you could instantly transfer at any time and it would work!! Lastly the app was always updated with transactions even if they were pending.. if you had spent money it came out of the available balance… well try doing that on a Saturday and Sunday now.. the app doesn’t even update until the following business day. I was out shopping over the weekend and my bank account looked great Sunday night but that’s because nothing went through or even showed!! Come Monday it all came out.. like wth?? Go back to the old ways I HATE this.
I have two businesses and two personal accounts with ENB. I have worked with six previous banks in my 25 plus years as a business owner. Hands down Ephrata National Bank provides the best service from the tellers, our business banker, online services, to drive through transactions and at the same time know me as a person. Not a number at ENB!
I’ve been locked out of my account forever despite calling in to get my password reset numerous times. I can log in immediately after I call and reset but never after that. How am I supposed to use the app if I can’t even get in? Setting up Face ID doesn’t help at all. How is my face an invalid login attempt? I don’t want to go through a reset process every time I just want to peek at my balance. I get being locked out after 3 tries or whatever, but it’s normal for that to reset after 24 hours so you can change your password or try again not years!
This app is pretty impressive for a smaller community bank. It’s simple and easy to use. Zelle works very efficiently and it’s easy to set up. Bill pay is useful and not complicated. I have another account with Wells Fargo and the ENB app is just as good as that one.
Works fine, but it seems clunky & not as user friendly to navigate as the past app. I liked the way it was & I'm sure many others did too. Why does there seem to be an obsessive compulsion to keep upgrading everything in the digital world? The old adage of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -& it’s actually working well, could actually make our daily experiences more enjoyable and less stressful. Thanks
I use ENB mobile banking on an Apple iPad. The old app (prior to ENB’s November 2022 online banking upgrade) was much better. It filled the iPad screen and was easy to read. The new app seems aimed at smartphone or smartwatch users. It is smaller, and will not fit the screen. Navigation in the new app (both PC and iPad) is more cumbersome. Upgrades and “improvements” are supposed to make life easier, not more difficult.
This version is better than the old version, but I still can’t view or download documents. Honestly the status of this bank’s online banking would have been a dealbreaker during mortgage shopping if I had realized it was so bad ahead of time.
The only reason I’m still banking with Enb is because I don’t want to change my direct deposit
I got no notification that you were deleting online access to my account, and in order to create a new account I need access to information I don’t have access to anymore. If I wanted to create a new account I’d have done it with a better bank.
The new mobile app is trash, I depended on mobile banking and you all have completely failed me as a customer with this “upgrade” I almost never had trouble before and now I have trouble with doing a mobile deposit more often than not, I am definitely looking for a better option!
Loved the old mobile site it was perfect , then you had to change it ! The new look is small on my iPad , hoping there will soon be an updated version more suitable for a tablet
This app is completely trash every time I put my pass in it changes I know my passwords but it keeps saying it’s invalid. The second thing is it supposed to be able to use my face scan from my phone that doesn’t work at all every time they update the app it breaks something on my end.
I would call it a downgrade. In fact, after 16 years with the Ephrata bank, this tipped me over the edge. This new app is extremely frustrating. I use Fulton Bank for business banking, and am now in the process of switching all my personal banking to Fulton as well.
Self explanatory. They want you to do your banking and see your statements online. However can’t open the app for over a week now. Needs to be fixed immediately.
Could not login for 2+ days. Phone system crashed. Had to email for assistance. Now the iPad app doesn’t give access to my accounts. Not sure why a working app was upgraded to poor design. I had better access when I had a code and called into a person in the 80s.
