Very nice, easy to use and contact the bank whenever you need. Many things just require a few taps for whatever you want to get done and everything is clear to see. However with newest update it no longer works on older iPhones like the 7.
Everything from the; being forced to download a new banking app, the forcing of 2step wher I either have to download another app or give access to my number for a 3rd party to sell my data to next highest bidder, then the app layout itself is an eyesore and difficult to maneuver— all in all a total FORCED disappointment
I’m here to do banking not view advertising. User ID, password, second authentication, four digit pin to also remember.(archaic) Why not just make the user have a 15 character password. This credit union should ask the members what they would like to see and use. Know if somebody else has my phone number to bug/harass me.
This is not an improvement. Half the screen are ads. Necessary information is available via a barely visible arrow, including dates to send payments. It takes more effort to see one’s accounts on one page. What were you thinking?
Unable to use updated version. My phone recently updated to IOS 15.82, so I cannot update the app and I unable to view my account. I don’t want to buy a new phone at this time.
