As a former Order Young’s customer, this is very frustrating. I have tried many times to claim my account. Tried with many invoice numbers with no luck. California must not be online yet. I place orders with a call center and sometimes I get my order and other times it is completely messed up. Should have gone live with this app for everyone all at once.
When you place the order and it’s QD, if anything will out of stock, they won’t give you QD Price. They will change the price to case 1 without notice. They will give you right price when you placing order but after 1 day or on the invoice, they charge you case 1 Price and will cheat you with pricing.
