We agreed on an affordable price with a refund policy if I’m not satisfied with the service. Of course, didn’t need the refund because, not later than 4 hours, he gave me full access to my partner's phone; her texts & deleted messages, calls, WhatsApp and social media history, tracking her live gps Location as well. I got concrete proof knowing she has been cheating on me with my known friend and it hurts. I felt utterly used but at the same time, weirdly satisfied that i finally found out the truth. The EYezytracker app functions well, and I had high hopes of being able to monitor my partner’s every move as promised. However, I was let down not until I read a positive online reviews of mr Kevin, a private investigator and cyber security specialist, and realized how proficient he was at accessing devices and obtaining data by simply using a phone number.. I immediately wrote to his mail at wizardKevinHacker @ Gmailcom and explained what I wanted in details; right away as strongly endorsed and it was amazingly trustworthy. We agreed on an affordable price with a refund policy if I’m not satisfied with the service. Of course, didn’t need the refund because, not later than 3 hours, he gave me complete access to my partner’s phone; his texts & deleted messages, calls, WhatsApp and social media history, tracking his live gps Location as well. I was left feeling both incredibly betrayed and strangely content that I had finally discovered the truth. I received hard evidence that he had been unfaithful to me with my acquaintance, and it hurts. I quickly filed for divorce since I could not stand the secrecy for very long. Awesome, it’s a unique tracker!!

I was married for four years and my ex-wife started spending a lot of time with her 'best friends from childhood' whom I had never met or heard of before. One time, I woke up and asked to see her phone to check the time. She handed it to me and grabbed it from me almost immediately. It was weird because it had never happened before. Why did she do that? I had an inkling. I loved her so much that I couldn’t stand the thought of her being with someone else. Don’t buy

This app is not only a scam but iPhone offers a parental mode that is 100% free and it offers the same thing. On the other hand if you aren’t a parent but you want to access a phone remotely, with just iCloud credentials, that’s where it gets tricky, you will be able to sync for a few days but ultimately iCloud blocks against that kind of software so you won’t be able to access for long, I bought a subscription for 6 months and unless I want to download the app onto the target device, it won’t ever sync again. Which is messed up bc they won’t even refund me. So I paid for an app that worked for 4 days and won’t work for the rest of the six months. And don’t get me started on the customer service! It’s the absolute worst, they dodge every question and just say theyre experiencing a high volume of chats, be patient. The “supervisor “ is never available, it’s a joke and you can’t call in anywhere. If you ask me this company is as close to a scam as it gets. I’m canceling my payment with my bank even though I was assured if the service didn’t work or wasn’t what I wanted I could get a full refund as long as it was before 15 days. Don’t waste your time with this app it’s a total fraud.

Great Features!!

Eyezy app is really good app to have especially if your trying to keep track of your children with a phone. I think the features on the app are very beneficial such as screen time when you monitor your child app activists. Another great feature is the chat in messenger where you can actually monitor your child text messages. I don’t think I have seen an app with this type of feature. And my favorite is restricted zone where I receive alerts when my child is in an area they are not allowed to be.

Save your money it’s a scam

This is by far the absolute worst application. I’ve ever had experience with they mislead you on what you can can’t do based on the type of phone you have if you have a iPhone you basically can’t do anything subtract the location. Then when you try to call to get your money back one of the phone numbers is disconnected. The other phone number that I managed to final my own is unavailable. No one ever answers the phone and then it says 24 hour live chat which is untrue because I’ve been trying to live chat somebody since last night when I placed this order and yet to get a hold of anybody. Then I sent them an email and they sent me a list of demands in order to get my money back which had nothing to do with the way I paid I didn’t even pay with the car to pay with Apple Pay. this company is absolute save your money and go somewhere else. They rip off in a scam.

