Ethically tracking app service.

Love is an amazing feeling, but being in love with someone who loves and respects you is even more and more amazing. I was married for four years and my ex-wife started spending a lot of time with her 'best friends from childhood' whom I had never met or heard of before. One time, I woke up and asked to see her phone to check the time. She handed it to me and grabbed it from me almost immediately. It was weird because it had never happened before. Why did she do that? I had an inkling. I loved her so much that I couldn’t stand the thought of her being with someone else. I saw a review about how tech savvy expert from DarkHatGURU @ gmailcom was. By simply writing to his email, explaining my dilemma to him and having a few talks regarding payment, he helped me out with valid evidence from text messages, to photos and videos from social media accounts deleted and kept from me. He dug it all up from her phone and in less than four hours, I knew who she really was and who she has been with discreetly without having physical access. I could monitor her conversations with her “childhood friend” and their meeting point remotely and accurately. I was always two steps ahead of them. Isn’t that magnificent ? It really is, if you ask me! Thank you so much man!.

This app is amazing.

Family 360

I’m not going to dis to much but it will tell me where my family was a few minutes ago and if they don’t have internet than I can’t always see where they are but it is better then find my and other apps I have used in the past for my family and dose a good gob showing the right location the Same spot were they are other apps will show the wrong location or say the it is just in a house but if I lose my phone with this app it will show around the right location in the house it is so I don’t have to look for a long time this is a good overall app and I will probably use it in the future I only have it a one star so u would read my review and fix some things that would bring the app over the top and make a lot more people like it thanks for keeping the app free and doing a good job with it but also don’t make the app sound creepy when it asks for you to show your location with you because that it kinda weird. ( ALSO LET US PLAY GAMES ON THIS APP PLEASE😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀🫶!

Didn’t work well

It never had our location accurate. I had to resort to using find my iPhone app to see where my teenage daughter was at. And I only paid for this family 360 plan to see how fast her speeds were when driving since she is a new driver. I didn’t really need it for location as iPhone allows u to see where ur family members are at at all times. This app was a waste of money. Was not user friendly either. I looked up the same problems others were having and there wasn’t much of a solution. Also some of the features worked fine at first and then later they stopped working. Like whenever someone would go out of our home circle it would alert me at first and then it stopped doing it on its own even though we never changed anything. Weird.

Waste of time and money

I found this APP to be a total waste of time and money. Purchased to track family’s location in case the information is ever needed. What a joke. Times were rarely correct. Last location of the day (home) was usually the only one correct. But time of arrival is the current time. History was also of no use. Lastly, you cannot get a refund of the yearly subscription if paid. I expected something much better from a Microsoft product. I am sorely disappointed.

Updates every hour and is wrong

I turned off notifications because this app is hyper!! It was notifying me that my daughter had come every hour on the hour, she was home the entire time, and by morning I had a ridiculous amount of notifications from this app!! If this effects how it works I will delete the app and deem it useless because I don’t want to be notified every hour ANNOYING

Inaccurate location

The location is inaccurate me and my boyfriend live together and we use this app, mind you we have multiple cameras in our house and I fell asleep after him which is the time it said he was gone and it said he was gone for 3hrs of the night, which isn’t even possible being that we have 6 cameras & he was asleep right next to me also said on the maps part that he drove from home straight to work but on the history that he was at his brothers and drove straight to work from their. Also when I’m in traffic it will show that I stopped and the trip ended, it notifies you late and I paid for notifications it’s poor software and a waste of money try a different location service.

A must have for all family, especially for new young drivers and your love ones with health issues

This is a must have you have children just beginning on their journey of becoming a first time driver. This is a must have it give you a piece of mind knowing where your love ones especially your young drivers a must have for the entire family. I give it a thumbs up five stars!

Never updates even with premium

Don’t waste your money on this app if you live outside India. I used and bought it as an alternative to the other purple tracking app because it doesn’t store data i.e. location history. You know in case the FBI wants to know where i buried the body, they won’t find it in this app! Well yeah, you won’t find ANYONE you want to find, you PAID and they AGREED to be found, either. It says live tracking with premium more like dead tracking… don’t waste your time, money, effort unless for some reason you like annoyance and frustration. Going back to LIFE 360, the BETTER purple app.

Not just for me

So I’m having a trip coming down from Florida and I decide to stop at my sisters house So my kids can hang out with there cousins and I’m in traffic and it stops and it says trip ended so I decide to call my sister and ask what her address cause I don’t remember her address and then she says the address and I put it in on my gps in my car and after my we visit my sisters I decide to use this to travel back home I stop at a really long red light and my trip ended once again I got mad 😠 and so basically this app is just not for me maybe some people but not me

Kinda Works

Found out my kids were speeding way above the limit so I got this so I could get alerts when they speed. I don’t get the alerts although I can see their speed as they are driving. It works but just don’t get the preset alerts. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back. Probably won’t keep the premium service, just the free basic service or go back to Life360.

