This app has a lot of potential if they would actually pay attention to it. Vin decoder freezes up, closes out. When you were in a car fax or auto check viewing it, there is no way to go back to the vehicle listing. You have to kill the app. Then you have to toggle between the VIN decoder and the inventory button all over again, back and fourth, until it works again. I’m a car dealer, we are stuck with this dms for now therefore I’m Stuck with this app. Then finance express actually had the nerve to call me and try to upgrade me to the “newest software” (for more $$ obviously) that is way less “glitchy” they said. Which it’s not. I have a few colleagues that have experience with idms and it’s just as bad if not worse I hear! Like HELLO!!! How about you make the product you sold us (and continue to charge us for monthly) work the way it’s supposed to 1st!!!! Unbelievable!! Hopefully if they care about their dealers, they will read this, fix some things & possibly even reach out and get some feedback. I’d be happy to give them some suggestions.
The app is out right horrible. It's so outdated, the app doesn't even function right totally takes away the accessibility while trying to use it for my job. I seriously can't believe this app is even on the market. The developers should really be fired or resent to training.
The app is very outdated. A lot of tho ha don’t work with the iPhone. I strongly suggest finance express to overhaul it ASAP because is really sinking!
This app is great for on the go evaluations, and taking payments. With this app I can work from anywhere in the world without a problem. Upfront carfax mmr and NADA makes it a breeze. I don't know how we did it without this program and it's far less than other DMS's. This system is the future of our growing Buy Here Pay Here business. Thanks 4 making life easier!!!
This app is incredible! Downloaded quickly, works fantastic, I can see my whole inventory, what my sales people collected in payments for the day, and everything else as if i was on the computer, and its just as easy! Excellent job finance express!
I gave this app just 3 stars because some parts of the application do not work in iphone. For example, custom reports don't run, standard reports in PDF only display the 1st page and no way to scroll, and the app hangs after doing some transactions. Hope FEX can fix these issues, other than that it is a great app.
On IOS 9 the app had orientation issues that would make it hard to use the camera or app at all switching from menu to menu within it. After downloading IOS 10 the app doesn't even work! It crashes instantly when you click any options after opening the app.
Anytime I take a payment or mark something repo'd I have to close the application and reopen. Only lets me use a couple features otherwise it just spins.
FEX Mobile solution is the first DMS mobile application for independent automobile dealers which is tightly integrated with the FEXDMS platform. It allows dealers to quickly scan and decode VINs, then view relevant pricing information from NADA®, KBB®, BlackBook®, and Manheim MMR®. Additionally, dealers can view vehicle history reports from CARFAX® and AutoCheck®. Dealers can also create Auction Lists allowing them to track current Bid / Asking price activity at multiple auctions.
