This bank is awesome great for your banking needs, even called when I had it for over a month and asked if I needed anything like credit cards maybe loans I’m not sure exactly because I never returned there call but I really should check it out. App needs to improve by having alerts for every transaction that you go through and also I wish they had 2-3 days earlier on there direct deposits. Other than that I feel very secure and fulfilled with firelands.
This is no ordinary app. Don’t like the layout of the app.? You can change it! Track your spending, set up purchase alerts, transfer money, remote deposit checks, pay bills and much more. Think your debit/credit card is lost/ stolen after hours or the weekend? No worries! You are able to temporarily block your cards and unblock them if they are found later from the convenience of your phone. This app ROCK!!
New app is much easier to navigate and view account details. All accounts I’m connected to are now listed in one place under one login. Paying bills, transferring money, and updating personal information has never been easier. Overall a huge improvement to the mobile banking experience.
I like the fact that I can check my balances 24/7. I can transfer money when the credit union is not open or even if I can’t make it into the credit union. Shows all the accounts I have at the credit union. Make my loan payment from my app and many more things.
The things I can do with my bank account sitting at home using my phone. 10 minutes on a lunch break and I can pay bills, check balance, and transfer money. All I used was my thumb. This app gives me an awesome ability to handle business anywhere! 👍🏽
This new firelands mobile banking app is much more user friendly than I could have imagined. I am so happy with the results and outcome of how well the upgrade turned out!! Thank you FFCU for being the best Credit Union around!!!!
The new app is easy to follow and use. Just take your time to look around, it is very different. Love that I can edit the colors for all of my different accounts to keep track!
Can be a convenient way to deposit but in 99 out of 100 deposits it has an error because of “mobile deposit.” I do 2 checks and they are done the exact same way. 1 always fails. MOBILE DEPOSIT is in even in red ink and all caps to try to make it clearer. Nope! Doesn’t help. I wait for notification it is accepted when someone can look it over and approve it. I can get the same deposit time mailing checks. Fix it please.
This app is very easy to use and aesthetically pleasing overall. Very nice to have all my accounts in once place plus it tracks my spending? No brainer 5 stars.
Firelands should add an option to have a quick account balance widget on your apple device's Home Screen like Huntington banking does. It makes everyday life much more convenient

Keeps making me re-registrar & get a code every time. I really question the validity of the other reviews. Repeated use of the sand phrases? “Friendly”? More like “Buggy”.
