So Far Good, But Can Use One Key Feature
So far I’m enjoying the simplistic design of the app and it does help me to situate myself organizing my budget. However, one thing that other apps have that I feel this one could really use is a progress bar of sorts for each added expense. I’m not saying the app needs to be able to connect to your bank as I’m sure that would unfortunately involve premium subscription charges. But if we can actually see a progress bar for our individual expenses budget inserts via our transactions (even if we have to manually insert each transaction which I wouldn’t mind), that would be crucially beneficial. It allows the user to see how close they are to reaching their set threshold for each expense budget added. For example, if I set on there that my transportation budget is $100 every month (or week or whatever), it would be nice to see how close I am to reaching that $100 threshold with my spending. Again, even if we can’t connect to our bank, perhaps we can manually update the progress bar with each expense ourselves just so we can visually see how we’re doing. This is my one and only major advice for a simple and free to use app.

Functional but could be better!
Out of the many apps I’ve downloaded so far this is my favorite. It’s the only one that does biweekly which is what I need. It would be nice if there were a free trial period - even if only for a week - so you could get the full picture of what you’re paying for. Another suggestion would be a calendar view to get the full picture of the month, I really liked that in one of the other apps. Some theme options would be cool.

Still Needs Some Work
I enrolled in the monthly subscribe feature. And I connected my bank account. This is important for me as my goal is to streamline and automate my budgeting. While the process to connect, my bank account was smooth, customizing my budget using bank transactions was not. Able to easily add transactions into my budget. However, I was not able to edit the descriptions of those transactions to be more reader friendly. I also did not see where you could categorize those expenses. This could be user error but I quickly determined that this app was not exactly what I was looking for. What this app offers I might as well just use my bank account statements for my budget. However, I think the developer is building something that will ultimately be very useful for many people.

So frustrating and disappointing
Paid for the subscription and it just does not work. I cannot set up a recurring plan every two weeks on the date I need. It automatically puts recurring salary into my every two week budget multiple times and will not let me alter the dates. No help button or help for fixes like this. No one to contact for help. Wasted so much time trying to make it work and it just won’t. PLUS, I added my bank account and it populated with ALL my accounts, not just my checking. So it was not useful or helpful when I could not separate my checking from all the other accounts I have (my family and kids accounts which I don’t use). I wish I could get my money back for the hours I spent trying to get it to work and now having to delete the app all together. Very disappointed.

Great idea with poor execution
The app is clunky, slow, and buggy. Every time I use the app my phone heats up from excessive CPU usage. What is the app even doing? It’s a budgeting app, not a bitcoin miner! The functionality is pretty basic, which would be fine if not for the $8/month price tag. When editing an expense from the recurring expenses view, clicking “Add” does nothing making it impossible to save. Oh, and the save button is confusingly labeled as “Add.” Hitting the back button from the budget view is slow. When adding a new category to an expense, it does not select the new category that you just created which requires you to select the category again. Really disappointed because this would in principle be a useful tool.

What I’ve been looking for!!!!!
This app is a life changer. It’s so simple to use and quick to enter. You only need to enter recurring expenses once and it will auto add all future automatically. Such a time saver and prevents anything from getting missed. Easy to keep track of expenses and income and it’s always accurate with my bank assuming I don’t forget to add something. I’ve been a spreadsheet budgeted my whole life but I’m happy to say I’ve officially deleted the spreadsheet and reply on this solely with confidence! Very happy with this app!

Not what I paid for!
I have not been able to connect my bank account to the app for two week. I have sent messages to the staff, I tried to troubleshoot using the FAQ but that just takes you to their website, which contains no FAQ section, there really isn’t much information on the website at all. It’s mostly just self promotion. I was really looking forward to using this app, as it was supposed to help me budget based on differing payment cycles. If they can return my message or respond to this review with a solution for connecting my bank account. I would likely update my view on the app.

Perfect for bi-weekly paychecks!!
This app is perfect! Very simple and easy to use. The only thing I can think that would improve it is an option to have multiple balances for other stuff like debt, and not just the total balance. For instance I have to payback my car, and I think it would be awesome if I could see how much I have left to pay off in the app

My new go to budget tool!
I’ve struggled with tracking our family expenses consistently for the last few years, but not anymore! Every Two us now my go to budget tool. It’s customizable to the degree that it even works for my family, where I get paid once per month (the last business day) and my husband is paid on the 8th & 23rd. Weekly and biweekly budgets weren’t working for us, but Every Two does! I love that I can use emojis with text to label expenses to help me recall what a purchase was for. The only constructive feedback I could give would be to add a brief tutorial or instructions on set up options, editing, deleting, etc. Otherwise it’s a great app!