Poor Customer Service not for iPhone

I tried this on my son‘s iPhone, I connected it all the ways they said, and none of the ways showed me web history or app usage, if I connected via Wi-Fi, I could see some history , but you would have to be on the same Wi-Fi. Since he is leaving for college this fall that was not going to work. I contacted them within the first week, on the webpage they do say they have a 14 day refund policy, they want you to agree that you understand how it works, and I did, but it was not clear that the Wi-Fi had to be the same network to actually show web history I had paid for an annual subscription and requested a refund, they denied it and just told me to connect again, but I have connected and it does not work I then asked if they would just charge me for the first month since I was within the 14 day. And refund me the rest of the annual subscription, they also refuse to do that. I would definitely not use this company as they are not willing to stand behind their product and at least refund me what I’m not using. I wasn’t even asking them to give it to me free just to charge me for the first month and give me back what I paid in the annual subscription

Useful all in one app/tool

Very useful app for keeping up with your loved ones. The GPS function can provide peace of mind if you’re worried about your loved ones whereabouts without the hassle of calling/texting them disrupting their good time. Don’t Waste Your Time or Money

Tried to cancel & get a refund during the 14 day money back guarantee time frame being that the instructions for use were never given & the target device could not accept the invite, the service is absolutely nothing like it is described & was told that I wasn’t entitled to a refund given my reasons & because I didn’t want technical support. The “no refund will be given” reasons are absolutely ludicrous, if a person wants to cancel during the 14 day money back guarantee time frame for whatever reason they should get their money. The service is a joke and the customer service is an even bigger joke. I’m tempted to report them

Great app for families!

This app is absolutely phenomenal. It is a great tool for families to use to keep track of your kids/spouse whereabouts. It allows you to set restriction zones and the app will send you notifications if the zone has been breached. It also allows you to send messages directly to others on the app if need be. The price is very reasonable for the service that it provides. Highly recommended!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I am not getting the product that was promised. I’m not able to see anything but location, basically. I can’t see social media, texts, downloads, photos, browser history, nor can I block websites… and your 24/7 customer support is a joke! I’ve only been able to chat once throughout this situation, and the issue was never resolved. I’ve also sent at least 3 emails to customer support asking for assistance. Please refund my money. I’m tired of the back and forth emails and trying to figure things out on my own and not getting any results. I haven’t been able to “monitor “ anything YET!!

App does not work properly with Apple

*do not recommend if you have an iphone* I downloaded this app to use with an Apple phone. Everything I read said I would be able to use all the features. Once I paid and downloaded on both phones, I quickly realized that it will never work how they say it works. I can only see a location (which you can get for free on other apps). They told me the only way to get it to work is to connect via a computer. The amount of space it takes on a computer is astronomical and I could never get it to fully download. Don't waste your money!

I really like the app. It’s like the findmy iPhone on Apple but better, because it a message feature which the findmy doesn’t. Furthermore with all the dangers surrounding our kids well being these days it provides of peace of mind knowing your children are where they’re supposed to be. Highly recommend this app.

Easy to Use Tracking App

Found this platform relatively easy to use and navigate. I also found that implementing the platform for my minor children to be noninvasive and simple. There were some features that i couldn’t access without modifying phone software but ultimately i was happy with the platform. It’s an app worth trying if you are in need of a secure way to monitor your child’s activities.

Struggle and lies

I bought this thinking and told that it works with iPhones . After being charged over $150 or more I download it on both phones and literally the only feature that worked was location nothing else . I couldn’t monitor anything like I was told I could . So I paid for a location sharing app for $150 when I can just look on find my iPhone for free. When I asked for a refund several times they told me that wasn’t possible and I needed to talk to an assistant at an appointment. And act like I was the dumb one for buying the app. DO NOT GET

Single parents best friend

As a busy single parent, I don’t have time to constantly supervise my child’s phone usage or activities. But with this app I am able to remotely monitor her phone. I can keep track of their location, who they talk to, who they message and what they do online.

Horrible app…DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I have had the same negative experience that others who wrote a bad review have. The app does nothing it advertises except allowing you to view their contacts and the statistics of how often they use certain apps. There are no directions on how to use the app. Customer service says they will contact you within 24 hours or less. I’ve been waiting for a week now for a response. I asked for a refund…no response. It’s a scam and trash!

DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

This company is absolutely fraudulent. It is totally dishonest at best and downright illegal at worst. They bait you into buying their product at a monthly rate, and the user believes all features are included. Only once you’ve bought that initial product (which is nothing more than a “find my friends” equivalent) do they propose an upgrade for nearly $400 a year. As soon as I got to that step I immediately asked for a refund because I had no plans to spend that amount of money. They have denied a refund under a bogus ironclad refund policy that is predatory and illegal. I used the yearly “service” for all of 20 minutes. And have consistently been denied my money back. I’m not making a claim of whether their product works, but the customer service, lack of transparency, and refusal to refund any money is horrendous. The shadiest you can get.

Great App!

