Love how I have access to all my accounts on the app. I just wish it had more features like the web page does like seeing the graph of your spending. Also it would be nice to be able to put in that your traveling or lost your card. Other than that awesome app!
I’d like to see my credit card Payment reflected more quickly on the app. Once you’ve paid it sometimes it will still say Pay $20 or whatever the minimum amount is. It takes quite a few days to be updated.
Overall it’s up to standards. Easy access, user friendly, touch ID, and visually appealing. I would need to see the ability to get transaction history on loans and to get easy e-statements to give this 5 stars.
Great App when I was using my old iPhone with fingerprint login. Pain with my iPhone X as it lacks Facial ID. Needs updating as all iPhones from iPhone X and on won't have a fingerprint button.
This app is know to have issues where my account information CANNOT be displayed and I am not able to do anything in mybank account. I can’t check my balances in my account, transfer money or anything. This issue needs to be fixed immediately
I love the app. I really do. But recently, I’ve updated it and I keep getting an error message. I’m unable to check my balance and it’s kind of defeating the purpose of having the app. Hopefully any bugs can be gone soon
I’ve been a costumer for over 10 years and I’m not pleased with the overall banking experience here. I’m done with the way they manipulate deposits to create an nsf charge along with the unnecessary 7- 10 day hold placed on any check that I deposit. I’m switching banks
I love how quick & easy it is to check my account on the app or I can simply text BAL in my messages and immediately receive a response for a super quick check of my account balance without logging into the app. I love that I can deposit checks with a simple photo of the check and has always gone into my account pretty quickly! Overall it's a great app from my awesome bank! Thank you!
I have been waiting for this app for months and it's exactly what I hoped for! It just launched today and I've already been able to log-in without any issue and I've deposited a check through the new deposit system. I love it! This is super convenient for both personal and business banking.
I love this app so much. I have the IPhone 6s and its so easy using my finger print to log in!! The app has a very simple but still business look & doesn't look at all close to a cheaply made app. I absolutely love being able to check my accounts and transferring at any time!

Attempting to deposit a check. After taking a pic of both sides, a dialog asks if I can clearly read the date. I click "Look at the photo" app crashes. Everything.