No support at first

I've paid for premium for additional features which are not working and they offer no support despite several emails. They do not respond. Update- they responded now and my issue is fixed. The tracking and alerts are helpful. The app is working much better now and it is useful

Other free app better

The only reason I downloaded this app is Life360 went down and my daughter was going to a party and I needed to track her. While the app does seem accurate , with Life360 they allow you to tag as many places as you want where as with this app you only get one free tag and then have to pay for additional. I use it as a back up app but definitely not as my go to app.

Inaccurate locations and canceling doesn’t stop them from taking your money

For one, this app has the WORST location history ever! It will show you have been places you’ve never gone, it will show you haven’t left somewhere you’ve left a day ago. It is the worst! Furthermore, I canceled my subscription Oct. 16, 2022 and still they take my money EVERY MONTH! It is ridiculous. I’m getting ready to report them to any agency I can for fraudulently taking money from me.

Not as useful as you think it should

I purchased the premium subscription and it does NOT do live tracking whenever I need it the most. The customer service team isn’t as fast or helpful unfortunately. It says you will be contacted within 24 hours…I’ve waited almost 3 days for a response. Want a refund but I’m told I have to contact Apple support instead of them. Getting the run around.

One concern

I don’t like that whenever I have the low power on, I’m enable to see the location. Doesn’t make sense to me. Hope you can fix that. Cus in life 360 that wasn’t a problem

Not reliable

We had a circle of 3. We started off with the free version, and the delay for location updates was at least several minutes. So we upgraded to the paid version. A little better, but not much. We live in a populated area with solid phone service. Very glitchy, and the interface isn't as intuitive as it could be. Definitely not worth the subscription.

Beware. My account was hacked!

Huge safety concern. My account was hacked. There’s no edit button for me to change my email address to a new one in the app (to make my account more secure). Also, there’s now way to log other devices out. When I send a message to customer service, it shows my account is linked to an iPhone 15, which I’ve never owned. Now, someone has access to mine and my families locations!

Inaccurate location and bad for your relationship

Locations are not accurate when my phone is on low battery. The app says that I travelled to somewhere 0.2 miles away even when I’m just sitting at the front porch. It has reported inaccurate locations for at least 10 times within a month of downloading the app. Misleading and causes problems in my relationship!!!

Works when it wants to

The location is very accurate, but that is only when the app wants to work. My location works perfectly fine all of the time, but the location of the persons in my circle will go 20 and some hours without updating, and since that’s the main reasoning for this app, it’s not very effective.

I like it

This is a good app. My daughter is getting older and at times she goes places with friends and other family members. I like the accuracy that the app has. Pin pointing exactly where my daughter is what I was going for and I got it with this app.

Horribly inaccurate

This app is awful!! The locations are more often than not terribly off. The time stamps are hideous! It doesn’t route the path of those in your “circle” on actual roads, instead it tracks from a bird’s eye view. If you’re wanting this app for peace of mind…go look elsewhere. This app has caused more panic from wrong information than it’s prevented with accurate information. Complete trash!!!

Good app, could be great

This app would be perfect if they added: -option to hide my location unless I send an SOS -ability to track my kid’s Apple Watch independently from her phone. In case her phone is ditched, and she still has her watch on -ability to see the map from my Apple Watch -ability to discretely hear live feed audio from the person that sends sos. If my Kid gets kidnapped, I want to hear what’s happening without alerting her kidnapper that I’m listening. And be able to hear through her Apple Watch.

Not impressed for the money

It works when it wants. Sometimes my wife goes to work it doesn’t notifies me until she’s at work. Or my daughter when she it’s gone for about 15 to 30 minutes let me know. I try to track her and it shows she’s at the house 😏 I already canceled my subscription.

Great App

I love this app. One of the best things is that I can track the speed of the children. I also like the fact it notifies me when they arrive at a destination and it tells me the highest speed they had driven.

Doesn’t work

Purchase was intended to monitor location and speed of young drivers . The speed feature did not work and I received multiple notifications each time someone left or arrived - sometimes 3-4 for one event and never received speed alerts despite reaching out to the developers for advice/ assistance. 1/10 do not recommend .

My husband’s phone is not supported by Life360 so we had to get this app🤦🏻‍♀️he keeps installing it and uninstalling it (EVERY TIME HE GETS MAD AT ME BECAUSE THIS APP SAYS I AM NOT WHERE I REALLY AM!)