I love this app so much. I was able to track my family members and all of the apps features worked just like they should!! Customer service was understanding when I had any issues! Definitely worth getting the premium service.

FRAUDULENT

This company is fraudulent. I contacted their customer service to see if this service works with stand-alone Apple Watches, and they said yes so I purchased. Immediately I learned that it doesn’t work with their devices, and they wont issue me a refund. They said in an email that I “should have read the fine print where it states which devices it works with.” Terrible company and I cannot reach a person. Don’t use them. I wouldn’t trust them with your information. Find a company with better ethics, parents!!!

Good app to check on the people you love

I’ve always wanted an app that would let me check on my loved ones without having to text or call them. It’s really easy to use and I’ve not encountered any bugs. The interface also looks good.

Love this app

The features are amazing. You can track the location, get alerts if your child has entered a restricted area. Know exactly where they are to keep them safe! Tracking the chats in messenger is a great feature. Another great addition to keeping your child safe.

Good Piece of Mind

This is a great tool in knowing not just where your child is but if they are safe. A second tool would be in locating a lost cellphone. My kids are grown but had this technology been available I would’ve subscribed as for the annual fee, you can enroll multiple cells.

Love the detail

This app is super easy to use & i like the fact you can easily click on a contact instead of having to input information. The amount of detail for the person im tracking is great. I can see if their phone died.

DONT DO IT!!!

I downloaded this to monitor my sons Apple iPhone. It would not load properly and I was not able to get anyone to help (customer service is terrible). I paid 67$ for 3 months and tried to get a refund which they refuse to give to me. This is a poor company and would never recommend them to anyone. If they cared about their customers they would help them or refund their money instead of taking it. I give it 0 stars for being able to use it 0%.

Love this app

Incredible app, love everything about it. Very easy to use and learn to get around. It comes in very handy with my little sister. The real time location is true, always accurate. I feel like my family is safer while using this app.

Good app to help keep track

Good app

Great app used for various tracking purposes. One thing to be aware of is if you do want advanced/additional functionality, you do have to purchase those through different subscription options provided.

Don’t waste your time and money

Tried to install using the log in they sent. Didn’t open up any features. Customer support is a joke 3 day turn around time for any response and only canned answers. Was also told you have to cable wire it to computer to be able to do all of the features it advertises. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not been able to monitor anything. Paid almost $100 for the premium subscription.

Great app- such a wonderful idea!

I I really like the ability to add restricted zones and get alerts if my child enters them. This is great and thoughtful child tracking! I also love the messaging tracking as well to keep an even closer eye on my kiddos!

Awful

This is the first review I have ever left. This is by far the worst app I have ever used. And I unfortunately paid for a whole year. I don’t know what is worse, the app or the customer service. After downloading, my son began getting my texts. The CS agent asked “How is that associated with us?” Make sure you look well at what you sign. I skimmed it, my fault. There is a money back guarantee, but only if they can’t “fix it.” Save your money and use a different app.

User Friendly

Eyezy is very easily installed on your device. To start, the app give step by step instructions on pairing. It shows you how to navigate and send messages. Very user friendly.

Downloaded this to monitor my kids phones. We did the sync and everything and the product doesn’t work. Reached out to their customer service and they were absolutely unhelpful. They said that we needed to give it multiple hours to see anything on the dashboard. We requested a refund and the customer service agent, Leroy white, would not do it. Don’t fall for this. Total scam. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Stay away. Better options available

Purchases app after it advertised features I wanted. After download, the features I wanted were not available without additional purchases. Emailed customer service the same day as purchased. They refused to issue a refund. Very poor customer service. I found a better app and was less expensive.

Dont waste your time

If your childs phone is iphone it will not work. Only geo locating works and contacts list. It does not give you access to messages or social media messages like it claims. Why is these even on the apple store? This app is scammers taking peoples money promoting that they have something that they dont. Do not waste your time with this junk i already did and regret it.

Not a good program, does not work as advertised, customer service is non existent.

Only about a quarter of of the features advertised works at all, and they do not work well when they do. Contacted customer service, no response aside from an automated email reply saying it was received. Payed for a membership, they ended it early , messaged customer service again. Nothing.

This company constitutes fraudulent activity. A customer service representative by the name of Harry Stone on his website sold me an ultimate package, claiming that a software would be installed on my child's phone for monitoring purposes. However, this proved to be untrue. I never received the promised ultimate package, and they are refusing to issue a refund. This is a clear case of a scam.
