ERIEBANK is such a great bank. I moved here from out of state and as a veteran I really appreciate the at ease checking and savings account for veterans. They have also helped me to close down my old bank accounts out of state. The staff is friendly and inviting.
While I have been banking with Erie Bank for years, I really wonder why the glitch on login has not been fixed. When I sign in on my phone, the page loads and when I go to click on the 2nd account down, the page moves causing me to click the 1st account and takes me there. I would much rather the page take another second then having to reload the homepage so I can select the intended account information.
Never had a bad situation while in your establishment. Your employees are very well respected and informed. I appreciate every effort they put forward.
Every flipping time I try to use this app it’s like I’ve never registered for the Face ID login despite me having done so three or four times now. Literally the dumbest thing to offer that as an option for login and then never have it work. Seriously. Fix this! The rest of the app is alright, it’s not a smooth experience that’s for sure, but if you’re just depositing a check or checking a balance it’s alright.
Worked great until recent update. Now there are network errors, the fingerprint thing doesn’t work, it’s a bloody mess. Deleted & reinstalled 4 times & keeps failing. I rely on this app...FIX IT! Update January 2021: Fixes have been made & now quite stable. Thank you, developers!
This app only lets me login about 50% of the time. It either takes forever to login or just keeps saying it’s loading and I have to give up. Please fix this. I’ve had several different phones and only ever had a problem with this app.
I don’t like the Tiles theme and liked how I was able to change it up u tip yesterday. Now it’s the only theme and it’s really not user friendly. Please go back to the prior theme or let me pick. Thumbs down on this choice.
I have used this app for several years. Approximately 4 weeks ago I was unable to use the BILL PAY on my iPad and to this day I’m still unable to pay my bills on this app. This APP is now USELESS can only look at account and that’s it.