Perfect for my needs!
I just downloaded this app today and so far it’s everything I’ve wanted in a budgeting app. I love how simple it is and I can choose to budget bi-weekly. It’s easy to add income/expenses and I like how your remaining balance carries over to the next pay period. I have tried so many of the top named budgeting apps and this is the only one that fits my needs. Great job!

Budget Peace
I love this app!! It gives me budget peace and I love it. Monthly budget doesn’t really work for me especially with the carry over and I get frustrated but this app has helped me. I wish they have a desktop version so I can budget on my computer. So far I’ve been using my phone and iPad. Great app.

Love this app!!
The only biweekly app that’s simple to use. I recommend it to everyone who’s budgeting or just trying to keep track of day to day spending. It went a little glitchy on me a couple of times after what I believe were updates but overall it’s a great tool.

Best Designed for People Getting Paid Biweekly
For me, the simplicity of this app makes it a 10/10. I get paid biweekly and am living paycheck to paycheck (like most people nowadays), so I appreciate that you can budget biweekly to align with my pay periods. I’ve tried Intuit Mint and other top-rated budgeting apps, but I like this one the best.

Updated Review
I rated the app low before because it crashed my data. However, since the crash I wanna head and re-entered everything and now it seems to be working well. So changing my review, and just hoping it stays working because it's otherwise a great app!

Love this app!
Hadn’t found a biweekly budgeting app until this one . This app is great! You can list all your expenses plus income and after everything is factored in, it shows how much money you would have left over . Thanks for making this app!

Just what I’ve been looking for!
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for for a very long time. I just wish once the transaction has been cleared. It can be removed from view. Also, I am trying to connect my bank and it’s not working and I’ve sent about 5 emails to support and NO response!

HANDS DOWN BEST BI-WEEKLY APP!!!
Seriously this is the best budget app for people getting paid Bi-weekly. - I downloaded every app for budgeting and this is the one. My biggest challenge was finding an app that based your budget off your bi weekly pay period. Every other app just shows you budget based off a monthly time frame. Finally I can EASILY calculate and know how much left over income I will have during that pay period once bills get paid! JUST DOWNLOAD IT! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed

Was working good, but data is now gone
The app was working fine for me for a few months until recently whenever I tried to access the app, it said I was signed out. So I signed back in and my data is now gone. This has happened two times and I can’t be asked to input all my expenses and income a 3rd time.

Had potential now lays in development limbo!
Last update was four months ago and I still cannot get past the build your budget screen. I’ve selected merge and not to merge. Just sits on the green screen for at least 10 before I gave up. I had such high hopes and expectations from this app sad it’s not coming to fruition!

Buggy
I choose my weekly budget to start on Monday and add my income on mondays then when I view it after my budget is starting on tuesdays and the income changes to come in on Tuesday. Makes it impossible to read. I’ve tried to do it multiple times with the same result.

Bug Fix Please
Love the idea behind this app as not enough offer biweekly budgeting. That said, it’s pretty glitchy. It is showing a balance that doesn’t exist as nothing has been checked. Or it has been checked and unchecked. Can you please fix this?

Stay away!
They used to be 5.99/year last month. Suddenly, they decided to jack up the price to 44/year and now I can’t even use the app. I don't think this app is worth 44 dollars, it doesn’t even compute the budget right if you edit something.

Not very low cost.
I would actually consider this app if it was a single purchase but I’m done with subscription based anything. $8 a month or $45 a year is just outrageous when you can do all this for free in Google sheets if your willing to learn.

Deleted all my data
The app concept is great. It was exactly what I was looking for. But there are too many bugs and it loses data you already entered making it very unreliable.

Ironic
How ironic that you have to pay a monthly subscription fee for a BUDGET app. I should not have to may $8 per month just so I can have recurring items on my budget. What’s the use if it can’t be automated and I have to put everything in manually?? Stupid.

Not for me
I like to plan ahead but the app doesn’t allow you to pick a date for the following month. It’s August 26th and I want to input bills for September 1st and no matter what I pick it won’t let me.

Don’t Try Planning Ahead if You’re New
I haven’t used this app yet. I wanted to get away from Dave Ramsey’s Every Dollar because I want my on custom month based on bi-weekly pay. I downloaded today, 9/27/23 to set up for my new month beginning Friday 9/29/23 and saw that future dates are grayed out so I can’t select it. How am I supposed to plan ahead if I don’t have access to future dates? I guess I’m waiting until Friday to set up my first budget. I hope this app is everything I need for a simple, biweekly, zero based budget.
